Великолепно
Love the dual sided print, it's fast, and has a low cost per page.The only downside is that the papertray is under 500 sheets. not uncommon for a printer this small, but it would have been nice to make the tray take a full reem (500 sheets)

The product appears to be ok. It has some features that are not as good as the earlier "20" model. The real problem is the supplier. The printer face was scratched, like it had been used. The supplier said "Thank you for your order, it shows the item you purchased is a brand new item. If you are not satisfied with the product you may return the item within our 30day return policy as long as inks/toners are not installed yet." This is not much help as all the packaging had been disposed of. Shame on me. Also, the printer came with the inks/toners already installed. If this supplier comes up again on an Amazon purchase, I'll probably pass.

This printer does work some of the time. Very sensitive to paper type and lousy for printing both sides. Once the paper is run through once, it will not receive to print on the other side. Buy cheap get cheap.

There is no support for Mac OS. If you only use Apple product, wouldn't recommend you buy this printer otherwise you'd only have to return it.

This printer will not work with your Mac. Also the paper tray is bit clumsy and printer does not work when you load more than 10 papers.

I bought this printer for use as a sublimation printer. It uses the Sublijet R ink cartridges. Fast and easy setup with sawgrass. Good printer.

Great Printer - Value For Money
We received the parcel on time and when we contacted the seller for certain installation problems. The seller was very prompt to address our proble. We also contacted the Ricoh call center for installation and demo, the service provided was excellent. Though we had some starting problem to use the printer but then prompt service from the Ricoh team helped us to take care of the problem.
The printer is fantastic and the Auto Duplex feature with networking feature makes this purchase a steal.
I suggest people to use this printer for offices and home use.
The toner is quite expensive but can be refilled and the cartridge chip has to be replaced , which is available for purchase on the amazon site.

Great buy for the price.

Received the printer in 2 days. I guess it's a very good by for 5k comparing to other printers which cost around 12-15k for the same features.
The printer packaging was good and while installation I noticed a pressure rod (Steel rod with soft rubber covering) just lying inside the printer where the carriage was supposed to be installed.
First I thought it was broken the I called up the Ricoh customer care and they were helpful enough that the online product of some models come that way. Without installing the rod auto-duplex won't work.
Then I booked for service calling the customer care and they asked to mail them invoice copy for warranty registration. They sent me the service engineer the next day and got fixed the part that was not installed. With proper instructions anyone could install it.
Now the printer works like a charm. I have connected the printer to my office network and I can print from any computer in my office network.
I recommend everyone to buy this printer. If the printer rod was already in place I would have given 5stars. 😉

Not Happy. I will not recommend to buy this product
Product is good but the refilling is costly due to chip
And not working with legle size and other than a4 size paper
Software CD PROVIDED WITH THIS IS OLD VERSION WHICH is not compatible with higher than vista os.
Starter toner provided with this was empty.

Not served my purpose
I bought it as It was cheapest available option in it's range. Item delivered in time and it was good in printing quality but my expectation were shattered as it gave hardly 1800 prints ( from company drum) then I realize that is a HOOK, you can not refile drum as it has got CHIP and each time you need to buy a drum ( that is slightly cheaper then actual cost of printer), after 3 month of use I shelf it.

Cheapest but laser diode failed within 700 page print.
Good Printer with auto duplex unit but Print Cost per page is high. No paper jam. This is a discontinued product. Please see Richo India website before purchasing.

In 25 Jahren Laserdrucker von HP; CANON; BROTHER verbraucht. In den Punkten Zuverlässigkeit, Langlebigkeit, Störungsfreiheit ist RICOH unschlagbar. Völlig unklar, eine Negativbewertung abzugeben weil ein Einfarbdrucker nicht 4 Farben druckt. Wer einen 4-Farbdrucker zum Preis des Schwarzweisslaserdruckers haben will, sollte bei ebay kaufen oder Lotto spielen aber nicht hervorragende Produkte abwerten. Ich werde jedenfalls nur noch RICOH kaufen auch wenn Gerät und Toner etwas mehr kosten, kein Ärger, kein Zeitverlust und keine Reparaturen sind es wert.

toner yield is not that good. first toner yield print 1100 pages. Main advantages of this printer is counter chip is present where a dealer agree to refill my toner in 400 rupees. But brother printer have the gear system.

Leider ist das Produkt nicht wie in der Beschreibung ein Farblaserdrucker, sondern bloß ein Schwarz-weiß-Drucker. Trotzdem wie gewohnt ein qualitativ hochwertiges Gerät.
