Issue with the website to register tablet and redeem free software
Tablet works great, customer service is great
The problem is when I went to register the product for the bundled application that the website to log in kept forcing me out which so far has prevented me from downloading the software. The registration had to go through live chat customer support rather than through what I thought was the normal avenue for registration.
If the company reads this, please fix!

The only reason why I would buy the PRO is the extra buttons
Long story short, I have no idea how I was editing in Lightroom and Photoshop just using a mouse.
This might be the "entry level," aka the cheapest, Wacom tablet in the market, but it does the trick. The size is perfect if you plan to use it for just a few hours per day and it is really portable, I love it. The only reason why I would buy the PRO (ASIN B00EN27ULS) instead is the extra function buttons, and they are handy if you want to use the tablet and ditch the keyboard (and keyboard shortcuts). Also, even though is the cheapest one available it is really sensitive and well built.

Great Portable Starter Tablet (Great for students)
This is the second Wacom Tablet I've owned, the first one was a Wacom Intous3.
My Pro:
Extremely Portable
Reasonably Size
Very Light
Durable
No Pen Battery
Tablets Internal Battery lasts for a few days
Depending on which Size, Non-Bluetooth or Bluetooth you get up to three drawing software.
My Cons:
Only 6 programable key bind (2 including the pen)

Pen is a little too light, prefer it be a little more heavier. It feels like I'm holding an empty mechanical pencil.

Does not work with USB Dongle.
One large thing they do not mention anywhere I can find, is that the tablet is not compatible with a bluetooth dongle. You must have built in blue tooth for it to work wireless. While that is a hassle, it doesn't mean the thing is not useless. You can still use connected through USB, however if you have to do that anyway, buy the cheaper, wired version instead. Also, I am having issues getting good responses out of it when plugged in. The pointer seems to jump randomly all over my screen. I am fully willing to admit this could be a learning curve thing and user error as this is the first graphics tablet I have owned. Support documentation is almost non existent outside of "plug it in and push a button." If you chat directly with support, you will get someone who's first language is not English.

goodbye nibs
Even with all the reviews saying "I thought I'd be fine because I don't press hard, but then I used the tablet and my nibs worn down really fast" I thought "how bad could it be" and that I'd be fine since I don't press hard. The tablet doesn't really wear down your nibs as much as it sands them down. There are plastic bits hanging off of my nib in the same fashion wood might if you'd sand it down with course sandpaper, after changing my pen sensitivity to the softest possible setting and avoiding pressing too hard for a day. I'm not happy with it but I can deal with it because I lot of extra nibs and I'm planning on making DIY nibs after that, but if you'd rather not DIY than maybe this tablet isn't for you.
Also, on my previous tablets I had my pen sensitivity set to the middle, but for this one I had to slide it all the way down soft to get the same feel. Maybe it's my hand not wanting to press down because of the incredible amount of friction the tablet has.

The company lacks the necessary resources to provide customer service
Revived this as a gift and was excited to get started using it. However, the company evidently does not believe in good customer service. Over a 2 day span the website keep crashing. Once I was on it it gave me the run around about registering the product. The automatic recognition feature wasn't working and I was told to manually register and activate. To do this I had to decipher the product information printed on the back of a black case. Some graphic "genius" thought that the information should be printed in dark grey ink!! Plus the font size was 6 points. After figuring out the correct information and reconnecting to the website I was informed that this product needed to use the automatic recognition feature. Why would you buy a product that is designed to frustrate you????

revised review: this tablet is finicky on sai & I wish I knew that before throwing away 100$ - I will never buy a wacom tablet again
original review: I've had this tablet for 2 months & I really love having a wireless tablet. It gives me the freedom to move around that my wired one lacked. However, there are a couple of minor problems with it. Sometimes my tablet's Bluetooth won't connect & sometimes when it does the pen pressure breaks. 25% of the time turning the tablet off & on again helps. 25% of the time closing my art program & reopening it helps. 50% of the time I have to restart my entire system...
Also, within the first hour of getting the tablet, the drawing surface was already showing scratches from the pen nib XD it doesn't really bother me I just wanna let people know

Drivers and supposed free software impossible to find and download, website is crap.
There is one line of instructions about how to download the "free" software - go to their website, download the driver and when you register your product you can get the software. When you go there, the site doesn't load properly, it gives no clue how to register the product, and no matter which link you select, it comes back to the same home page. I have a very disappointed daughter who cannot use her new drawing pad on Christmas day. I'm returning this and going to the local Micro Center where I can actually get some customer service.

Can’t really complain at all
I love almost everything about this product, the pressure sensitivity works great as it should, the shallowness of the buttons work great as a temporary stylus holder, and the driver setup is easy to figure out. The fact that the micro USB port is flush and can fit any micro usb cable is also a great design choice by Wacom. Unboxing experience makes it feel like it has quality. Great product for beginning artists and pro photoshop know how!

