Samsung buds live complete review on Comfort/Noise-Cancellation/Price worth
The Galaxy Buds Live may look like beans, but they sound a lot better than a pinto in your ear canal.
Is it price worthy?
Although it is launched at 170usd in US and if you convert it INR then it comes out to be Rs. 12,200 approx. But still at Rs.15k, price is good as its design, comfort and bass quality is worthy.
How much does the samsung Buds Live weighs?
They weight around 6gms which is heavier then even a Noise shots xo(4gm) or old samsung buds (4.8gm) and Jabra 75t (5gm). Though still lighter then Bose and Sony's recent earbuds. That being said Buds Live is still comfortable in ear as they easily nests in my ears without plugging deep into it.
Bass looks good so far but iam still testing.
How good is comfort ?
With an unsealed design, they're pretty clearly comfortable in your ear. Problem with other earbuds is they get sealed into ur ear which pains after a few hours of use but the Buds Live simply covers your ears. So I can use them for longer hours.
What about noise cancellation?
they don't block out much external noise, and that's something many people wanted. The active noise canceling also does little to quiet the world, and really doesn't make sense in an unsealed design. In fact, all it really does is waste power. And yet, the Buds Live are so very comfortable that I can forgive a few shortcomings
Call quality: I have used my friend's old samsung buds and sadly their call quality was not as great. I saw that these buds have 3 microphones. Will take a week and share my updated review
I will share more detailed review of buds live with details of Call Quality, battery power, charging case and sound quality of lows, mids and high bass.

Fantastic, Unique and truly a Non Copycat Design
Samsung has come a long way and its changed its face value from an Apple CopyCat company to innovative tech company, Man look at the design, awesome, You need to wear it to see the comfort, its very lightweight, comfortable and you can wear it all day long. Sound quality can be improved, but frankly at this size, one can expect this much only, and it's really good.
I am not comparing this with Airpods pro, though I own both, they are 2 different products from 2 different tech giants with their own design. So they have their own uniqueness, but Buds Live has a very unique design and I love the shape and the form factor.
I am enjoying it, Good Job Samsung, I am waiting for Note 20 Ultra to be delivered, and it looks like it's going to be a Long wait.

Best wearable earphones...
The most anticipated tech that samsung had offers..The best in class in earphones in the market which are faar better than sony apple airpods.
Sound is crisp, clear loud and full baas head..
The best part is it is very comfortable in ear without any ear in pain, you can see an entire movie in it...if you have an budget of this blindly go for it...I am also very concerned about this but my all concerned are over by using it...
And shout out to Amazon dilivery...just dilver in one day.... Kudos to you guys.❣️....and Kudos to Samsung ❣️❤️....

fake polices of amazon
Fitting is soo bad and the dont have return option first it was writting that it is 10 days returnable but then it changed to 7 days replaceble making fool of customers got no help from support team . The reason we buy from amazon on high rates because we get a chance to try if we like we keep it or else exchange it . But now after selling the things they chnge the policy the sound is good . No prob from samsung the issue is size fit issue for which atleast i should be able to return it

Buds Live the moment
This is Strictly not for Audiophiles....
After Unboxing i received earbuds software update. it was hardly 2.15mb
Buds fit very well. sound stage is huge, you can feel the music lively. This goes well only with all android phones and the noise cancellation feature is through software from Galaxy wearable app. Intuitive touch controls can be disabled from app as well.
Voice quality is great, better than all the true-wireless i have used till date. It has 3 active micro phones and one for Noise cancellation.
Noise cancellation feature is little gimmick as that purely depends on the fit within ear and nature of ambient surroundings. It cuts off frequency and fills with kind of vacuum which takes time to adjust.
Charging Case could have been better, it looks more glossy and tends to slip.
you also get extra pair of rubber ear tips to swap whenever required.
Battery tends to discharge faster when touch controls were enabled, otherwise decent 5 hrs of continuous music.
single tap to play, pause. Double tap to play next track, answer or end call. Triple tap to play previous track. Touch and hold to enable use choice of settings
Overall decent purchase, got it for 12,100 after bank discount. I see that price keeps shuffling from 14,450 to 14,990 not sure why is that.

