Великолепно

Over Three Winters

I'm not a car enthusiast but I am aware of certain required maintenance for cars: oil changes, break fluids, and the like. Windshield wipers on the other hand, if they clear away the rain and don't leave streaks I'm fine with it. I never wrote a review for this particular product because once they were installed I never thought about them again.

Well... I bought a pair of these back in October, 2015. It is now late fall of 2018, and a-recent-before-Thanksgiving-snow fall, here in New England, one where it was in the teens during Thanksgiving, finally did the long one in, by the hook adapter part. They were on my car, for three winters.

For what I paid, ($12 for the short and $13 and change for the long at the time) I am surprised at the durability of the blade and plastics. They still didn't have streaks, none that impaired driving visibility during poor weather, and New England winters aren't easy. I will be buying another pair.

Thank You Valeo, for a decent pair of windshield wipers.

The correct part # for a 2011 Ford Escape is 900-20-7B

I recently purchased the wrong type of Valeo wiper for my 2011 Ford Escape, and had to do a return. So I’m adding this info showing both types. The Ford Escape has a straight arm, and the correct Valeo wiper number is 900-20-7B. Valeo makes two types of 20” wipers. The other one shown in the photo is made for wiper arms that have a “J-hook” at the end and that type will not fit on the Escape. So to summarize; the correct part for a 2011 Ford Escape is 900-20-7B. The incorrect part is 900-20-1B.

Not going back to regular wipers

I purchased this for my Saab 9-3, it uses 24" on the left and 22" on the right. The quality is much better than a traditional windshield wiper and its shape makes the wiper be in contact with the windshield no matter how curved it is. I totally recommend this over a traditional model and the price is pretty much the same, it's a no brainer :)

Великолепно

Superior wiper blades

I have been using this style of Valeo wiper blades on two different SUVs that I have owned. I have nothing but praise for these wiper blades. The current ones on my Kia Sorento have been in place since November of 2012, I just got this new set as the current drivers side blade now has a few cuts in the blade that leaves a streak right in my line of sight. The passenger side blade is still doing quite well. Not sure that I can really expect 4 + years use out of these blades consistently, but I am more than confident that I will always get my money's worth from a set of these. They are far superior to OEM blades with which I have never had last more than a year without horrible streaking from cuts and nicks in the wiper.
These blades always have made great contact on my windshields of both SUVs, no lifting or chattering during operation while driving at highway speeds. Always a crisp clean swipe. These also perform very well in the snow and ice, they don't get frozen up and stiff like frame wipers.

AWESOME DEAL for Audi compared to dealer and auto parts

So I have owned a B7 (2006) Audi A4 for just about a year now. The wipers that came on the car have always worked well, but have been SO DANG NOISY every time they made a wipe! I finally got pretty fed up and decided to head to Wallie World for some new wipers - only to learn that my lovely european contraption is oh so unique, that it doesn’t take any wipers from walmart. Or 3 different auto parts stores. I was told each time to call the dealer, and finally did. The dealer was super excited to sell me a pair of wipers for my Audi A4 for $85 EACH!!! So that is $170 for a pair of FLIPPIN WIPER BLADES. I almost died. Turns out AutoZone could also “order a pair” to “come in some time next week” to the tune of $90. Did some reading on a community enthusiast forum, and luckily somebody shared this brand and part number. These wipers are QUIET, WORK WELL, and are STREAK FREE. I am in New England, and can not yet speak to how they perform in the winter - but at this price point. One can not go wrong. Just buy them now..

Great Performance and Durability

These wipers are amazing. No streaks or pressure points, and they haven't shown any signs of wearing out yet (I bought a set for my car three years ago, just recently bought some for my wife when her blades wore out). I'm very picky about visibility, and these are easily the best wipers I've ever had on a car. I had previously used the factory blades and Bosch Icon, but found that both tend to streak and smear a bit over time, if not right out of the package. I'll definitely be ordering these again if the first pair ever wears out, or if I get a new car.

Inferior Quality Product

I ordered two wiper blades. I installed the first one without much problem, though the slide to attach the wiper blade wasn't as good as other brands I have used. After a couple months, I decided to install the other one on the passenger side. The latch was even more difficult to close. This time, the wiper also didn't touch the windshield in the center, leaving a big swath of water. It had been long enough since I purchased them, that I figured I would just try to flex it some to get it to hit all the way across. All I did was damage it further. It was too late to send back, and it wasn't cheap. It was outrageously priced considering the poor quality.

Its like a squeegee on your windshield! No missed areas anymore

A friend recommended these, and while I was a bit skeptical, I was frustrated with the Bosch and RainX standard wipers I had been buying at the local store though, as they always left areas where they didn't make good contact on my Rav4 windshield. I had seen but never bought a "frameless" or bar style of wiper before.

Installation was very easy (once you figure out how the full top piece flips up. Instructions showed it, but I didn't quite get it at first). They only take a few seconds to put on, and they lock firmly into place on the arm (reviews saying theirs popped off, did not follow the directions that even show how the lock tabs should look after you put them on). I'm amazed now at how well these work. Its like a squeegee across my windshield with absolutely no areas where it does not clear off the rain. After the first rain storm and seeing how well they work, I bought another set for my wife's car (Kia Sportage) and she loves them too. Funny how you take for granted something simple like windshield wipers and live with ones that don't perform as well as they should. I'm now sold on these and will continue to buy and recommend these
