I'm sorry I cant give this product the 5 Stars I wanted to give it, when I received my charger thru the mail it came great, Brand New, Sealed in a plastic bag. At first it was all good and great, but after a couple of uses, I realized it was staying stuck on my phone and harder to take off, then one of the Grey buttons you press to take out the charger got stuck inside which only made things worse. The real mest up thing is that the broken Original charger that came with my phone Still Works, and that is even after i Crushed the lil' connecter with my Wheelchair, badly damaging the tip. Now you know how weak the New Charger I Bought was. But it's ok, its not like I paid $15.oo for it, Plus the trip to the Store, Plus the Tax Fee that is always added to every Store Purchase. So that's why I'm still Happy I bought it Here at Amazon.com :) it only cost me $5.oo or around that price, but still less than $10.oo with Shipping included so I will be buying one again to give it another try. :)Thank You Amazon.com and all the Sellers that make Buying Online Possible, Save me Alot of Money, And for Giving Me Credit! :)AND PLEASE DONT LET MY EXPIRIENCE AFFECT YOUR DECISION TO BUY or Not BUY HERE, I AM A QUADRIPLEGIC AND THEREFORE GRAB THINGS DIFFERENTLY THAN A NORMAL PERSON WOULD... Etc, etc, etc, you get the point. :)

great value, android runs very smooth, it cames in its box with all accessories, perfectly unlocked for my country & operator (VENEZUELA - Movilnet), just needed to insert my SIM card & the APN local configuration to run internet and no problem... honestly i was very happy with my purchase, until after using it and need to recharge the battery.... and NOTHING...CHARGER CAME BROKEN & USELESS. after a deep review I noticed one of the PINS of the charger was damaged or missing, so it wont charge anything.... :other CONs is all manuals & information of this cellphone came in french! even the charger originaly is european. with a little adapter, thats not a problem for me, because it came with it, but the real problem was the damaged charger. i was a few days on vacation and didnt noticed that when still on U.S.A and didnt returnt it, now im back on my country, and FORTUNATELY, was not the cellphone, just the charger, so i spend like 15$ to buy a replacement...so, to resume: I LIKE A LOT THE CELLPHONE, android runs great, but it came with a damaged accesory and all in french documentation & manuals....

I've ordered it for my daughter - was just looking for an unlocked QWERTY entry level Android. Got the phone the other day - i was ordering the one from Amazon. So what i've received was:- the phone itself: it is a not a factory unlocked version - it is a hacked / unlocked version of Orange (EU operator) phone, with Orange software (you can't uninstall this), Orange logos on it and the worst thing - not a QWERTY keyboard. This is a French version, so you get AZERTY keyboard, since French keyboard looks different.- what i've received in the box also left a strange impression: it was sent not in original box (at least Samsung was spelled correctly on the box), "hand-crafted" manual with a lot of spelling mistakes, the phone itself was not in original protective shields (looked like it was opened before), earphones in the packcage with English / GB marking, while charger was maked in French.Anyhow, this is still a good phone, and if you are ok with a French AZERTY keyboard and not a factory unlocked phone you may want to try it. Otherwise you may want to try the one from eBay. I will be returning the phone to Amazon, and will most most probably be looking for another phone from other vendors.

This cell phone is great, comes with all the necessary functions and gadgets, well built, responsive touch screen, good design, plus sliding full qwerty keyboard, the only flaw I see on this phone is the lack of better camera & flash, also the missing front camera for video calls, but since this is a medium range price product I think its way much better than what you expect to receive.

are irresponsible, they are selling a 551 samsung qwerty keyboard that is not specified according to the item description, IS FRANCES KEYBOARD AZERTY...the seller's HassleFreeCell response was:I am so sorry about this but I check with Samsung all of the international version of this model is coming with the France type azerty.