Don't buy for a non samsung phone
I tried "call voice quality" with my Oneplus 5T, Redmi 4a and with Samsung M30s
With Samsung M30s I am getting good connectivity and really good noise cancellation for phone calls.
For both Oneplus5t and for Redmi 4a the audio call quality is very pathetic (both self and for the other side person) and is not "usable" unless you are ok to keep your phone infront of you on your hand without covering the top portion of the handset (Bluetooth-WiFi antenna area).
If you keep your hand anywhere near or if you move the phone fast towards side or simply if you flip your phone, the voice call starts to get chopped.
Looks like for SCO packets (biderictional audio on voice call) there is some weird thing happening with BT power control. Even if you keep your phone behind you in hand the voice will start chopping heavily.
For A2DP packets (music) I didn't see any difference in performance with all the three phones.
Audio quality is really good in all three.
For noise cancellation too there is no dependency on phone, hence same performance.
I have some years of experience in Bluetooth Chipsets and as far as I know, all the issues mentioned above are software issues, if Samsung can provide a FW update, which handles the BT power control for SCO packets better for non samsung phone's, this can be solved with a little bit hit on battery.
If someone from Samsung development team end up reading this

I am having a bit of ear ache while using it for longer time, but that could be just for me, most people are getting a super good fit as per online reviews, So it would be my ear shape issue.
It's better to give a trial before you make the decision to spend Rs 14000.

No compromises - Airpods pro true rivals!
Galaxy Buds Live exceeded what I came in expecting based on the leaks and the uncertainty I had about what the bean shape would mean for comfort and sound quality.
PROS
• Ergonomic design.
• Lengthy battery life.
• Powerful, balanced sound (10/10)
CONS
• Noise cancellation isn’t good for much
• Might not fit the smallest ears
Neither wound up being a concern after actually using them. If you’re okay living with a healthy dose of outside sound when listening to the Galaxy Buds Live, there’s a lot to like.

MUST READ REVIEW FROM A HARDCORE SAMSUNG USER
I have noticed below issues and no single postive about this product.
Negatives:
1)Case is pure black, BUDs are shiny Silver black which not completely black
2) When we wear this buds in ears, they look very odd
3) Very uncomfortable in ears after putting them in ears , if long time they irritate a lot (I have faced similiar issues while I use Samsung Buds Previous version)
4) Batter backup is very bad
5) Mainly audio is getting distorting when wind comes or signal issues.
6) Quality is very bad
I have faced the above all problems, So I request all to not purchase this usesless product.
Samsung is very good in Phones, coming to Audio devices it is very poor
Apple airpods are better and value for money, better go for this . I have made a mistake buying this.

The Earbuds of the Year!!!
I guess this is the ear buds of the year. Voice is absolutely clear, doesnt bulge out of ear, extremely light and most important thing good base (which is extremely better than Airpod pro).
The only thing anyone would take time to get used to would be the delicate touch. Even when you are adjusting your buds, you would end up touch event. But the fit is so perfect that you wont need to adjust it frequently.
Setup with a Samsung phone was extremely seemless. As soon as you will connect, it will install the app and everything would be done within a minute. Music modes can make a lot of difference in setting your style.
A pretty good job done by Samsung.

Google Pixel user with normal ear size
Sound Quality - Good with highs and mids. Better EQ with wearable app.but for non samsung phone u need to install extra plugin
Comfort - These are not entirely comfortable. Some kind of pain or irritation felt in the ear canal that gets stretched while wearing. I could not wear them for more than two hours in a day1. Day2 makes even irritating and i guess that's coz of plastic part of the earbud touches the ear skin. Many ppl who are comfortable with silicon touch might feel this rough. I suppose the comfort is subjective. unfortunately, amazon does not accept returns and not sure how I am gonna get through with this for long
Features - Cannot customise the touch features. Cannot connect to multiple devices.
Bluetooth coverage - It doesn't seems to be bluetooth version 5.0 as it gives exactly same coverage which a version 4.2 gives and that will not be sufficient to cover ur home completely.
Connecting with laptop - it is fine for seamless switch between laptop and mobile (although can't connect at a time) but we will get some hissing sound while watching videos on laptop. Even touch controls won't work well with laptop.
Verdict - purely for samsung flagship users with tolerance to hold plastic body into the ear canal
Highly disappointed as I could not return as per Amazon general policies. But I hope the will be changing that for this item alone as it's a unique design and won't suits everyone.

