Device was sold with ECG feature coming soon. When it dropped it is only supported by samsung phones. This was never stated in the advertising. I'm just outside the return window, but maybe Amazon will make an exception. Class action lawsuit otherwise.

Its a good watch dont get me wrong but I thought I was upgrading from the 2nd watch. I literally don't see a difference in function. It looks more sleek but is way behind in technology from Apple. I was hoping for more functionality but its was extremely anticlimactic. Plus it has way shorter of a battery life. So if you're looking to upgrade from an older model Samsung watch id hold out and not waste your money

All my friends have been sharing/posting their surfing tracks (paths recorded via GPS while surfing or paddling) and I thought this flagship watch could do the same. Turns out the Galaxy Watch uses a strange operating system that has very limited apps. No go. Disappointed.

I've bought the LTE version and it's noting but disappointment.
1. I am unable to measure the blood pressure (there is no way to measure it with this watch, it's false advertisement).
2. The continuous heart rate monitoring is spotty. The heart rate recordings could be absent for up to 20 minutes.
3. The battery lasts about 28 hours (not 72 advertised hours)
4. Mobile activation is impossible: ICCID on the watch is unknown and the phone shows T-Mobile error on activation attempt (no idea why T-Mobile, I am not a T-Mobile customer)
5. Official Samsung support said that support should be requested from the POS (Point of Sale) and NOT Samsung

The watch itself is great, it has a decent battery life, very user friendly watch OS to navigate. And overall a good design.
The 1 star is because if you have verizon, you are unable to get the Watch activated since the EID is not the correct "format", as I'm told to be activated. So buyijg this watch through Amazon means you can only connect via Bluetooth and not cellular through Verizon.
