I purchased the SynchMaster 920NM on 11/10/2007. Out of the box experience was good - CD, set instructions etc. Helpful hint connect the monitor cable prior to assembling the stand. It can be a bit tight trying to connect w/the base inplace.Performance is good, however you need to make sure you leverage the auto set up feature and switch to the different preset modes to make the most of your new purchase.The product is a great value for the price - with a few small tweaks, it will run similar those costing much more.am

I purchased this monitor in Sept. 2007 to replace a View Sonic monitor that faded on me within 14 months of purchase. I plugged this monitor into my computer, and it was ready to go. Talk about plug-and-play. I never even had to run the CD that came with it. The 19-inch widescreen makes for easy viewing on the eyes. The colors are crisp. I don't see any bleeding on the edges of the screen. I relied heavily on the opinions I read here on Amazon, and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend this item for both the quality and value.

I have had a very bad experience with this monitor. The resolution is terrible. I'll probably end up buying a replacement monitor.

I have consistently read that Samsung LCD TV's are of the highest quality. I decided to try one of their screens and I am very satisfied with it. The color is superb, blacks are deep, controls are easy. I highly recommend it.

While I'm happy with this monitor it came with no manual of any kind and Samsung's website has none either. I'd appreciate if anyone could tell me how to adjust it.Thanks.

I bought one of these about 4 months ago. The color is fantastic and the clarity is equal to many of the more expensive monitors in this class. I am going to get another soon for a dual monitor setup. Samsung has been in the electronics business for years and this Flat Panel is no exception to their quality.

I just upgraded to a laptop and docking station at work with this monitor from a standard 17". The color and definition is simple stunning. Will be buying one for home as well.
