Right ear bud was not working.

Left earbud and the app didn't work
The left earbud did not pairing with Bluetooth after one day , The app for the earphone didn't find the earbuds suddenly I don't know if this happening with my device or it's a issue with every pair

Banger sound, poor design.
Sound is absolutely fantastic, I have razer opus X, Sennheiser Cx 300s buds and these buds at par with those in terms of audio quality, also bass is not too much and vocal are crystal clear, they really look cool especially in night. Battery is fine, connectivity is flawless; you open case and they connect instantly. Connection range a bit less, like i cant roam in my appartment..they lose connection, whereas razer opus X dont lose connection.
Now coming to cons
THEY. ARE. HUGE.
These buds are huge, you need elephant ears or sacrifice a bit of comfort to put them on. These buds comes with rubber cover, i recommend putting them on since buds are huge and plastic without rubber cover you'll drop them randomly, rubber cover help in the grip. Lastly there's no ANC, for those who haven't experienced ANC in action you won't lose anything but if you have then you're gonna miss it.
Overall buy them on sale and make sure you have elephant ears. 🙏😈

Only RGB Earbuds so far!
The mobile app sucks really. But if you're willing to go through some extra trouble. You can get nice RGBs to your black earbuds.
Sound Quality is 8/10
RGB doesn't go color to color but dips to black everytime before changing color except audio reactivity.
Audio Reactivity mode is the best so far. And it's mix of all colors.
Latency is by far lowest I have experienced!

The first pair I received had an issue with the left earbud and warranty replacement went ahead smoothly for about 3 months and I’m now having issues with the front facing speakers not working.

I chose these because I prefer open earbuds. The previous Hammerhead (2020) sounded great although too bass heavy to my liking and I was using my phone's EQ to tone down the bass slightly. I decided to upgrade to the Hammerhead TWS X for it has its own built-in EQ. Out of the box, the TWS X sound bass heavy and muffled, but not bad. After adjusting the EQ I was able to get it to sound just like the old Hammerhead. They perform great in terms of audio quality. The built quality is good but the earbuds are big (much bigger than the old ones) so they look like they're sticking out of your ears. Not as comfortable as the old ones but they are similar in fit. I highly recommend these earbuds.

I'm a big Razer fan so I was stoked getting these on special, should have listened to other reviews, they do not fit snug in ear without rubber cover. And every time you take them out the rubber cover either gets stuck in your ear or drops to the ground. Left ear bud died randomly, was charged at 70% with the right one, stopped working altogether. I tried all the reset and trouble shooting guides nothing. Also other reviews warning of one side breaking after a few weeks.
I did enjoy them while they worked, good sound ect. But after using another brand, I can really see how bad they were. Trust the reviews guys, I know it sucks when there is something you really want so you roll the dice and hope you get lucky.

When I first received this product, there was no issues overall with the earbuds audio and connectivity wise, but the left one would have a continuous buzzing/clicking/crackling sound (which was very irritating). It also does not fit very well, and will fall out. But besides that I would have given the product a 4.
I contacted Razer support about this and they offered to get a replacement (since the product was on discount so I didn't want to refund), they were super nice, got prepaid shipping label, 2 weeks later got a new replacement unit. The replacement unit was absolute trash - the left earbud was completely broken, the right one could turn on, but did not connect. So it was practically useless.
So not only did I get an even more defective unit, I also wasted 3 weeks of my patience and time to get a useless product. Plus I wasted my money and I doubt Amazon will accept a refund now because I have an entirely different unit than originally purchased (different serial number).
Not sure how likely it is that the product you receive will be faulty but I've been getting the worst luck.

The headphones are super uncomfortable as you have to jam them in your ears to avoid them falling out. As they are just one size. I have also had nothing but connection issues with these headphones. I have tried on multiple devices and everytime they will either completely unpair and then reconnect. The right headphone also will randomly just completely stop producing sound. I am almost convinced I have been given a refurbished or defective model as the ones I received were not covered in any form or plastic or tape. Also the battery life is shocking for both the headphones and the case. This also makes me think these are a refurbished model. Overall pretty disappointed in these headphones. Might even return if I can't figure out how to stop these connection issues. As at this point it feels like I just wasted $80 dollars.

Every time i use these earbuds, i get disappointed. This morning while i was in a very important meeting i could only hear from one ear. It was very disturbing.. No matter how many ways i tried,one of them remain disconnected.

They probably sound OK if you can get them to stay in your ears! The finish is smooth plastic, they just drop straight out of your ear at the slightest movement. Returned within a day.

Me and two friends all bought these earphones and all three had issues, the one that returned them for a replacement also had issues with the replacmemt, avoid at all costs.

Отличное соотношение цены и качества - некоторые незначительные проблемы
За свою цену (34,99 фунта стерлингов) они очень эффективны. Подключившись к аудиоприложению Razer, я установил рекомендуемое обновление прошивки, и теперь в левом наушнике слегка гудит. Это происходит только тогда, когда я ставлю песню на паузу, но это очень раздражает.
Лампочки сбоку бутонов в лучшем случае забавны, а в худшем - раздражают. С помощью упомянутого аудиоприложения вы можете изменить уровень яркости, статику или дыхание или просто выключить свет.
Батареи хватает надолго, и мне никогда не приходится беспокоиться о ее зарядке. Если мне все-таки понадобится его зарядить, это займет очень мало времени благодаря встроенному порту USB-C.
Изделие поставляется с несколькими силиконовыми наконечниками, чтобы наушники оставались в ушах. Однако они не очень высокого качества и хорошо держатся на пластике наушников. Лично моя пара не задерживается дома надолго и часто выпадает во время длительных автомобильных поездок. Потеря надежной фиксации в ушах часто означает, что вы теряете часть звука, в основном басы в песне.
Качество звука соответствует ожиданиям. Но мне было гораздо лучше от проводных наушников за полцены. Если вам нужна ваша следующая пара беспроводных наушников, и вы любитель подкастов или кто-то еще, кроме меломана - эти подойдут просто отлично!

Хороший наушник
Очень хорошее качество звука. Дизайн и световые эффекты великолепны. Однако по прошествии 2 месяцев силиконовый чехол стал неплотным и отваливается с тенденцией к потере в любое время, и пользоваться им стало неудобно.

Плохая посадка ушей!
Что ж, звук был очень хорошим. Бас был в порядке. Моя единственная проблема заключалась в том, что он плохо сидит у меня в ухе, я ловлю себя на том, что меняю его положение по крайней мере раз в час, так как он легко спадает. Силиконовая крышка совсем не помогает. Теперь я собираюсь в конечном итоге купить другую марку, потому что не могу постоянно ее подстраивать, тем более что я всегда в разъездах.

Проблема с левым наушником
Как следует из названия, в левом наушнике возникла проблема с потрескиванием. Надеюсь, при замене комплекта такой проблемы не возникнет. Разочарован тем, что коллега порекомендовал мне их.

Все хорошо, только плохое сенсорное управление
По звучанию - 5 звезд, но реализация сенсорного управления - 1 звезда.
Плохое сенсорное управление портит общее впечатление и доступность продукта.
В большинстве случаев сенсорное управление не работает должным образом, но когда вы делаете это случайно, оно срабатывает. В результате вы вешаете трубку, когда не хотите этого делать.
