This is my first time back to Samsung since the s7. I must say that the features have come a long way. I have upgraded to this phone from an iPhone 16 pro. The speed is excellent. Camera is excellent. Customisation excellent.

I am not an expert. I replaced my S22u only bc it won't get any more updates and who knows what the chip cost future is. The phone is bigger. It looks fine. The cameras look vulnerable to accidents bc they stick out so far. I bought a good red folio case to protect it. The violet color looks nice showing through the camera opening. It has many features I will never use. It has very many more settings so it can be customized. The screen seemed duller until I changed settings. The battery life is a lot longer. It is very much faster and the speakers are LOUD and, to me, have good sound. I have not had to restart. My old one needed frequent restarts. The only reasons I got the ultra was I wanted thr biggest screen that was water resistant. The rest of the features just came with it.
This gets 7 years of updates and I will keep it that long, if it lasts. Did I spend too much? Probably. But It would be a wast to turn this in in a year or two to get 3% better videos. Its plain bold marketing, in my opinion, to convince people to toss out something this nice to get a near exaxt new one. If I keep it as long as I plan, the cost will be worth it for good battery life, a big bright screen, a fast processor, and good sound. I'd be sad to have a lower quality device that I use constantly.
This gets 7 years of updates and I will keep it that long, if it lasts. Did I spend too much? Probably. But It would be a wast to turn this in in a year or two to get 3% better videos. Its plain bold marketing, in my opinion, to convince people to toss out something this nice to get a near exaxt new one. If I keep it as long as I plan, the cost will be worth it for good battery life, a big bright screen, a fast processor, and good sound. I'd be sad to have a lower quality device that I use constantly.

Very similar to, but much much improved from the Galaxy S23 that it replaced. It's faster, has a lot more features and is essentially the same size as the S23. I like it a lot. Switching to the new phone was the easiest transition that I've ever done. Much less "pain of change" than I had anticipated.
Still learning all the new/improved things that are included, but I can honestly say that I'm happy I made the change. I'd been vacillating for quite some time over the decision to get a new phone, because the S23 was still operating as well as it did out of the box. Three+ years is long enough and I owed myself a new toy. If I could have had one thing on this phone that isn't there, it would be the privacy screen that the plus and ultra models come with. My wife's plus has it and it's a neat feature when in a crowd.
Note that I took advantage of the included gift card plus the trade-in offer that included an additional discount plus the trade-in-phone value amount, plus the price reduction to $850.00, all put together, made my net cost much more palatable than the $899.99 initial list price.

Galaxy s26 ultra,So far so good ,works great ,got it only because my galaxy s20 was going bad the screen went all white from night to day ,out of no where. I ordered a new screen fix it but the screen wasn't as clear and smooth as the original and being it was an old galaxy s20. I decided to get a new one. I ordered the galaxy s26 ultra it's a big upgrade from the galaxy s20 ,so far I'm loving the Gs26 ultra well worth it ,it's bigger,the pictures and videos are amazing,charging is super fast ,the battery has lasted me all day from watching videos on YouTube, scrolling through insta ,tiktok ,Facebook and searching through the internet. I will update if needed .. for now if your upgrading from and older model like I did,from a Gs20,you will love it.I'm sure this one will last me just as long or longer.I'm not one to change phones just because a new one came out ,only if I really have to.

My S21 Ultra was getting long in the tooth and the feature set of this new S26 Ultra got me to move on and with the pre-launch deal I feel I got a bargain on a heck of a competent handset. I've only had it a few days but I've found the camera system is amazingly capable and produces gorgeous pictures and videos - and I've barely scratched the surface and haven't even touched the AI features yet. The display is fine, I can't find anything to complain about at all, and not having the curved edges made fitting a screen protector easy - and I suspect it'll last longer than the curved ones for my S21U which were always getting dust under the tacky stripping which made them fail prematurely.

Not much to say... It is the Samsung Flagship.
Camera is incredible even though it did not have a big upgrade, phone feels amazing and it is well built. Samsung ecosystem is known for its amazing usability and compatibility that makes to feel a grear experience.
Privacy display is good, well engineered and curious to see it in action, if you like nitid and sharp colors, you'll definitely will have it turned off, worth it for security pins or banking apps if you want privacy.
Definitely is something that will be worth it if you are new to Samsung or having an old version.
Phone is amazing but if you come from an S24U or S25U you won't feel a huge difference.