I own all top end earbuds, these surpass all.
Finally spending thousands of rupees, on sony all earbuds, sennheiser momemtun, apple airpods, galaxy buds live are the most comfortable, best sounding and multi platform earbuds. Their fit and design exceed every other buds, don't look at negative reviews, I am a regular user and audiophile, with collection of all premium earbuds and headphones. I even had to import headphones paying double the price, I am also a professional gamer and all I can say if you would be losing out if not adopting these earbuds. If you want to fill your ear canals with wax, and want to use earbuds that stick inside your ear canal, then go ahead and destroy your eardrums and you will be a fool not to take advantage of this new earbuds that just sits in your ears giving you better sound than most high end earbuds. THERE IS SIMPLY NO COMPARISON OF THEIR DESIGN, FIT AND FEEL, NO OTHER PRODUCT PROVIDE YOU THIS DESIGN WHICH IS INSPIRED FROM IN HEAR MEDICAL GRADE HEARING AIDS THAT COST THOUSAND OF DOLLARS, CLOSE YOUR EYES AND GO FOR THEM.

Most Comfortable Buds!!
These buds sound very clear but they don't have a thumping bass which isn't what i was looking for too.
If you are looking for a comfortable buds and intend to use it long hours without any discomfort then look no further. The call quality and mic quality is really good. Having used the in ear TWS before i find these very light and comfortable to use.
Only Con i found is that the Samsung Wearable app in Ipad isn't compatible

Its light weight and fits my ears perfectly. You can wear it for longer hours without ear fatigue. Sound and call quality is not mind blowing but its quite decent. I feel there is occasional sound lag between the screen and the buds. Black color has a silver tone to it and looks really good. For a true wireless experience you can't get anything better than this at the moment.

Looks great probably design is the best part about these buds, talking about the sound quality it's good only thing is that you won't find much of difference using ANC feature as it's a open type earbuds.
But still sound quality is great no issues with that.
Talking about battery life I was able to get 6 hrs of music time with this buds without any issue and the cool part is it charges really quick,with 30 mins of charge u can easily finish a movie.
I connected it with my firestick and there was no issue connecting and playing from it.
So if you are not too much bothered about ANC you should definitely have it.
But still sound quality is great no issues with that.

It sound like a Rs.15,000/- earbuds, you are going to get an awesome quality of soft punchy bass😍😍.
Just blindly goo for it what are you waiting for.
Only one word from my side it's just "wow"🔥🔥.
And yes ANC is not top notch but i guess it will be better in further updates by Samsung 💯 they are already working on this matter in my opinion.
You are going to experience an ultra level of comfort, i bet it is 10x better then apply earpods pro's comfort level.

Only one word from my side it's just "wow"🔥🔥.
And yes ANC is not top notch but i guess it will be better in further updates by Samsung 💯 they are already working on this matter in my opinion.
You are going to experience an ultra level of comfort, i bet it is 10x better then apply earpods pro's comfort level.

Not Worth the Money !!!
So i was excited to use these pods as so far i have been using 1st gen apple air pods ( which were gifted to me ) with my Samsung phones ...
now i cant say that my excitement has lived up .. due to the foll factors
1) noise cancellation hardly works ..
2) the overall vol for music and specially for calls is very low and more so if you are in noisy place or someone is talking behind you
3) on my 3rd / 4th call the right bud started giving out distorted sound, which again went away when it was re paired.
4) Bluetooth range is extremely bad .. 12 - 15 feet or 1 thin wall is enuf to distort sound ( where even my realme buds work very well )
what works
1) the fit
2) looks
3) decent battery to last a day
But not enuf reasons to buy such an expensive piece of tech ... big thumbs down
hopefully they can do a better job at improving these things ...

