False advertisement. Phone is locked.
If you are looking for a factory unlocked phone this is not it. I used a t-mobile card in this when I was in the USA and it worked fine. When I tried to use it overseas with a local carrier's SIM, the phone required a UICC unlock code, which I did not have. I called t-mobile thinking that somehow they had locked my phone. When they looked it up they said the phone was not unlocked and that there must have been a carrier that this phone came from but they didn't know which carrier. Now I am overseas and have no way to unlock the phone, so I will have to purchase another phone locally.

too cute .... a cell phone has lots of functions and makes it very appealing color touch screen very sencible ... I like ...... and it works very well outside the USA ... I'm from Costa Rica and here works very well .... and the phone is very light

This is a great phone. It is mainly sold in Europe so it comes with many different languages available. I love the touchscreen as it is very responsive. I am using this phone with AT & T Service in Indiana in the USA and all of the features work fine except downloading the Samsung Apps which does not affect me as I would not do that anyways. The phone, texting, and internet all work great! I am so thrilled to get such a good phone at such a good price.

and the charger is an adaptation and looks pretty cheap with that
this is an european version, so when i tried to download the amazon app for my phone it download the europe app, and the charger is an adaptation and looks pretty cheap with that. good phone but a little disappointed.

Bought this phone like a month ago and so far so good. It was my first touch screen phone and i am not disappointed at all at the sensitivity.
The only negative i have which could be a positive for the next buyer is that after 3weeks the phone went on a 50%sale how i wish i had waited to save the extra $120. But oh well....

I am not tech savvy, am an older woman who has learned all about this phone. I only want my phone to be my phone and to remind me of appointments when I have them. I have five of these now, two will charge, three will not, but still work other than that. So, I keep the one with my sim card in it and then two of the fully charged batteries in my purse. This way I always have a fresh battery to pop in this wonderful little phone.

Disappointed
This phone is European. Its spell is not American English. Phone worked fine for one month, then videos became non accessible. After 5 months camera stopped focussing. Poor internet access on data from day 1. A lot of hardware issues. Wish I could return it.