Excellent, but needs some changes:
1. the corners are too sharp. It's time to go back to rounded design for comfort in the hand.
2. The telephoto cameras are bad. The 3x is actually almost useless due to the tiny sensor size (unless there's a ton of light of course). I'd rather have a camera system made 3 great cameras than 4 mediocre cameras
3. Heat was an issue when using the cameras for more than a few quick snaps. It makes me feel like I can't rely on it if I want to make a day of shooting.

Samsung phones are personally my favorite and the ultra has always been my choice, not a huge difference compared to last year's model if you were to have them facing up side by side you wouldn't be able to know the difference, the rear you can see the new camera design, makes it stand out especially with the camera protector on which i recommend you get along with screen protector and the new privacy display is ok the bad side is when you have it on , it makes the phone look a bit funky as in clarity but still a cool feature that I will use permanently for my notifications

Something I notice everyday. This phone is super fast. I'm coming from an iPhone 15 pro max. I also compared to an iPhone 17. It's just fast. The camera is pretty amazing also and you can take photos in raw and edit them in light room. I'm going to switch from my milo to this for my daughter's tournaments this weekend and I'm excited to see the difference in the film. The phone is expensive. Hopefully it will last for multiple years to I can get my money's worth.

I purchased this phone the beginning of March. I love this phone because it is very light and does everything I want it to. The only problem is It came with a $100 gift card as part of the price. When I checked my credit card bill I had paid $100 for a gift card. The gift card never appeared on my order to be paid. I think that is false advertising because I wasn't aware I had to pay $100 for the gift card.

Coming from a note 20 ultra (2020). Here are the cons. It's somehow thicker and heavier than the note 20 I think. I'm a little uncomfortable with how far the camera sticks out from the body. I miss my micro SD slot! Annoyingly, the S pen only fits back the right way. Palm slide screen captures doesn't work as well - screen is too sensitive to touch now and scrolls.
All of that aside, it's a great phone. It's fast, has Ai features I still don't know about. Camera is amazing and so is the screen. No other complaints.

I bought this product on sale and i have been using it for a while and i love using it. But when i order it they didnt deliever and its lost. Amaozon wants me to cancel and order a new one which i obv didnt want to cuz i bought it with discount. I have to talk for like two days to get a replacement order but rather than that the phone is great. Durable and kinda look nice.

I had tried to get this phone through at&t but it seems their team members don't know what they sell because they gave us the phone with the wrong storage and after that we couldn't get the right phone until weeks later bc they needed to do refunds and stuff. I'm so glad I got it through here, delivery was fast and I got a gift card so far I am very happy with Amazon and Samsung.

Combining specs and Samsung software ecosystem I would say this is top of the line android phone right now.
While it looks and feels like a very premium device every spec is ultra in this phone: Amazing Giant 6.9" screen, insane spec ultra camera, sufficient storage, and paired newest overclocked Snapdragon Processor that is capable to outperform latest apple phones.
There is no battery upgrade this time which is ok to me and combination of Samsung software efficiency and latest Snapdragon Processor gives that battery upgrade feel. In general it lasts longer vs any older Samsung ultra models.
Samsung is promising 7 years of software updates which is nice.

This phone reminds me of the iphone, what i was really excited for was the peivacy mode. Just as many people mention about the feature it does come in handy instead or buying a privacy screen protector. I felt have have made a great decision purchasing this device unlock because if I would've went through the phone companies they would charge additional fees and hide it your monthly statements like I would catch on to all the fees applied

I finally did the upgrade from my Galaxy S22 Ultra, and this S26 Ultra was no let down. I frequently used the 10x optical on my old phone, but this new model still does amazing zoom photos. Thanks to the free double memory to 512gb, and Amazon's $200 gift card.. this was a no brainer !

