MUST HAVE BEEN DEFECTIVE
Had this phone for less than three months when without much warning, it stopped powering on & would not accept the charge. The window for returning was set to one month, which I think is very small. It makes you wonder about its reliability. Yes, it's inexpensive, but surely <3 months is unacceptable.

Dead after 4 months
Do not buy this product. I bought it and it stopped working after four months. I only bought it because I was looking for a cheap alternative. I wanted to replace my Samsung because it has a broken camera. I bought a 4k camera anyway.. Now I am back to using my old Samsung. If this phone stops working I am switching carriers.

I ordered this phone to replace the one I had from my carrier, and it works a million times better. I love the size and camera quality too 🤩

Let me upgrade you!
This is a pretty long phone. It was fairly easy to activate on line with Metro Pcs. No Charge online!! It was pleasantly surprising how easy to transfer everything from my old phone to the new one apps and all. I feel so upgraded 😍

Amazing Customer support.
I want to start by saying the Customer support here is AMAZING!!!!!!! I couldn't figure out why I could not get service on my phones and they helped every step of the way. I will be sure to shop with you again in the future. I will recommend you to all my friends and family. Also the phone is great I love all the features and the camera is Awesome.
I had to change my rating. All because Amazon support gave me good reason. The manufacturer was great admitted to a defective product but Amazon support will not help. I have had these phones for just shy of 3 months and have had issues with them. Now none of them work and I am unable to get service. Very disappointed in Amazon.

This is a great phone for a great price
This cell phone is a nice convenient cell phone. For the price it has a round resource of features that one can get out of a phone which is not a iPhone or Samsung.

Not so good. DONT BUY IT!!
Seems to lose it's way ALL THE TIME. Apps don't function. I can can't even set up visual voicemail. Videos get all discolored on playback. I would try other options. Im going to ask for a replacement and see what happens.
Also I had the impression that I had 90 days to return it, but apparently after I posted my problems in this review, somehow that changed. If I don't get a refund, I'll be seeking to start a class-action lawsuit against this company. The phone is horrible!

they lied, after doing some YouTube browsing about the phone specs and the phone performance. there is more cons then pros.
so don't waste your money and ask for a refund.

Worst phone I have had
This phone is awful. It won't stay connected to the internet (wifi) and doesn't connect well to the network over data either. This means that the apps don't work like they should because they can't update and won't do notifications. The only thing that works well is the phone for incoming and outgoing calls. The texts haven't been working properly lately either. Also, it takes great pictures, but the only way that I can get them is to email them to myself. I wish that I had not purchased this phone.

The good:
• Comes with Android 11 • Super fast device • The best camera for this price range. Excellent macro mode and it lets you take simultaneous pictures without any delay • Dual SIM plus SD slot • Excellent customer service • Comes with clear silicone case
The bad:
• Comes with screen protector pre-installed but it's full of bubbles so I had to peel off and toss in the garbage. But once I contacted the seller they immediately took care of it • Would have loved to have wireless charging but most devices don't have this feature.
The really bad:
• One month in and phone is stuck on a boot loop !!! Cant turn it on or off - it is as useful as a brick

Does not work with TMobile
Phone was advertised as working with TMobile network. I got the phone and tried to activate it online and finally had to go to TMobile store. Representative at the store told me the phone was not compatible. This phone came with a note saying that if your carrier does not activate the phone you should activate your sim card in another phone on the TMobile network and then stick it in the Ulephone. Tried this too and phone still didn't work...

Good enough for its price!
Everything is good enough especially for its price. Plus you get enough RAM, storage and dedicated 3rd slot sim-card. What else do you need!

Won't stay connected to Wifi I have seen multiple complaints regarding this.
If you need to be connected to Wifi don't buy this phone !! I have factory reset this phone three times as instructed by Customer Service. It fixes the problem for a few days only. Customer Service is unable to help.

difficult, I miss my old phone
This phone is extremely difficult to navigate for an old guy. there's not even a back button and who knows how to shut off apps after use to prevent battery waste? I keep getting stuck on screens and have no idea how to get them off the front of my phone. I only bought this thing because of the memory being 8 times my old phone. I liked my old phone much better but it couldn't keep up with the network because, as I found out, I needed to delete apps. No problem. I can only use one app at a time anyway.

China made!
This phone was obviously made in China. Looks great but quality sucks. My signal strength while connected to WiFi always showed a bad connection. It didn't matter how close I was to the router. This ate up all my data since I was always using my network connection. GPS didn't work. My location could never be found so this was not good since I use Google maps and waze for navigation all the time.
