The design is very simple, but I love it. My hand does not strain and I don't feel like I need to be super focused in order to make accurate movements. Would purchase again in a heartbeat.

This is a good deal for the price

The colour effect is bright and rather pleasant, but decidedly on the childish side. This is rainbow land, almost kitsch, so if you’re looking for a mouse that’s dark, brooding and futuristic in looks, this isn’t it.
The replaceable side panels seem like a good idea, for sure, but it’s a fairly basic execution. You get a choice of two panels on the right, one of them more grippy and angular than the other, and on the left you can choose between a numeric keypad of nine buttons, or a simpler three-button set-up that more closely resembles other gaming mice.
The nine-panel side is a curious idea, but I don’t see it catching on except for people with an exceptional dedication to training their thumb in precision pressing, and a near-obsessive interest in key macros- a skill which would be completely non-transferrable to any other mice.
Ironically for a brand name called ‘Trust’, when I first tried to download the software, from the URL in the small print on the back of the box, my antivirus software quarantined it as untrustworthy- and given the odd filename and download path, I’m not too surprised. Trying it on a second PC with different antivirus software, it got let through- so I think that says as much about antivirus software as it does about Trust’s software.
Once the software is installed though, I have to say it’s really a very good example of well-designed software. In a fairly small but clear window, it’s extremely easy to create profiles, program macros and key combinations onto buttons, pick from the ten lighting options (eleven if you count ‘off’), adjust the DPI and so on. The software does exactly what it ought and if I were judging the software alone, it would be 5 stars, no question- despite the install issue.
One thing that does seem to be missing from the software is the ability to turn out the brightness of the central logo display, the colour of which is determined by your DPI setting. It seems like that might be another limitation of the hardware though, instead of the software.
Gaming mice is a crowded market and there’s a lot of choice around this price range, and unfortunately I don’t think this Trust mouse really distinguishes itself. The USP of the interchangeable side plates is (in my opinion) of rather limitation use and the rest of the mouse is just too chunky and plain, and needed a bit more finesse for it to really stand out.

- The material feels good quality and comfortable
- The wheel is easy to move and the textured rubber on it seems durable
- Although pieces are detachable buttons feel good quality and are easy to press.
- Cable quality is similar to other high-end brands and seems very durable and flexible.
Features
- 4 changeable side plates - 2 to choose between 9 or 3 side buttons & two others for the right side to change shape for comfort or what you are used to.
- Fully customisable RGB lighting on the wheel, logo, and bottom side of the mouse.
- Up to 14 programmable buttons in total.
- Accurate optical sensor up to 10.000 DPI
- DPI can be switch range from 800, 1600, 2400, 3200, 4000 & 5000 (customisable within the software)
What I like
- It's fully customisable and has complete software like other brands.
- Material and buttons feel good and are easy to press.
- Optical sensor is very accurate
What I don't like
- You can feel the mouse has some extra weight, it could be because of extra parts or material required so you are able to use interchangeable plates.
- Although it looks amazing having the interchangeable plates do not seem as great as it seems, maybe if you are testing and want to know what you would like more but if you are already used to a mouse or know what you want there's no real reason to go for something with interchangeable plates.
- Having the option to choose how bulky or thin you want the mouse seems good but as I stated previously if I'm playing an MMO and I'm using the 9 button piece and then switch to an FPS game I won't be switching to the 3 button piece as this will throw off the "feel" of the mouse and the accuracy I'm used to.
Overall thoughts
I think this is a great mouse it does not feel cheap and looks very nice aesthetically, unfortunately, I think they have tried too hard with one especially with all the plates you won't be able to switch these between games as it will feel like a totally different mouse so unless two different people with two different likes mouse are using the same computer I don't see the point.

It was quite easy to install once I downloaded the right software for it. Although, it can be used as a plug and play mouse but to take full advantage of it, you need to have the right software to go along with it.
The cool feature of this mouse is the interchangeable plates and I was really impressed by the build quality of those. I tried both the plates on the right side and chose the one which felt most comfortable. On the left side, I keep the 3 button plate for normal use and the 9 button plate for gaming.
When in gaming mode, it is quite handy to have so many programmable buttons to quickly change weapons or perform a specific action. I have used it to play PUBG and GTA IV and felt that my speed has improved in these games.
The only minor issue is that I felt that with the 9 button plate, it is not so comfortable to hold and my hand started to pain a little bit after I was playing for a couple of hours.
Pros
Nice design
Interchangeable plates
Programmable buttons
Gaming lights
High accuracy
Cons
loss of comfort for longer duration
A bit expensive at £44.99.
Overall, I feel that this is a great gaming mouse but a bit pricey so not a great value for money.

