Selfie mode will blacked out if battery safer is on!!
It is a great phone overall. I was expecting the size of 6.82 inches to be larger than it is. Most of the functions are working great. I wish the screen is wider rather than long and narrow. The camera has a built-in enhancement feature which gives much better pictures and views. I also like the globe connection feature that I can use when I go overseas by inserting a local sims card.
It is fast and easy to operate. It uses a C cable for charging. Overall, it seems to be working fine.

Its great for a budget phone.
Pretty good for the price. Not sure if it was worth the swap out for my budget Samsung A series. I'm a little annoyed the first phone I received had a cracked screen and then the replacement also got a cracked screen with 48 hours even though I put a screen protector on. But the camera is good and it has plenty of storage.

Okay Phone
I got this phone in March 2022, with in two months it started dropping service. I had to restart the phone every couple of days, now its almost every day. Working with service through email, tried to fix, but still having the same problem. Also some apps don't work proper, I see in other post that some having the same problem with apps. I sent copy of receipt to service for warranty, lets see what happens now.

Grandson loves it
Bought this for my 14 yr old grandson. It actually has 4 cameras, 2 speakers, face recognition and finger print security. Pictures are clear. Nice size perfect for younger teenagers has all fantastic features. Recommend it.

Phone was not as described!
Item was thought to be new and unlocked! Nowhere in the add did it state that I would receive a used phone that was not reset to factory or physically cleaned! So the assumption would be that the phone would be a new phone. What I received was a used, locked phone, packaged poorly, dirty, with pieces missing. How I know it was not reset, is when I charged it and turned it on, the previous owners picture was on the locked screen.

Received a open box phone, looks to be in newer condition. Open box means used or refurbished!!
Open box means used or refurbished!! This is the second try with a Amazon purchased phone the last time I received an older model of what I purchased. Sent that one back and purchased a higher end model of phone and received a open box. It works OK so far but new products don't come with broken seals on the box.. Don't know if I will keep it yet, is it better than my old 3G don't know yet..

Will keep it because I am tired of dealing with these stupid phones because 3G is going away. It works but not great. Would I buy another NO but it's not worth the hassle to try another brand and get a used or open box or older phone again, and the case was stolen out of my order.. This was a terrible amount of BS to deal with but Amazon did a decent partial refund for it. So perhaps it will keep working for a couple of years, before LTE and 4G is taken down to force everybody to buy phones again. What next 5G then 6, 7, 8, 9G and so on..

Not a dual SIM phone!
The phone is advertised as a dual SIM and says dual under SIM in description. However, phone that arrived to ne had a single SIM tray with a space for one SIM and one memory card. Having brought it for the dual SIM, and not having it, was disappointing. I don't have time to buy another as I'm traveling. Please update the description for accuracy.

irratic operation, no-wi-fi calling capability, hard to get customer support
I have 7 regular scheduled daily alarm alerts, the phone alerted me 2 days out of 10. After being placed on hold for 26 minutes by Tech support. I was finally told by a tech that only the 5G had wi-fi calling capabilities. Had I known I wouldn't have bothered buying it.
Poor connectivity, I had no service in areas where I previously had service. I can get 5 bars when I am next to a cell tower. It usually shows 3 bars which start fading out as was my call to tech support after 26 minutes of being on-line, I lost the connection. Pros' it has a strong blue tooth and cameras are good, but still doesn't serve my purpose.
