My laptop broke down on me while in college. I am about a hundred miles from home so didn't have the option of making a quick trip to get my backup hard drive. So I ordered the cheapest one I could find with the most reasonable amount of data storage space. This was my best option and it was a wonderful one. Prompt shipping. Wonderful packaging. No problems with the merchandise what so ever.

The 120GB 2.5" SATA Hard Drive by Western Digital replaced a similar product in my 2007 HP Laptop computer. Installation was easy. The hard drive operated perfect after the installation of the Windows Vista Operating System. The investment in the hard drive should provide me with a few more years of use for the particular computer. I own other computers, but this one is used for e-mail, browsing news & etc and it excellent for that purpose.The vendor was prompt in shipping the product. It was received in excellent condition.

This is a bare drive, not formatted so it takes a few minutes to format, Easy to install and really reliable so far.This Hard drive purchase was definitely worth every penny!The vendor was prompt in shipping the product. It was received in excellent condition.

Drive is up and running in my Xbox 360, took the firmware update flawlessly and works great. Forget about paying more than double for a Microsoft branded drive.

Easy to install and really reliable so far. Had a 2 year old Toshiba Satellite Laptop computer that needed a new hard drive. Was not looking for a lot of GB and was acquainted with Western Digital. It was a perfect fit for this computer and well worth the money.

I bought this to install in my TC4400 Tablet PC. Upon installing Ubuntu OS my Tablet was back up and running with no adjustments needed (apparently TC4400 has a maximum HD capacity of 120GB). This Hard drive purchase was definitely worth every penny!

Excellent Drive - I am very happy with it - Fit perfectly in my Toshiba satellite & runs like a top. (I bough a refurbished drive) - and I could not be happier at this point. Was using an 32 Gig SD card, for OS & storage - but this drive has increased performance (of course) of my system. It arrived quickly & was packaged well with Plenty of bubble wrap. The drive, it's self is NOT very noisy - Not that I would mind all that much if it was. Anyhow there you have it. Nice Drive nice Price & no complaints.

I've purchased several as replacement drives for white MacBook's and they're a perfect fit and match for that use. Quiet and reliable for $30. I also purchased several external USB 2.0 enclosures to put them in for TimeMachine back ups so an identical drive for size and speed between an internal and external making a perfect pair.

I just never really HD issues with WD drives failing. Seagates, Maxtors, had to deal with those going bad but WD? Now some people don't like WD for their reasons but for the price and quality anything else is a tough sell at least to me.

Used the hdd for my ps3 SLIM and it worked great! Sometimes it would make a strange noise but that might have just been the ps3 itself.

I bought this hard drive for an older laptop that didn't have one so I could install the Windows 8 Consumer Preview on it. So far, it has been detected by the computer and all the software installed fine. I have noticed that it sounded noisier than other hard drives, but that could just be where it's placed on the laptop (on mine, it slides in the side so it's right next to the touchpad). I got this one because of the price, and it has worked so far, so I'll update my review if it breaks in the future.

120 GB Western Digital HDD, factory packaging. Great price and quick, reasonable shipping. This is a bare drive, not formatted so it takes a few minutes to format. I use it as a portable hard drve with a GT Max enclosure, so for less than 40 dollars I have a nice portable HD. Seller provides very good service/ support.