Pros:
- Decent sensor for a mid range mouse - Pixart PMW3325
- RGB lighting with animation
- Swappable side plates (left: 9 or 3 buttons; right: slim or contoured grip)
- Button mapping software is easy to use
Cons:
- A little on the heavy side
- Mouse "crashed" a couple of times for me
- Will only suit right handed people
In the box you'll find the mouse, a logo sticker and 2 extra side plates. You can pull the left and right plates off the mouse and attach the other plates in a few seconds - they attach using magnets. You get a choice of 3 or 9 buttons on the left side, and a slim or contoured grip for the right hand side. The 3 button configuration mimics that of a typical "back/forward" button combo in a regular mouse.
The RGB lighting is bright and pleasant, with smooth chroma animations out of the box along the edge of the palm rest. It can be adjusted once you install the GXT software. Do note that the scroll wheel and GXT logo illumination cannot be adjusted the same way; it reflects the current DPI setting instead.
DPI can be adjusted on the fly up to 10000 DPI and the steps are adjusable in the GXT software. Polling rate is adjustable as well.
Tested across many games movement feels smooth and precise without skipping. Fast movements were not a problem either due to the usage of a PMW3325 (mid-range tier) sensor.
I had a couple of glitches whereby the mouse would stop registering clicks (and the RGB lighting froze) until I unplugged it and plugged it back in again. This happened on 2 different PCs so I believe it to be a bug in the GXT software. It did not happen often enough for it to be a major concern but be aware.
Overall I feel this is a good mouse for the price point; it has enough gaming smarts to appeal to those who need a precise mouse and like a bit of RGB flair. It loses a star due to the glitches I experienced and being a little heavy.

It has a nice ergonomic feel thst sits nicely in the hand. The buttons are all reachable without having to change position and grip, and he really likes the 3 customizable buttons. He did say that he personally doesn't use the 9 programmable buttons because he already has his keyboard shortcuts he already uses within his games. He said it can keep up and is quite a fast mouse, although he said it had frozen a couple of times. He did say although he likes the interchangeable design of this, he worries that it has made it a little flimsy and said he wouldn't like to drop it, as he had with his other which feels a lot more sturdy and well built.
He says this is a good value option if you are on a budget and want as many functions as possible, although he has personally tried other mice for the same price range, that do work a little better, but also don't have anywhere near the programmable function options.

The LED colour lights are nice, gamers seem to like bright colours, it has a good length of cable on it and panels both sides are replaceable to suit you, on the right the panel can be a smooth curved one or a more sculpted type, I prefer the former. The button panel on the left side can be a 3 or 9 button type, the 9 button type has a telephone keypad style 0 to 9 keypad, not sure what game would use that? I prefer to fit the 3 button one but with no control over programmability I won't use the side buttons, its just more comfortable than the 9 button one.
What lets it down for me is .
1. Windows only software application, osx users don't get to programme the buttons nor adjust the led colour scheme to suit.
2. Side button panels are only useable for right handed users, a left handed person would have to use the third finger to press them, right handed people have the thumb right there.

First install the software so you can use the RGB colours and also the button controls, lots of options, including micros. and a very good dpi setting as well
This mouse feels very nice to use and has a very long usb lead-
The side panels are swap-able,depending on what you want to do with it.
But there is one problem and thats when you restart pc, you lose all your buttons at the side, the only way is to reinsert the mouse in the usb socket, not sure if thats a pc problem or the mouse