Fantastic phone! I was initially worried about the screen issues that I had seen reported around Reddit and elsewhere, and whose screenshots of fuzzy text characters had me concerned. However, at least for the unit I received, I have no such issues, and the screen quality is wonderful.
A nice little bonus that I hadn't anticipated is that the speakers are so much better than my previous phone (S22 Ultra).
Perhaps a small complaint: I had expected a native 10 bit display, but it is only 8 bit. Not really an issue though.

Very nice phone and not tied to a cell provider. Old phone was a Samsung. Used a usbc/usbc connector cable to move all data over to new phone. Pull the sim card from the old phone and put it in the new phone. See YouTube for instructions. Got a case protector and a $200 gift card.

So far this has been well worth waiting for the Galaxy S26. Mind you I had a Note 9 prior to this phone. Privacy screen works well and the AI capabilities have helped me in unexpected situations such as pictures to edit OR when I was trying to figure while watching a video what a certain object was. Can't see much of a change since the galaxy note10 plus, aside from the cameras and apps, I did 5 years the other other galaxy, so I expect another 5 years for this one. It's just as fast and does every thing quick like my old phone.

Seamless transition to this phone from my old Samsung galaxy a53 with the Sim card! I have no problem making a phone last me a long time so I decided to be the latest and greatest samsung to last me a while. I can't comment on the AI part of it as I turned every aspect of that off because I hate that technology. Otherwise everything else functions great and has a crazy fast processor even with all my apps and crap that got transferred. Overall a great phone so far. Have nothing negative to say as of now.

The Galaxy S26Ultra is fabulous! My previous phone was a Note 20 Ultra, so 6 model years older. Quite a difference in the phone. I will be finding features on this phone for some time to come.
The only disappointing thing about this transaction is the lack of the promised $200 Gift Card. So where is it? You sure weren't slow about taking MY money!

Really thought the camera would perform better than this. Everything else is cool. Paid extra for a camera and it just won't take decent close up photos. 200mp don't look as nice as you would think. S10+ took similar quality pics and its like 7 years old.

Upgraded from a s21 ultra 128gb so can't really say anything bad. I been keeping the privacy display on at all times screen quality barely drops with it on.
Not sure if this was an issue with older ultras but there's a good amount of AI slop. You get notifications and messages/notifications 3-5 times a day about it. But I'm sure once I select no enough it will stop. Nothing too intrusive tho.

Im finally updating from the S22 Ultra. It's definitely worth the upgrade if youre thinking about switching over from that particular phone. The S Pen does have less features but I never used mine for the camera anyway. The phone is so fast and the screen is beautiful. Battery life is pretty good too.

The S26 ultra is magnificent. It's feature rich with numerous customizations. However, could Samsung upgraded the hardware, aside from the beautiful design changes? YES I'm assuming they didn't to keep the phone at a price point without hyper inflating its cost.

Great phone and features, don't care for some ai features being locked behind uploading instead of local processing on your phone tho. Pen struggling with magnetic case is a bother but nothing too difficult since I can just remove it. Overall pleased with how it works!

Upgrading from S22 Ultra. Privacy display works great and the phone is very responsive, faster than my S22U. I have used Note 2, S9+, Note 10, S22U throughout the years. Samsung always keep innovation up to date. So far battery life been great and the Galaxy AI features and the camera makes this phone worth the upgrade.

Very fast charging. I still have to play with the camera settings and things but so far so good. The only issue is the fingerprint feature sometimes i have to press 2 or 3 times for it to connect. Sound is good I upgraded from a galaxy S21FE

This was an essential but welcome purchase due to my old galaxy note 9 being 3g network compatible. However due to the excellent 2g signal, it's now an extremely good dumb phone for the house, and hopefully it'll be around until the scheduled 2g switch off in 2033. The reason I went for the 1tb option was due to the inability to use a micro sd card, but that comes with a16gb ram bonus. After my initial lack of enthusiasm at having to part with big chunk of money for a phone, I'm absolutely thrilled that I did, because this phone has become my go to stills video and pocket computer, and if this phone is as reliable as my previous phone, it'll be only my second phone in 16 years. Bargain👌

I moved to the S26 Ultra from the S22 Ultra and it's such a huge difference! I waited a long time for Samsung to release a new phone that was worth it and this certainly is. The build quality and speed is amazing, the camera is clear and vibrant and the new charging speed is great.
I don't love the privacy setting as it dims the display a lot and I don't really need to use it much.
I was disappointed to see the display lacks some colour and it's certainly not as vibrant as my last phone. Hopefully this will be fixed in an update if it's even possible.
Besides that, I love this phone and look forward to using it for the next few years.

