Annoying to use, auto-shutoff doesn't work, pumps irregularly
For some reason, you need to press two buttons to turn this thing one. One on the machine itself and one on the nozzle. And since the machine is not heavy enough you have to hold it with two hands while pressing the button otherwise it tips over. Why even require two separate buttons?
To make matters worse, when you turn the pump on (but not the nozzle), it will still spit out some water. Also the auto shutoff has never worked. It just keeps pumping until you turn both buttons to the off position.

Not great if you dint have space because it has to stay connected to a wall outlet rather buy aportable one

Terrible Product: Avoid
The flosser continuously and randomly stops when it makes contact with tooth or gum. I made a complaint and Phillips sent a replacement. Same thing happens, except on this second one, the deep clean option doesn't work at all. Although it looks nice and feels sturdier than the last one I had, it simply doesn't perform.
The third one worked for about four months and then suddenly water began leaking from the bottom of the handle. I don't understand: what are the chances that I could've gotten three lemons.
This is a terrible product, and I've had Water Piks and other brands over the years. They lasted a few years. This can't make it beyond a few months, if at all. Really disappointing, especially given that it's one of the pricier ones.

Bought this to replace my old waterpik. This unit is much more quiet, but the water pressure is way too low to get the job done. Had to turn it to max just to get similar results as the waterpik. "Deep clean" feature just turns it on and off every second or so. With or without that feature, the Unit stops working whenever you touch your teeth with the head. Presumably as a safety feature to prevent you from hurting yourself, but I found it annoying. When I turned it to 10 just to get it to work as well as my old waterpik, the head popped out. Will be returning it and getting another waterpik brand one.

Worked for 17 days.
This unit worked for 17 days then started dumping “all” its water out the base of the main body!!! Called Amazon, supposedly shipping out its replacement today? Will try it’s replacement I suppose. Very much quality control in question? Made in Indonisia. Have a sonicare electric toothbrush. Was hoping there quality of product would be across there product line?? Not so sure now. :-(

Dead silent literally
Mine arrived doa. Even spent a few minutes thinking I did something wrong. I turned it on after filling the tank and putting on the head. Saw the light and the mode I was in, but no sound from the pump. I can't remember the last time I got a DOA brand new item. Complete opposite of my experience with their Sonicare line.

Not very much power
This product rinses the teeth, but doesn't have enough power to reduce plaque. It's okay as a rinsing device, but not as a powerful cleaner.

does not work properly after 5-month use
I don't know why motor works but no water from the nozzle. Never falled own from the shelf. Why is the product only working a bit less than 6 month? I use it every day to refresh my teeth. So for those who plans to buy, be sure that this may work for 6 months.

Piece of junk
Broke after 3 months. Just stopped working. Very disappointed with this as it worked well, until it did not. Not up to Phillips standards.

Right out of the box and it didn’t work
I was excited to receive my new Phillips Sonicare 3000 and immediately open it. Follow all instructions and the motor or water pump was not working at all. I called the customer service Center and that was a joke. Called three times and no answer (9am - 9pm EST). For Phillips name brand it was disappointing all around.

Drained all over my counter after 5 uses
I bought this to replace my waterpik which had the line break after several years use. I used this Sonicare 5 times before no water would come out of the tip and instead drained out the bottom all over my counter.

This Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 water flosser is a good flosser that is simple to use and does a good job cleaning between the teeth and gums. It has an easily adjustable dial to control the spray strength and two cleaning modes. One standout feature of this product is that it is quieter than other water floss machines I've used. It comes with a hard and a soft nozzle (I prefer the hard one as it concentrates the jet more to where I need it).
I can attest that the only time I got a compliment from my dentist was after I started using the water flosser on a regular basis. Using a Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 doesn't take too much effort on your part, but makes a difference when it comes time for those dental checkups.