NOT for every ear
Product is nice but it doesn't work for my ears. Whenever I use it my ears hurt a lot...Wasted 15000 and can't even return 😞
One more thing is on non Samsung devices there is no low latency mode...There is considerable lag and you won't be able to play games

Beast in itself. Best audio wearable device you can have.
Actually I was using AKG tuned samsung earphones which I got free with my Galaxy S10plus. Those earphones were best in every aspect from comfort to sound quality. So after watching AKG branding on these true wireless earphones I purchased them without any doubt in mind expecting best.
And after getting them delivered by Amazon within 2 days. I have been using them as my primary earphones since 15 days I could say that:-
✍️ Clarity of the sound is damm good, you can easily listen all the details from higher nodes to lower and all the instruments used in any track.
✍️ Quality of BASS is just woww. Even you can turn extra bass from galaxy wearable app which is superb.
✍️ You can use this device with any Android or iOS device with same ease using Samsung Galaxy Wearable app. Unlike One plus True wireless earphones which only works better with oneplus devices.
✍️ The kind of features of customization which this earphone offers through galaxy wearable app that is impeccable.
✍️ This earphones fit in your ear is just woww...
I cannot believe how tiny and weired looking device like this could look so perfect and awesome after wearing.
✍️ Entire quality of the earbuds including it's case is simply premium. You will feel that you holding something branded unlike the cheaper ones from realme or redmi which are just cheap plastic.
✍️ Battery backup is also beast maafik... Superb battery backup....

First expression when received my Buds live: Its too Smaller than we imagine similar to the size of a Mexican Bean (Rajma)
First expression testing sound quality: Highly disappointed, thought my 15K gone, I felt even my Old JBL BT inear worth 2.5K gives me better quality than this, even thought the positive reviews around YouTube are paid.
Honestly speaking these pairs of Buds Live slowly practised to fitting my ears, this is something between inear and on ear.
After couple of updates these Buddies started giving me mindblowing quality of Sound! With super Bass, Felt premium is premium!!!
So this like A.R.Rahman new song which becomes hit slowly.
Gaming mode gives u awesome low latency, but no use of it, as Indian Gov Banned PUBG.
True Drawbacks: It gives the best loud sound only at Max volume, equalizer normal is Good, others making the loudness down. Sound breaks frequently when you connect ur device in 5Ghz Wifi, fixed when connected to 2Ghz.
So if you kinda guys keep thinking to spend 15K for this Buds confused sleepless nights pls stay away. If you kinda freaking Gadget buyer trying all new products go for it!!
Final Verdict: Buds Live will changes ur life with a super new experience! Giving it 5 star after testing it for a week.

Excellent Sound Quality but Comfort is Subjective
Sound Quality - Excellent.
Comfort - These are not entirely comfortable. The pain in felt in the upper region of the ear that gets stretched while wearing. I could not wear them for more than an hour in a day. I suppose the comfort is subjective. unfortunately, amazon does not accept returns.
Features - Cannot customise the touch features. Cannot connect to multiple devices.

Always Samsung products were good to me. I have 2 numbers U flex and I am satisfied with its performance and found no grievance even now. But the Galaxy buds alive worst in all counts. No steady and uninterrupted performance, frequently breaking and can't able to hear the music through this buds. I am very much fed up with it and actually I returned to Amazon but very unfortunately Amazon not accepted the return instead they have replaced with another new piece. But I much regret to say this one also giving the same problem and not at all worth for spending a huge amount of Rs.14000 and add.
So, viewers there is some manufacturing defect and need to be addressed by Samsung only. Before purchasing this buds please think it over and go in to purchase. This buds performance is very very bad in total which please note before going to purchase.
