I am always on the lookout for ideas to better organize my home and came across laminated labels when trolling the internet. As a novice at laminating, I purchased this pack of assorted pouches which contains a good variety of different pouch sizes. I am happy to say that I am very pleased with my purchase. For the record, I do not own a laminater and have no intention of purchasing one either. But if you look up on Youtube, you will easily find tutorials on how to use your domestic iron (yes, you read that right!) on how to laminate paper/card! That's really all I needed and I was off happily sealing away a number of different labels etc.
I used the smallest pouches (business card size) to create labels for my new under-counter kitchen cupboards. I used the largest (A4) ones to make phonetic magnetic cards for my 3-year old daughter. And I have been using the A5 ones for any number of various things like other magnetic and non-magnetic labels around the house (I'm quite crazy that way as you must have realized by now).
For demo purposes, I'm putting up some images of how the kitchen project turned out with the business card pouches using only a domestic iron and a tea-towel. Hardly any bobbles at all, and those too due to user error. I would thoroughly recommend this assorted pack, especially if you are new to laminating. I would also encourage you to try using your iron first before splashing out on a laminator to reduce clutter and also save some ££. Highly recommended!

We ran out of our laminator patches just when out 5 year old son had to practice with some basic maths cards and exercises. This seemed to be a cheap set with pouches in various shapes.
The shapes are helpful, albeit there are only 4 sizes; A4, A5, A6 and business card size. On the other hand we will most frequently use the A4 ones. And there are not many of those in the package.; there are ten sleeves of each size in 1 package. So I'm actually disappointed on how cost-efficient this set 1s compared to the alternative I stumbled upon: 50 A4 sleeves for double the price..
The laminating result of these sleeves, with our cheap laminator, however is fine. The Laminated cards are unbended, without air pockets and clear transparent.

I bought a cheap second hand laminator and didn’t even know if it worked properly and therefore didn’t want to spend much on laminating pouches. This pack seemed the ideal solution. Luckily my purchase turned out to be a bargain as it worked, and so I have been using the pouches, so far just the A5 and A4. This pack is a great price for a starter pack or if you are not going to be using your laminator much, but it is a bit misleading saying that there are 50 pouches as so many of them (20) are business card size. The quality of the pouches is good. I have used them as signs for a charity shop, and they have been strong enough to be taped to shelves and then moved etc. I would definitely recommend this product for quality and price, as long as you are aware that there are so many business cards in the pack.