I have been using the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, and overall it’s a fantastic phone with loads of premium features. The 200MP camera is incredible, photos come out sharp, detailed, and vibrant, and it’s easily one of my favourite things about the device. The performance is also top-tier thanks to the Snapdragon processor and 12GB RAM, everything runs smoothly and fast.
The battery life is solid and comfortably gets me through a full day, and the display looks amazing with great clarity and brightness. It definitely feels like a high-end device in every way.
However, the main issue I’ve had is with Android Auto, which has been quite frustrating. Since getting the phone, I’ve experienced connection problems and inconsistent performance when using it in the car. It doesn’t always work as smoothly as expected, which has been a bit of a letdown considering how good the rest of the phone is.
Aside from that, I really can’t fault it, it’s powerful, well-built, and packed with features. If the Android Auto issues get resolved, the finger print seson works quick and is very secure and the phone is really easy to set up and first use out of the box.

Excellent phone, upgraded from an old Samsung and found it streets ahead with ease of use and technology advances, you need a magsafe cover for it to work on mag chargers but that's about the only slight minus point, also got the pro4 earbuds to go with it, awesome.

Ok so, I think I'm probably the very 1st person leaving a review for this S26 Ultra cuz i checked before reviewing and there wasnt any 🕺🤩. First impressions, and I'm gonna be starting with the negatives. No Wall Charger. It only came with a black 1 Meter c to c cable. Now presently, I don't have any of those sockets in my house so that means I can't use it until I install an extension or adapter. I went for the 1TB because I create contents and also needed a good camera and after much research and comparings and contrasts, even against the iPhone 17 Pro, this S26 Ultra won.
I currently own an S10e, S10 and an S10+ and they all have wall chargers. Also, the battery life is rubbish. It doesn't even last at all.
The good part: It's definitely my dream fone. Everything is as I expected. The camera range is a game changer, no wonder it even won iPhone 17 pro max. It has a lot of zooms, different ranges i cldnt believe it. I don't regret buying this fone at all. I went for the instalmental payments for 24months but I'll probably pay it off soon. My greatest happiness is that we now have the option to remove that annoying bibxy or whatever it's called. Thank goodness. This fone is so organised. They actually give u the choice to choose the samsung apps that you want to keep or remove eg Samsung health, samsung store, Samsung wearables and the rest of it. I removed everything except for Samsung health cos i use that to monitor my water intake and exercise.
This fone even has an Ai creator, well, it's an Ai phone so this is gonna force me to start creating things.
This phone's biggest downfall is its battery. Other than that, 👌
I will come back to review this further once I've played with it.

I'm not being funny, I've tried everything but it seems my s10+ has a better camera. Even to make content with it on tiktok, it keeps lagging. I don't think it's worth the price, honestly. No instructions for connection to supplier.

Got the purple version of this for my wife and i started to update her phone first, its been the quickest transfer we have ever done and we were transferring from an S23 Ultra to this and it took about 30 minutes in total and after an hour, we had everything done.
The privacy screen to stop people looking from the side of you (which you have to turn on) works brilliantly. Claims that the phone starts up faster to me have not been seen at all, takes a similar amount of time my S23 used to.
Some elements are definitely faster, loving it so far.

Omg 😮 wow went from a Samsung Note 10 to this phone. Lets just say the advancement was steep. This phone feels great ( bigger ) . The display looks fantastic, Camera is out of this world but its the little ( massive ) things like the photo AI that really made this phone stand out. Yes ive just scratched the surface and cant wait to find out more of its little improvements

I upgraded from a Samsung S24 ultra to this phone. The S26 Ultra does, like other phones have pros and cons. I am very pleased with the phone. The new gorilla glass is tougher, which many reviews say that a screen protector is not necessary. I am happy with my purchase, although I ask myself if the upgrade from the S24 to the S26 is worth it.