Easy for beginners!
I’m completely new with drawing tablets but I was able to adapt drawing with it right away. It does take awhile to set up but once you do it’s worth it. If you’re new to tablets and don’t know which one to get I definitely recommend this one. It’s small and affordable especially with the drawing programs it comes with it’s a great way to start. And drawing becomes easier the more you use it.

Bluetooth and High Price Are Not Justified
Bought this paying double the price of Wacom CTL-672 just because of Bluetooth freedom. Its totally useless.
1. Too much lag in bluetooth mode
2. If there are other bluetooth devices like headset already attached, then this tablet fails to connect via bluetooth sometimes. Or even if it connects successfully, the lag is so high that it is impossible to use.
Conclusion:
1. Awesome and works great with USB
2. Bluetooth is useless and hence the high price is not justified
3. Not Value For Money
However, future drivers may solve the bluetooth lag issue. But thats future.

Wacom one CTL 672 is far better than wacom intuos
I didn't like this at all. There is lot of lagging. Many times it gets hanged and to restore it should be disconnected. The normal wacom ctl 672 with price around 6800 (MRP 8000) is far better than this. Spending 14000 on this product is waste. I have both of them, but did't face any problem with wacam one. Every day I am facing the same problem. This is the review after usage of both the pads for two months.

Go for it!!!
I'm writing this review after 15 days of use. I already own a walon bamboo one which is almost 7 year old (Costed 6k approx) and worked fine for me. I somehow missed it's pen and due to wacom don't produce that series anymore, I don't have any option left but to buy a new one. At first I was looking out something in the range of 6k only but I found nothing but a basic small pen tab. As I used Wacom already and it had my trust I didn't want to waste my time looking for other brands for pe tablet. To be true at whatever level you are in using pen tablets I still recommend to buy atleast a medium one. So at the end I finalised this Intous pro medium tablet. It's great for the price range of 13 k due to its High pressure sensitivity, Size, assesiblity to shortcut keys, Dual connectivity option of usb & bluetooth which is great add on, It's feature to get connected to android devices and I'm sure they will update the driver to use it on iPhone too and spare pen nibs!!!😊
Performance wise it's working great so far. I use it to do digital paintings and othe photoshop uses. The price is still on a higher side though 13k is after discount price but still If it would be of in the range of 10 it will be the great package. But still if you are planning for a long term and profesional use I suggest to go for it without any second thought.

Great work experience
I am a concept artist and this is one of the cool pen tablet Wacom have. I spend almost 10-15 hours a day using a wacom pen tablet or Wacom display tablet. For beginner and also for professional this is one of the good pen tablet. Perfect design and excellent build quality.

Wacom is the best / brand for professionals
I am using wacom products since 2012 and have been used almost all of its product during my design career.
Other brands make cheap products but believe wacom is amazing in quality and best for professional, their products are for heavy duty. we use these products in studio and using them in 2 swifts since 5 years and not a single product create problem.

Great product by Wacom. Best alternative for digital note taking.
Absolutely love it.
I use it mostly for digital note taking with my MacBook Pro.
I would totally recommend this to anyone who has a powerful laptop and doesn’t want to spend more on an expensive tablet for note taking like iPad.
The pen pressure sensitivity is extremely good with the free software’s available along with the tablet.
3rd shortcut button from left when pressed doesn’t get deselected automatically. It looks like a technical error from Wacom.
If you are drawing you will notice a lag in the pen movement for the Bluetooth version. In-order to avoid it you can just plug in Wacom with your laptop/PC.
For writing/note-taking it works fine.
Easy to use and value for money.
It’s very light so you can easily carry it with your laptop anywhere.
Most useful for all the students and also professionals who are into teaching/training.

Perfect for Me (Beginner)
As a completely new user/beginner, I found the Wacom tab very user friendly. Bluetooth function is great as it eliminates the trouble of jumbled wires. I always charge the tab when I am not using it. Using it with my iMac, Macbook Pro and Macbook Air. Works perfectly.

Using it for taking notes. After one week of usage you will really feel the master of writing. It's not different from actual pen and paper. Smooth texture of the pad will give you the natural feeling. Using with one note application make it more powerful.

Perfect for beginners, mid and experienced designers.
For a basic, mid-value graphic tablet - this is good, you will not be disappoint. Make sure you buy the wireless-USB connect, if you don't want the cable nonsense. If you are connecting on a Mac USB-type C, make sure you have the connectors in place. Also to note, this is not a pen&touch device, only PEN.

The software are just a trial versions for a month.
The device works well. Some times there is an issue of getting it connected through blue tooth. I have seen a long latency couple of times, while working on blue tooth. The software mentioned in the package is just 1 month trial versions. Don't buy if you consider these software as a reason to go for this device. This offer is just a way to get your mailID and other data into their database.
