Good security cam for home use
We are using this as an outdoor security camera and so far the feedback is positive. The installation and setup itself is quite easy. The app is good and allows to modify settings as per user's requirements. You can receive notifications for motion or person detections, along with a screenshot as well as 1-2inute video recording.

Best camera at this price range.
Even a small 5 watt we see colors at night time.
Bought qubo cameras earlier and wasted my money.
This one is much better.
Clarity really good at night time.
Clear night vision upto 5 meters.

I was sent a used product...
It was definitely not a new sealed product. It looked like a returned product resold to me...it was dusty inside, original stickering worn out etc.. but the product works n i am ok with it.

Very nice and expensive gift experience as I gave this to my boss and he loves it. I have used it before hand to check quality.. very happy with this camera quality.

Sound is good but clarity is not upto the mark.
Using this cam since few days. Look is good, sound is good but the picture quality is ok, not as expected. (When we zoom, its not that clear what it should be). Its ok for a small 10×10 sqft area.

Tapo cam is very good and working as expected and 32gb sd card can record upto 3 days and continue in loop mode. We can see person and motion detection events

Record when motion detected not available
Every thing ok except the recording when motion detect.That is the most important feature required.If it is there no need to record 24x7 .The camera has to be activated when any movement happens.This makes the camera longer life and lesser memory usage I contacted tech support .As I heard from them that facility is available in this camera but I couldn’t find it

After purchase services
I bought a camera but after the expiry of warenty the company/ service centre is not repaired.
The service centre advices to repair the product out of service centre. I am very disappoint.