In addition to all of the standard buttons - left click, right click and scrolling wheel, there are a range of other features, including two changeable side panels on either side of the mouse (each containing a series of buttons), plus another two buttons just below the scrolling wheel. There is also a light strip which wraps around the bottom half of the mouse, a light up 'GXT' at the bottom of the mouse and a light in the scrolling wheel. The lighting effects are perhaps a little bit gimmicky and not especially useful, given that your hand covers most of the lights when the mouse is being used (but I have to say that I still quite like this). The lights do not appear to be able to be turned off.
Whilst the additional buttons have the potential to be quite useful, I found that they got in the way of the normal operation of the mouse, particularly when the side plate with nine numbers was attached to the left hand side of the mouse - I kept on pressing the numbers by accident (I'll explain what these do later on). The mouse is also quite bulky, with quite a jerky scrolling effect, making it slightly harder to operate as well.
In order to get the best out of this mouse, you need to download additional software, from the Trust website.
This software enables many of the settings of the mouse to be changed, from what each of the buttons to the colour and animation of the light strip. When first plugged, everything set itself up automatically (it was about a few seconds between plugging in the mouse and the mouse being usable) but it took a little longer to download and install the software (but this was straightforward too).
As expected, the default status of the regular mouse buttons and the scrolling wheel are exactly the same as any other mouse. The default side panel on the left hand side of the mouse has nine numbered buttons and each of these are programmed 1-9. If the change the side panel to the alternative option, with just three buttons, the mouse isn't smart enough to know that you've changed this and so these buttons are programmed as 2,3 and 4 respectively. However, the software can be used to change what all of the buttons do, from various keyboard shortcuts, opening applications etc.
The software can also be used to change the colour, brightness and animation of the light strip (but only the colour of the 'GXT' logo and the scrolling wheel). I didn't find this particularly flexible to use and the fact that the lights can't be turned off entirely isn't great in my view.
The operation of the mouse isn't as smooth as I would expect (every movement causes a jerking effect) and in my case, a movement of about 1cm from left to right causes the cursor to transverse the full width of the screen (so requires a relatively small working area as well). However, this setting can also be changed, either by using the buttons on the mouse below the scrolling wheel (which will offer 6 different speeds) or through the software, which offers a wide range of speeds, meaning that the mouse can transverse the screen in either a 0.5cm movement or a 30cm movement (or anything in between).
For £44.99 (the selling price at the time of writing), I would have expected a must better designed mouse and whilst it does have good features, the design of the buttons on the side panels, the fact the light can't be turned off entirely and the slightly jerky movement mean I'm not wholly convinced.

To hold it has a nice feel and fits the hand well. I would not claim it as ergonomically perfect but for a gaming mouse it does an impressive job of feeling comfortable. The quality is there but also a little extra weight. This may be due to all the extra inputs that the mouse allows but you can certainly feel it dragging slightly more. This is a minor issue and as a gaming mouse it looks nice with the seemingly pre-requisite glowing lights etc. I am not convinced that this mouse would work for all, not even all gamers, but just the fact that it has so many input areas that you can config means that for an intense MOBA it is an affordable option.

1) Long session comfort due to low weight
2) 10,000 DPI accuracy
3) RGB function looks cool
4) Software to improve functionality
5) Reasonably priced
6) Quick response and high sensitivity
7) Proximity sensing for RGB
CONS:
NONE APPARENT
I’ve recently been playing some online games (Overwatch and EVE) and I have found this mouse a massive upgrade on my Logitech Gaming Mouse. The RGB effect looks cool, the mouse is plug and play as you’d expect in 2020. The buttons are programmable, the sensitivity is really great and 10,000 DPI makes it accurate. The DPI is actually switchable to 7 settings. It’s so much quicker to react than my Logitech, which used to have me screaming at the screen when someone got the jump on me with firing. This is an ideal FPS, but for games like EVE, it’s equally accomplished. Even after a 5 hour stint on Overwatch the light weight combined with excellent ergonomics prevented any fatigue in my wrist, arm or fingers.
There’s reassuring sturdiness to the build quality, buttons and wheels have a quality feel and enough feedback to know the mouse has responded. Another great thing is how when the mouse senses your hand, the lights power up and you immediately get the advantage of knowing exactly where your mouse is. This mouse might not be from a famous name brand, but believe me, it shames a lot of them. I was thinking of getting a Razer, but when I saw this, I ordered it. It’s one of the best things I’ve reviewed on Amazon Vine. This product is DOTTORE APPROVED, BUY IT!!

