Оч. слабая гарнитура, скорее красиво-понтово-бестолково беспроводные наушники. По айфону вроде мой голос еще терпят, а по скайпу говорят поменять наушники. Разочарован. Такое можно купить в 5 раз дешевле

Schöne Technik, die nicht wirklich ausgereift ist. Wenn man beide Ohrstöpsel im Ohr hat, hört sich das beim Telefonieren sehr ungewöhnlich an. Es hallt nach, man hört seine eigene Stimme. Die Ohrstösel drücken im Ohr, lässt sich nicht lange tragen. Wenn die Software von Plantronics (Hub) installiert ist, funktioniert die Gesprächsannahme und das Auflegen bei mir auf zwei Computern getestet, nicht, erst wieder wenn die Software entfernt ist. Das finde ich merkwürdig.

Great sound quality! I especially like this headset for phonecalls, as it cuts out the background noise on both ends. Delivery was also faster than expected.

Quality product. Multiple uses. Very pleased with the sound quality...until it died 8 days after the warranty.

I'm not buying Plantronics Bluetooth Earbuds, Voyager 6200 UC Wireless Headset for running. I'm not buying it to jam to my tuns.

I'm buying it because I'm in calls all the time, I need to sound crisp to the other end. I need to make sure that my clients/customers/partners/team will never say to me "I can't hear you" or "You sound garbled". After all, I'm doing business calls, and it could be as a simple "How Are You?" or a call for a million dollar deal (I'm in Enterprise)?

What I am looking for is that when I make a call, that YOU the receiver won't hear much of the background noise. Whether it's road, coffee shop, kids (I work at home), or wind noise.

Out of 15 Bluetooth devices, this I can say is the best out of all of them. When I am NOT talking, the headset blocks almost all of the outside noises. When I speak and I am in a crowded area, the other end hears me and hears some (but little and acceptable) background noises. This ensures a more clear conversation between the caller and myself. This is the ONLY reason why I bought this headset and probably why you seeing the reviews to see if that matches you and your business lifestyle.

PRO - sound quality

When listening to music and podcast, the quality is crystal clear. Bass is heavy (which I didn't know if I liked it or not). When playing music, the outside noises are lightly muted, it's not over the ear so you can hear whatever goes in the background but it's not distracting.

SEMI-CON - fitting

The fitting is different, it's for sure some proprietary buds that wedges into your ears, so you won't be able to purchase 3rd party replacement buds (but with the quality you probably won't). On the rare occasion, I have to re-jab the earbud (usually right side) when I feel like it's not snug enough. but I never had it come off... NEVER.

if you are used to those 3rd party earbuds that you jam into your ear, this might not feel the same. It will take some time to get used to it, I honestly didn't hate it nor enjoyed it but you get used to it and don't care about it. You will have to insert and twist upward (counter-clockwise on the right, clockwise on the left) for a more solid feel. However, it kinda loses it's solid position when you turn left or right, which is annoying.

CON - charging

There are 2 types of charging and I don't like either option. One is direct connection via USB-B and the other they give you a dock to place your headset in.

Let's go with USB-B first. The cover to this is very tight and I feel that every time I try to pull it off, feels like I'm going to break it because I have to apply some sort of force.

The dock, well when docking the headset, it doesn't feel secure, any gentle wiggle and I can displace the headset to the charger.

Annoying on both but NOT a deal breaker.

CON - Non-magnetic earbuds

when I take off both buds of my headbands, I would like them to be magnetic so they stick together rather than dangle and bounce around me when I walk.

PRO - USB dongle for your computer

this was a surprise to me, but it comes with a USB dongle that connects to your PC when you get a SKYPE, WebEx, BlueJeans, call. It works really well, there's no thought process, just plug in your USB dongle and your headset automatically connects. NO pairing your laptop to the bluetooth.

TL;DR

need to ensure your calls are of high priority? want to make sure that the background noise of where you are at are NOT being heard on the other head when your customers? this Voyager 6200 headset is it!

