Well, I gave it 1 star because there's no option for 0 stars.The card does not work. It could not be formatted not only in the camera I purchased it for, but on 3 different computers and 1 phone. I'll be the first to admit I'm technically challenged, but a few guys attempted to do it and one of them was even an IT guy.

The card works just fine for the purpose I use it for.Movies and music on my smartphone as well as books. The 16GB is probably more than I have a total use for.

Ordered three of these and they all work great. Noticeably faster than my old class four cards both in devices and/or card reader. Minus one star because they didn't come with the little case to store adapter and card when not using.

Just received today. Tested three times (once in phone, twice on computer). Results were consistent:Warning: Only 7638 of 7639 MByte tested.Test finished without errors.You can now delete the test files *.h2w or verify them again.Writing speed: 9.86 MByte/sReading speed: 14.1 MByte/sH2testw v1.4ATTO -Write: 9.593 MB/sRead: 13.87 MB/sClass 10 is a *minimum* 10 MByte/s, so the write speed is a bit short. Also, the read speed is a bit surprising as there are many Class 6 out there (from Transcend, even) with substantially better rates.EDIT: Replacement card arrived today. After several consistent tests, write speed is even slower! This is absurd! Amazon should stop associating their name with this product.Warning: Only 7638 of 7639 MByte tested.Test finished without errors.You can now delete the test files *.h2w or verify them again.Writing speed: 9.61 MByte/sReading speed: 14.1 MByte/sH2testw v1.4

I've seen some reviews that complain about speed and reliability but I have seen the same complaints about ALL the other manufacturers. Having been a computer tech for 16 years I can't find any fault with these.

I use these as an external source for work data and stick them in mypocket when I leave work to take private information with me so Idon't worry about it falling into the wrong hands.They have been working perfect for me and the speed is just fine.I am not one to split a hair 35 ways from Sunday and complain aboutone strand that might be a little off or waste my time running allthese little useless speed test to prove something is just a tinybit off.I will buy more if needed and won't be alarmed about the one bad review,and so should you if your looking at this little thing that holds alot of information for very little money.