This mouse is no exception - straight from the box I was impressed with how it feels. Nice and chunky, ergonomic and perfect for those hours sat in front of monitor slaying bots! Comes with a nice braided cable with a good 1.8m length.
Once plugged in its ultra cool - RGB lights that phase through colours, breathing, jumping or what other effect you decide to choose. Its a futuristic looking thing and wouldn't look out of place in Batman's cave!
Importantly what's it like to use? It's great, feels nice in the hand and sensitivity is fantastic - it's got an advanced optical sensor so up to 10,000 DPI is possible - what does this mean? It means the movement is meticulous and highly accurate, perfect for those first person shooters. Definitely helped with my COD skills.
I really like how customisable the mouse is - magnetic side plates that can be tailored to your needs. 4 in the box - 2 for the left and 2 for the right. This means you can change how many buttons are on the side (with the left plates) and change the shape of the mouse (with the right plates).
Further customisation can be done with the Trust software - with this you can adjust light settings, program the side buttons and macros.
A mouse you can TRUST. Highly reccomended.

Very simple design. The LED strip and logo give it modern look.
Both side parts of the mouse can be replaced by enclosed pieces. The first part of the thumb side offers 9 additional buttons, the second part offers 3 buttons. For the other side, there are also two pieces. One offers an additional index finger rest, which makes the mouse much larger. The second part makes the mouse accordingly narrower.
All the buttons are totally customizable - so it is a dream comes true for any gamer.
DPI can be switched between 800, 1600, 2400, 3200, 4000, and 5000.
The mouse can be adapted to, basically, any hand - even large hand will be comfortable using it.
What I love even more, in this mouse, it reacts quickly and precisely. What else could I expect from the perfect mouse?
The software is simple and clear. Easy to use for everyone. You can set different lighting modes (10 modes available) that control the LED strip. You can change the sensitivity of the mouse, as well as scroll and double-click speed. There is also a possibility to change the six DPI levels and add colors to the individual levels.
Definitely recommended for every gamer!

The software lets you customise the lighting and set macros. The DPI on this is very high, it was so sensitive when I plugged it in, I had to go into the settings to change it. It really looks great and good value too.

There are so many options in terms of settings and optimisation but as I say, being quite new to the PC gaming world I’ve left them as standard for now and it works incredibly well. I’ve had no lag or issues whilst gaming for multiple hours the last few evenings so I’ve been quite impressed.
The Trust brand is new to me but the mouse feels well built overall, it’s lightweight but feels of good build quality. It’s accurate and improves overall gameplay by having the option of all those programmable buttons right in your hand.
It works right out of the box which I appreciate & think it looks more expensive than it is. Would make an ideal gift for any gamer.

The mouse fits comfortably in my hand and has an almost rubber-like texture to stop my hand from slipping; everything from the scroll wheel to the interchangeable side plates and mouse buttons feel really thought out to maximize comfort over use for long periods of time. The cable is braided and 1.8m in length which is plenty, it feels sturdy and durable.
The speed select buttons don’t feel in the way at all and I’ve never hit them by mistake when going for the scroll wheel which is great as this was an issue I've had with other mouses before. The customization on this mouse is insane as you can literally set up 6 different dpi settings selecting the exact dpi you desire and matching it to whatever colour you want which the scroll wheel will change to whilst you are on that speed.
The quality of the mouse is solid; I feel every aspect has been carefully crafted to make the perfect mouse for gaming. The lights are fully customizable and can be tweaked in the settings; there are 9 different options for the rainbow effect at the bottom of the mouse all in which are pretty different from one another. You also have the option to switch this off, or to simply select one colour for it to remain on. Overall, my gaming setup looks pretty cool with this on my desk and being able to customize its colours is a pro.
The four side plates being magnetic actually stay on very well, not once have I ever had one fall off on me, yet they come off so easily when I pull one off. The left side comes with a number pad up to 9; each button is distinguishable to the other and easy to find. I thought 9 would be too much but I find them easy enough, they can all be programmed to a different key press and really does help having them their for quick access. There is also another left plate which is simply three buttons, it works well, I prefer the 9 but the three buttons are good for more chill games.
The right side has two pads one that sticks out more and the other less, I prefer the one that sticks out a bit more feels like the right side of my hand has something to rest on and gives a better grip on the mouse for quick flicks of it. Overall, there is not really too much difference I find between them however it’s a nice to be able to fully customize your mouse on the fly as the magnets work well and hold in place.
I’m really happy with this mouse, I feel it’s well worth the price point they have put it at and I see it lasting a long time. I mostly use it for FPS games and I feel I do just that little bit better than I used to with my old mouse.
One extra thing worth mentioning is the mouse has three different profiles that you can save all your settings to, and switch between them for each game, or if you share the mouse with somebody else, they can have their own settings and light options.
