This phone is a piece of crap
This phone is a piece of crap, first, it damaged my SD card, second, everytime I try to her music through my Bluetooth speaker, I can't because of constant stop and go, I can't even use my cash app or check my bank account because this stupid phone won't allow me, always giving me a message of error, I can't send it back because I made the mistake of trowing the box away, help?, what help?, There is never anybody for that, anyone reading this, do yourself a favor, don't buy it!!!

This phone IS NOT VoLTE capable.. Will not run on Consumer Cellular post 3G shut.
Phone worked OK until ATT shut their 3G support off. Spent hours on the phone with very poor TCL support and Consumer Cellular "help" and a couple trips to Target... SIM swaps etc. TCL finally said the phone simply isn't VoLTE capable and said I needed to change carriers . I bought this phone because of the 3G shut and was told it would be fine. It wasn't. After lengthy chats.. Amazon intervened and agreed to take the phone back. Bad experience all the way around.

Does what it wants, not what I want
I don’t know if this is a problem with the phone or the Android OS, but this phone’s usability is terrible and if often seems to have its own mind. And it is really sad that the OS takes up over half of the 4 GB RAM before even any apps run. All I can say is it works but go for an iPhone if you can, you’ll see why it is such a superior product.

Phone advertised as US version,
Not US version, if it was you would be able to do wifi calling on it, nowhere in the phone can you find the setting, to turn it on, which leads me to believe it's an international version phone for sure. Therefore I'll be returning for refund.

Don't waist your money it's not working good
It falls off the wifi alot the what's app not work it glitches alot I wasted my damn money on this kmt

Хорошая ценность
Большой экран, и цена отличная. Все, что вам нужно, можно получить по телефону, не платя от 800 до 1200 долларов. Заменяя тот, который был удален много раз. Купленный для кого-то другого
