I use this with my bass.
It works great and the display is highly visible.
It takes a little while to become familiar with its operating modes. But after a little use it becomes quick to find the mode you need when you need it.
Buffered mode is great to have on the occasions it’s needed - just be warned that it will eat batteries if left in buffering mode and you leave the leads plugged in.
Generally I don’t use buffering mode so find that battery life is great.
By the way it runs on a 9 V PP3 battery (or with a suitable power supply) which are not supplied and is contrary to some indications on Amazon and within its supplied documentation.

my husband simply loves this gadget - much easier to use than his previous one and easy for him to see even when it's sitting on the floor in front of him during a gig. Definitely one of his favourite toys!

This is one of the best pedals I ever bought. If you play live gigs, it's so easy to check you are in tune between songs with the polyphonic mode - strum all the strings together, and a quick adjustment takes only a few seconds. And it's really accurate. Nice clear display as well. I never thought I'd like it so much (after all it's only a tuner....) but it's great.

The polytune is just what you expect of it: Quick tuning, options to run it in true bypass of buffered, and overall reliability! The screen is large and the leds are bright. There's not much to say, it just works.

There are slight differences in the frequency measured when polytuning versus single string tuning, but since both modes are enabled all the time, it's not a major issue. I would probably polytune to get close, then tune individual strings accurately.

I'm not in a band. In fact, most of the time, I just play to, well, play. But there's something about having perfect tuning at the touch of a button - even when you're strumming. it may be a small thing, but this tuner works flawlessly, and that's what I need.

I don't know why it took me so long to get a tuner pedal!! This should have been my first pedal. Durable construction, preserves the guitars natural tone and is very easy to use. Be aware you need your own power supply for this as it doesn't come with one (which was fine as my board has a supply)
Pros:
Very bright display
Single string tuning mode is very accurate
Polytune mode is good for a quick tune check while playing and it works well.
Automatically switches between the two tuning modes
Overall a great pedal
Cons:
Polytune mode is less accurate than single string
More expensive than the average tuner pedal

A new staple on my pedalboard. Buffered bypass made me pull the trigger. Very, very bright LED. Built to last like all TC effects. Love being able to see which strings are in tune with a single strum. Great pedal.

Totalmente satisfecho con la compra, funciona perfectamente. La función de lanzar todas las cuerdas al aire para localizar las desafinadas es fantástica, tanto en afinación estándar como en Drop D. Y el buffer cuando usas cables largos se agradece. Vengo de un Boss TU-3 y no tiene nada que ver, aunque funciona bien, está muchos años por detrás.

is good. I wanted something that was very visible. I tune all over the place and have fender 6 and baritones and basses so it just tells me what note and how to get there in easy to seeness. I couldn't get it to be recognized for a firmware update with the software. Not that it really matters. The bypass/buffer thingy part is great.

Un pedal afinador con la opción de afinar las 6 cuerdas al mismo tiempo. Dentro de la carcasa tiene unos interruptores para que esté siempre activado el afinador o solo cuando se pulse el boton. Y otro para modo de afinación normal (EAG...) o modo estroboscópico (un poco raruno para mi gusto).
Aún no he podido trapichear demasiado para ver la efectividad del buffer bonafide en la cadena de efectos.