I was going to wait a solid year before writing a review but considering they only lasted 6 months here I am. For the time they worked they were fantastic outside of the battery life. I only averaged 7 to 8 hours of battery for some reason and working 10 to 12 hour days that was a hassle trying to find time to charge them.

Cause of death. About a month ago I started having issues where the other person on the line would say my voice sounded robotic nothing I did fixed this. Then about 2 weeks ago they would chime in every 5 to 10 minutes telling me the wideband stereo is off or on. When that started my microphones stopped completely no one could understand me. I dont know if it's due to sweat or heat(I work a very physical sweat inducing job in the elements ) but its definitely a hard malfunction. Outside of that issue they were perfect and seemed durable. But for over 200$ I expected a year or more out of them.

Very poor sound quality for calls. After reading the reviews I was happy to spend the extra money to get a great call sound/voice quality. I wanted to use them for my call center work. But when I got them I was very disappointed. In calls people sounded like they were in a tin can and I got the same feedback about my voice on calls. My inexpensive Samsung Level U earbuds have FAR BETTER call voice and sound quality. Their sound in like talking on a land line.

Great headset. Very light. Battery life is great. I hardly notice wearing it now. Noise cancelling could be better but it is by far better than any other headset that I used. Can listen to music and carry a conversation even when driving a big noisy diesel truck. Seems also durable. I work construction and its lasted at least 5 months without problems and still going.............

They were pricey but I'm glad I purchased them as I work from home and need to type while I'm on the phone. Only sound quality I have had is during the summer when I had a fan on, patients reported it was hard to hear at times but improved when I moved the fan further away from myself. Battery life is good, I charge them every night but they last at least 10 hours a day. storage case is great. works with my laptop and my cellphone. Easy to sync.

so i travel in the train and every day it is almost 4 hours of commute time. It says noise cancellation on but that never worked like it suppose to be. When it comes to the feature and quality, I find it costly compare to other products. I already lost 3 of the ear cups and company sent me one ear cup as replacement but nothing else.

I have been a loyal Plantronics customer for a while and I heavily use their voice call quality in noisy environments. I needed a light solution to answer calls and listen to music all-day long. Audio quality is standard and acceptable but voice quality is simply not good at all. Many times I had to turn off the band in order to pick the phone during a call under noisy environments. I no longer use it for the same reason. Battery, audio is fine just don't consider this one if you need call quality under road-warrior scenarios.

It started out great then in 2 months it stops working, I can hear people but they can't hear me at all.
NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS

After some great customer service and questions answered from Plantronics, I got this for work. I'm loving the dual connections and once Plantronics hub on my PC, getting mute notifications has been great.

I haven't traveled on a plane yet or tested ANC, but office use is outstanding.

Je me suis laissé tenter par la promesse du casque à tout faire, et par la possibilité de connecter simultanément au PC et au téléphone pour arrêter de jongler entre les casques au bureau.
« Petit » problème : la qualité sonore est pathétique. Pas juste moyenne, non, franchement mauvaise.
La captation de la voix par les micros est nulle. Le son est plein de grésillements alors que le téléphone est à 50 cm du PC. Au bout de 3 conversations où mes interlocuteurs me faisaient répéter chaque phrase 10 fois, je l’ai abandonné.
200€ pour ça...

I have had issues with people hearing me on my headset, and the strength of the Bluetooth connection just a few feet from the iPhone XR it will start cutting in and out. I went to submit a claim, and the serial number associated with device shipped me comes up expired warranty when it should have a warranty of at least 1 year. I purchased on Aug 19, 2018. I will never buy a Plantronics product again and no more from Amazon because the product must have been a refurbished/used product.

Excellent product. I use these headphones for teaching online. The clarity and noise cancelling is outstanding. Plus they are so much more comfortable than wearing a headset.

I thought buying a Plantronics product that I would have this headset for a few years. Turns out it's a piece of CRAP! It will not charge and there are no batteries. Worked fine for a month, then just crashed!!! I want my money back!

This head set is not as good as the last one, the noise canceling is not as good as plantronics 5200. I wish they would make a 6200 as good with sweat and water resistant.
