Великолепно
Great headset. Very light. Battery life is great. I hardly notice wearing it now. Noise cancelling could be better but it is by far better than any other headset that I used. Can listen to music and carry a conversation even when driving a big noisy diesel truck. Seems also durable. I work construction and its lasted at least 5 months without problems and still going.............

They were pricey but I'm glad I purchased them as I work from home and need to type while I'm on the phone. Only sound quality I have had is during the summer when I had a fan on, patients reported it was hard to hear at times but improved when I moved the fan further away from myself. Battery life is good, I charge them every night but they last at least 10 hours a day. storage case is great. works with my laptop and my cellphone. Easy to sync.

so i travel in the train and every day it is almost 4 hours of commute time. It says noise cancellation on but that never worked like it suppose to be. When it comes to the feature and quality, I find it costly compare to other products. I already lost 3 of the ear cups and company sent me one ear cup as replacement but nothing else.

I have been a loyal Plantronics customer for a while and I heavily use their voice call quality in noisy environments. I needed a light solution to answer calls and listen to music all-day long. Audio quality is standard and acceptable but voice quality is simply not good at all. Many times I had to turn off the band in order to pick the phone during a call under noisy environments. I no longer use it for the same reason. Battery, audio is fine just don't consider this one if you need call quality under road-warrior scenarios.

It started out great then in 2 months it stops working, I can hear people but they can't hear me at all.

After some great customer service and questions answered from Plantronics, I got this for work. I'm loving the dual connections and once Plantronics hub on my PC, getting mute notifications has been great.
I haven't traveled on a plane yet or tested ANC, but office use is outstanding.

Je me suis laissé tenter par la promesse du casque à tout faire, et par la possibilité de connecter simultanément au PC et au téléphone pour arrêter de jongler entre les casques au bureau.
« Petit » problème : la qualité sonore est pathétique. Pas juste moyenne, non, franchement mauvaise.
La captation de la voix par les micros est nulle. Le son est plein de grésillements alors que le téléphone est à 50 cm du PC. Au bout de 3 conversations où mes interlocuteurs me faisaient répéter chaque phrase 10 fois, je l’ai abandonné.
200€ pour ça...

I have had issues with people hearing me on my headset, and the strength of the Bluetooth connection just a few feet from the iPhone XR it will start cutting in and out. I went to submit a claim, and the serial number associated with device shipped me comes up expired warranty when it should have a warranty of at least 1 year. I purchased on Aug 19, 2018. I will never buy a Plantronics product again and no more from Amazon because the product must have been a refurbished/used product.

Excellent product. I use these headphones for teaching online. The clarity and noise cancelling is outstanding. Plus they are so much more comfortable than wearing a headset.

I thought buying a Plantronics product that I would have this headset for a few years. Turns out it's a piece of CRAP! It will not charge and there are no batteries. Worked fine for a month, then just crashed!!! I want my money back!

This head set is not as good as the last one, the noise canceling is not as good as plantronics 5200. I wish they would make a 6200 as good with sweat and water resistant.

- + наверное долго держат заряд, но я не мерил на сколько их хватит.
- - 1. 4 микрофона - по факту только для офисной тишины, и все-равно меня слышно гораздо хуже чем в проводной дешевой гарнитуре logitech (когда микрофон перед лицом) Звук моего голоса бубнит и булькает, в результате из-за микрофона НЕ пользуюсь для общения по skype - меня сразу просят одеть нормальную гарнитуру, бубнящий и булькающий голос не хотят терпеть. Возможно брак?? 2. Звукоизоляция амбюшур слабая. Шумоподавление есть, но по силе сравнимо с хорошо подходящими амбюшурами. Убирает только нижние частоты, а верхние и средние частоты становятся чуть тише. 3. Качество звука терпимое, хотя, если сравнить с ценой... это не то чего хотелось 4.Под курткой носить не удобно, из-за шарфа слетела и попыталась потеряться амбюшура. Хорошо что была найдена, подумываю приклеить на клей. 5. Оставил на работе как наушники, в транспорте и на улице от них удобства нет - что если кто-то позвонит? Снимать, отключать блютуф и тогда уже принимать звонок и прислонять телефон к уху? Может еще и в перчатках? Вообще не то
Оч. слабая гарнитура, скорее красиво-понтово-бестолково беспроводные наушники. По айфону вроде мой голос еще терпят, а по скайпу говорят поменять наушники. Разочарован. Такое можно купить в 5 раз дешевле

Отличная модель
- + 1. Продуманная конструкция: надежно сидит на шее, никуда не съезжает, все кнопки интуитивно понятны и легко находятся на ощупь.
2. Хорошая обратная связь с пользователем. Все действия подтверждаются понятными тонами либо голосовыми сопровождениями на русском (!!!) языке.
3. Длительное время работы. Утром надел - и весь день не снимаешь.
4. Качество звука (музыка с iphone) лучше по сравнению с проводными наушниками apple или airpods - более сочный с выраженным басом.
5. Одновременная работа с двумя телефонами. На одном слушаешь, и, если параллельно возникает звонок с другого, то нажатием кнопки отвечаешь. Очень удобно.
6. Большой радиус действия. В условиях квартиры и нескольких стен метров 8 уверенно держит.
7. Уровень заряда батареи показывает на экране телефона. - - 1. Громкости не хватает. При езде на велосипеде хотелось бы больше, чтобы перебить шум ветра. Но при неспешной прогулке все ок.
2. Шумоподавление почти никак не работает. Что включаешь, что нет - одинаково. Хотя заявлена передовая технология с 4мя микрофонами.
3. Чтобы нормально разговаривать по гарнитуре нужно говорить четко...
