Hardware problems
Don't waste your money. Two days after the return period expired my speaker failed. I tried rebooting my phone, and for a couple days rebooting got it to work for a little while and then it didn't. So I contacted troubleshooting, but none of the troubleshooting worked. So then I contacted Ulefone. They told me that my two options were to ship my phone to their facility, which would leave me completely without a working phone, or to have them ship me a new speaker and try to replace it myself. I opted for the second choice, but they told me they'd send the speaker out ASAP twelve days ago and I still don't have anything. I ended up going to Best Buy and buying a new phone because I need something I can actually hear when it rings.
Also, during the troubleshooting process they had me do a factory reset on the phone. It didn't fix anything, but now half of my reinstalled apps don't work properly and the phone keeps randomly turning off Vibrate mode so I literally have no idea when I get calls or notifications. That's ultimately what drove me to buy a new phone. So at this point, I have a $160 paperweight that I can't return because a known hardware issue with the model didn't manifest until two days outside of the return period.
Save your money. Buy something else.

It has now been over a month & a half since my original conversation with the seller and over a month since I posted this review. I still have not received the replacement speaker, nor as the seller even addressed the possibility of a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS. You'll just end up with a very expensive piece of useless junk.

Do not buy!
Immediately upon using this phone, it began restarting itself randomly and setting everything back to original settings. I contacted the company and followed Amazon's instructions for contacting the seller and I just the run around, which in the end, no one would help. Now 6 months later, it won't stay connected to the internet causing me to go way over my data usage, none of my other devices have any problems with the wifi. The phone still restarts itself,but usually in groups of 5 times at once making it unusable for quite some time. It is really a pretty phone, but functionality is a joke. I use my phone for work, so this is not working for me and now I am out the money for the phone and I'm afraid to buy any other brand in case they're as bad as this one!

After I opened the package and finally decided to use this phone I was disappointed. I wanted to love this phone the specs are great and the size and price point good. The camera however is trash and needs work! You can't take a basic photo that isn't blurry and faded. I would return it, I would.

For the price is very good but...
After couple weeks trying this phone I found couple problem. The firsth is that the WIFI is not working with all model of Router, He is keep trying to connect but after that just get desconnected. Even if is in 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz. The border of the Touch Screeen is too much sensitive that even I just hold the Phone he can feel that I did a Touch of it, and I didnt. When I am trying to write some letter on the keyboard it just have to hold the finger very far from the screen to type or he just get overtyped... Very desapointed on this two problem. Actually I am a iT Manager and with the problem of WiFi is very, very, very bad for me...

Basic Model Phone
Basic model phone, and it's a bit heavy compared to other phones. Large screen, but my hand started hurting after some weeks of usage from over extending.

Screen issue
I have to add this first because I don't understand, I purchased 3 of this phone, 1 for myself and 2 for family members, I was told that the screen is falling off of there's and wrote it off as them not taking care of the phones only to then notice the same damn thing happening to mine now... I mean... What's up with that? Three whole phones with the same problem
For the price, the phone was not a bad purchase, my biggest issue is how quickly the battery dies, I don't even need to be using it, I have to charge it three times per day
That aside the memory is and so is picture quality
I would now like to add that I'm annoyed that I can't set two different ringtones like other phones can with dual sim

Overall good phone
Overall this is amazing phone there's a few things that could be better but there's no back button or home button the fingerprint sensor is a little wonky I can put my finger on it and it'll say that it can't read and to move up down or whatever then after two tries it says too many times got to use your pattern or your PIN but other than that your phone

Really good phone
This is the second Ulefone I have owned. I previously owned the Note 9p so I was excited to get the new 11p. In my opinion, the phone stacks up pretty well against phone 2 even 3 times its cost. The phone is a good example of the rule of 80/20. It isn't the very best thing out there but it is good enough. No, it doesn't have a 108 MP camera, but honestly, I cannot tell the difference between pictures I take and my friend who has the latest iPhone. It has more than enough memory for what I need, it is plenty fast, and the screen is large, clear and bright.
You can spend 1200 for the latest iPhone, but honestly at that point you aren't getting a huge performance boost, just bragging rights.

Great Gaming Device
I use this as an android gaming device paired with a Bluetooth controller. It does pretty much everything I need an android device to do and at a great price. It even does ps remote play which I could not get other handheld android devices to sufficiently do. I highly recommend this product.

It's ok
So far so good. Not much notice of 8gb RAM over. 4gb RAM Motorola phone I got for my mom. That one seemed faster and camera on that said less but quality is equal to or better than this. I almost swapped an gave Mom this one. I like this one ok compare to my cracked screen phone it replaced. So there is the bigger size & being new.

Great little phone.
Received as promised. In good condition. Was able to connect with my mobile service Mint Mobile, that uses T Mobile. So the card was already activated. The battery lasted thru the day . Trying to get the gesturing down. So far so good. Have not tried the camera yet. Great little phone

Great phone if the internet would work away from home.
The phone is good looking and functions well. At times the sensitivity is a little high. The big problem is the internet will not work. It does not hook up to the ISP to use our data properly. Can call and text away from home. Other than that it's kinda useless when you're out an about.

Good but ...
Great phone for a great cost. Doesn't have a lot of study cases and doesn't have NFC technology. So you can't pay for items using your phone. The fingerprint is also very sensitive. Lastly there is no gallery for pictures, everything saves to Files. Love it overall.

the SIM card didn't really pop out like others phones, and when you take the photos it has the logo at the bottom, and you can't do cool themes like other phones, but otherwise an absolutely perfect device. the color gets a little darker at the bottom, but its still great looking. very impressive, especially for the price, and not refurbished!

great phone at a greater price.
I have bought 2 of these phones from a recommendation from a co-worker. Both phones were ordered at different times and they came pretty quick. Both phones were properly packaged. The instructions were easy to understand and seem to be doing okay for the person whom I bought it for.

Very happy with this phone!
The 4500 mAh battery and the 128 GB internal storage were the main selling points for me. I can easily go a couple of days between charges. And 128 GB of storage is more than enough for me. The 48MP AI Quad camera is wasted on my poor photography skills, but it is impressive.
I got the green version, and I think it looks great! It has some blue tones and I would describe it as a slightly darker shade of teal. It comes with a transparent protective case and a protective film that's already installed.

Worst phone on earth
I had this phone for 3 terrible days and couldn't believe how slow it was considering it was a top of the line bootleg phone . I w aĺs so surprised the apps ran like garbage and the phone couldn't handle some old mobile games at all.. what a cheap piece of Chinese garbage thanks for nothing..Samsung For Life Yall.

wow this phone so good i hook up my sim card in and it pick it up and text camra is good too
wow this phone godlike but i dont no if this phone can stream IRL and Game app or not i dont even no if it get hot or not but i can tell you guy this this phone beast fast at hell T mobile owned damn this is the best phone so far i dont see any other phone can beat this phone thought but battry life kind go down fast if they can fix that problam this phone godlike

Android 11 128 Gb Ram
Phone worked fine. I installed the sim out of my old phone and called Consumer Cellular to activate. Phone activated OK but the APN needed a manual entry because the one on my old sim did not allow to use data on line. It just would not connect to internet. Called Consumer Cellular. They walked me through entering a new APN . Phone works perfect. I like Android 11 much improved OS. This note 11 P has 128 GB of ram awesome.