I've ordered this phone from 2 different sellers. Each time, the phone has arrived with a keyboard that is laid out different from standard US QWERTY keyboard. The item description shows QWERTY keyboard. The physical keyboard on the phone is AZERTY, which means a few keys are rearranged. A and Q are swapped. W and Z are swapped. The M is moved to the right of L. I wanted the slide out keyboard for easy texting, which is very difficult with some keys in the wrong places. The phone does have a pop-up on screen keyboard, which is QWERTY, when you close the slide out. But that defeats the purpose of the slide-out.Other than the keyboard, the phone is my first Android phone. It seems to work well. No complaints about the functionality, or the software.

I can not say other than: it is AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME, just one thing:On the preview images and on Back View it shows the SAMSUNG logo at the bottom and Google logo above it, I do not know why the Google logo wasn't there, it replaced with Android Logo, it doesn't matter for me if there is Google logo or Android logo, but it will be better if they will put exactly images for the product.It is awesome, everything works GREAT and SILKY SMOOTH, I bought one and now I ordered two more. I really recommend it for everyone.Thanks;

The phone works perfectly has a beautiful desing and a good camera. It has the Android 2.2 which works really well and fast. The only thing is that the keyboard comes in the french desing that is instead of a QWERTY keyboard it is an AZERTY keyboard but is a matter of getting used to it. Good price. Good smartphone.I bought this phone from italy and I had to pay 35 euros in addition due to the taxes of the country beside to the expedition fee

I ordered this for my Mom's cellphone. Her battery was dying and she didn't want to learn a new telephone. It arrived much sooner than was expected and she is very pleased with the new battery.

A great phone and it was shipped way sooner than expected! I had no problems switching my old number and use the data connection! Can only recommend after a lot of less fun experiences with my main carrier!

got the phone the other dayit's kind of hard to access the upper side of the keyboard buttons but the rest looks okfor the money spent looks to be a good oneAndroid is running smooth and picks the WiFi networks around

I enjoyed dealing with this retailer. The new battery restored the performance of the phone. That's all a new battery needs to do. Exact same appearance as original.

The OEM Samsung Car Charger is higher quality than the cheaper knock-off units. I previously purchased one of the cheaper knock-offs...did not last very long at all. This New Unit is Working Far Better!!!

I could not find the drivers anywhere for this Samsung cable, including the Samsung site, and it won't work without them on my Samsung M610 phone. I called Sprint and they said the cable should be plug n play, but it isn't. Don't buy it.

This phone is a dissapointment. The camera and video work poorly; it is not a happy marriage of phone and digital camera:
-- Flash photos are poor, despite the advanced flash;
-- Shutter lag time is long and worse, unpredictable (you basically can't capture the moment you want);
-- It is not possible to record directly to the SD chip. I checked with Samsung directly on this as I couldn't believe there wouldn't be an option to record direct to chip -- they said one records to the phone memory and transfers to the chip. So, you have an inconvenient two-step process and your video time is limited by the very small phone memory;
-- It is heavy and thick, a price worth paying if the photo and video aspects lived up to the hype. Unfortunately, that's not the case.
Bottom line: The Samsung G800 was a shotgun wedding of phone and camera. I do not recommend this device.

Received two broken same items from seller.Not sure what's going on? Return both of them with my own shipping cost,finally I get back nothing what I was paid for the original order.I'm stay away from the item and the seller forever.

I had thought this cable would transfer photos from my Samsung phone to a computer. Apparently not. Still not sure then what the purpose of this cable is?! A waste....

I really like this cell phone. The picture quality is crystal smooth and clear, not grainy like other phones. same thing for the video. It has a nice feel to it, not light and plastic feeling. The features are good, but i'm still trying to figure out where the games are. It says it comes with java games but where. Depends where you buy it, you'll have to change the menu to english, but you'll have to play with the menu to find it. It works fine with my t-mobile simcard. But other than that, it's a real good phone.

The product appears to be a genuine samsung cable, so they were right on with that. I have yet to find any of the drivers available online (or on Samsung's site) though, so I can't use the thing. I guess you get what you pay for.
