I had heard great things about this razor, and was looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, the razor itself is not great quality compared to a Norelco (this one is plastic and lightweight) and it does not deliver a close shave.

The price was right, but you get what you pay for! I tend to only shave every other day, and the razor attachment is “just okay”. Biggest issue is that if I go a little longer...don’t shave on the weekend, by Monday the shaver pulls more than it cuts! The sideburn trimmer doesn’t work at all, and it’s a pain to switch out attachments just to trim the ear hair and the sideburns.

This product works well but it's quite noisy. The hair cutting attachment also misses hairs quite often. I have started shaving my head as it looks better and is more efficient.

Gets nearly as close as my Headblade without the skin irritation and is much faster. There is a crease on the back of my head that i can't get to with a blade that this shaver gets with no problem. Takes about 3 minutes if you don't let the hair grow too long. A day or two max. I use Lectric Shave right before and it works great.

I love the way this little shaver fits in your hand. I purchased it for my husband as a gift. But it just isn’t strong enough to get the job done. His facial hair must be too coarse or something so it is disappointing. I was going to return it but he said he would keep it as a backup to his razor.

Unfortunately the razor head broke after two uses and washes. The one of the three spinning units attached to the inside broke leaving only two working. Cannot find replacement part. Disappointed.

Not a close shave as I experienced, pulled hairs if not shaving slow enough. This took 3 times as long to shave compared to any cheap foil razor. Will go back to foil shavers.

one year update , after 20 uses, can barely hold a charge, has to be recharged constantly, it stopped cutting even though motor runs

Not as close as a blade but this gives a great cut even after a few days growth. Doesn’t seem to tug and hurt as much as other electric shavers. So for the battery life has well exceeded what I expected.

I bought it because I didn’t want to keep having to shave my head. Try to use on a daily basis but, Not good if you have a sensitive head. So still have to use a razor to shave my head. So I use this item now for after I shave to get the stubble. Which works really good. Also if you’re using it daily make sure you clean it daily.

I really wanted to like this but it’s only useful head is the trimmer but they all will pull hair from time to time even with a full charge. My conscious won’t allow me to return after using so I’m using this until it breaks down

Couldn't get it to work with the plug in my bathroom but worked fine in other plugs around the house oddly enough. When it did turn on, it didn't have much power.

Nicely designed, great for traveling. Use in the shower is pretty cool. But...might be ok for those with thin beards but cut performance on mine is poor.

This product was great . Until it stopped working. And my return window closed on aug 7th. Barely used this product and it broke. Make real bad.

If the hair is longer than minor stubble, it pulls them as much as shaves. It's fine on my face, fair on my head (although I have to go over everything five times or more and remove the blades to clean them at least a dozen times), and scratches the hell out of my neck. My throat looks like I lost a fight with a feral hedgehog. Not horrible, but I wouldn't recommend it for the price.

I have an all shave bald head, and this electric shaver keeps me looking clean and sharp everyday. Great handle and adjustment of the header a close shave around my head. Do recommended to keep a bald head shine and crisp (I have a full beard so can't comment on face shave)

Fell apart in 3 months. Started acting up after 3 months, by month 3, it basically fell apart. It is very light and flimsy.
