Simply the Best
I highly recommend this Water Flosser.Its very sturdy and comes in a very sturdy packaging from the manufacturer.It has plenty of power if needed.The water tank reservoir is quite sturdy as well.Easy to use and gets the job done.Without a doubt in my opinion,this flosser is the Best.Its not made in China !!! I have high expectations and hopes that it lasts.Its also very quiet.I think it will serve Everybuddy well just like the rest of the Sonicare line of Oral Care Products.

In terms of convenience and elegance, this is much more preferable than the waterpik. I also like that it’s as powerful as the waterpik too and also backed by Philips sonicare.

Annoying to use, auto-shutoff doesn't work, pumps irregularly
For some reason, you need to press two buttons to turn this thing one. One on the machine itself and one on the nozzle. And since the machine is not heavy enough you have to hold it with two hands while pressing the button otherwise it tips over. Why even require two separate buttons?
To make matters worse, when you turn the pump on (but not the nozzle), it will still spit out some water. Also the auto shutoff has never worked. It just keeps pumping until you turn both buttons to the off position.

Terrible Product: Avoid
The flosser continuously and randomly stops when it makes contact with tooth or gum. I made a complaint and Phillips sent a replacement. Same thing happens, except on this second one, the deep clean option doesn't work at all. Although it looks nice and feels sturdier than the last one I had, it simply doesn't perform.
The third one worked for about four months and then suddenly water began leaking from the bottom of the handle. I don't understand: what are the chances that I could've gotten three lemons.
This is a terrible product, and I've had Water Piks and other brands over the years. They lasted a few years. This can't make it beyond a few months, if at all. Really disappointing, especially given that it's one of the pricier ones.

Bought this to replace my old waterpik. This unit is much more quiet, but the water pressure is way too low to get the job done. Had to turn it to max just to get similar results as the waterpik. "Deep clean" feature just turns it on and off every second or so. With or without that feature, the Unit stops working whenever you touch your teeth with the head. Presumably as a safety feature to prevent you from hurting yourself, but I found it annoying. When I turned it to 10 just to get it to work as well as my old waterpik, the head popped out. Will be returning it and getting another waterpik brand one.

Worked for 17 days.
This unit worked for 17 days then started dumping “all” its water out the base of the main body!!! Called Amazon, supposedly shipping out its replacement today? Will try it’s replacement I suppose. Very much quality control in question? Made in Indonisia. Have a sonicare electric toothbrush. Was hoping there quality of product would be across there product line?? Not so sure now. :-(

Dead silent literally
Mine arrived doa. Even spent a few minutes thinking I did something wrong. I turned it on after filling the tank and putting on the head. Saw the light and the mode I was in, but no sound from the pump. I can't remember the last time I got a DOA brand new item. Complete opposite of my experience with their Sonicare line.

does not work properly after 5-month use
I don't know why motor works but no water from the nozzle. Never falled own from the shelf. Why is the product only working a bit less than 6 month? I use it every day to refresh my teeth. So for those who plans to buy, be sure that this may work for 6 months.

Right out of the box and it didn’t work
I was excited to receive my new Phillips Sonicare 3000 and immediately open it. Follow all instructions and the motor or water pump was not working at all. I called the customer service Center and that was a joke. Called three times and no answer (9am - 9pm EST). For Phillips name brand it was disappointing all around.

Drained all over my counter after 5 uses
I bought this to replace my waterpik which had the line break after several years use. I used this Sonicare 5 times before no water would come out of the tip and instead drained out the bottom all over my counter.

This Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 water flosser is a good flosser that is simple to use and does a good job cleaning between the teeth and gums. It has an easily adjustable dial to control the spray strength and two cleaning modes. One standout feature of this product is that it is quieter than other water floss machines I've used. It comes with a hard and a soft nozzle (I prefer the hard one as it concentrates the jet more to where I need it).
I can attest that the only time I got a compliment from my dentist was after I started using the water flosser on a regular basis. Using a Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 doesn't take too much effort on your part, but makes a difference when it comes time for those dental checkups.

Takes some getting used to
I had never used a water pick before getting this one and typically just used floss occasionally. I decided I wanted a water pick because maybe if I saw it on the counter I would remember to use it more often than I do with regular floss. Also because it’s electric I figured it would be less work to use and more enticing to me. It doesn’t take up a whole lot of counter space but you do need to have some room. The pick has a little attachment to the base and then it’s attached with a hose. One good thing is that the water tank comes off so you can fill it up without making a mess or having to fill something up and then dumping it in the tank.
This water flosser has multiple strengths and also a clean or deep clean option. I had never used a water pick so it definitely took some getting used to and I definitely flung water all over the place the first couple tries. Once I got the hang of it I could tell it was working and you could feel that there wasn’t any placque or food stuck in between my teeth. I have a permanent retainer on the back of my bottom teeth and the water pick makes it 10x easier to get clean than regular floss because I have to use a special tool to feed the floss through my retainer.
Overall I’m impressed with this water flosser and I think it gets the job done. It’s convenient to use, holds a decent amount of water, and doesn’t take up a large amount of space. When I got it, it was around $80 and currently it’s at $53 which is definitely worth the price if you’re in the market or want to try one.

Great for Braces
This is a high quality item from a company with a proven track record when it comes to tooth care products. While this power flosser can certainly be used by anyone and adds even more cleaning ability than standard floss, it really excels on people with braces. My daughter got braces put on a few weeks ago and this device has been very helpful in teaching her to keep her teeth clean and to get food debris out from under her braces.
The device is simple to use. There is an on/off button and a power dial on the main unit that controls how hard the water stream comes out. On the hand unit, there is a little switch that you push up and down to start and stop the flow of water. From there, it is point and shoot.

Even better than my wife expected
I personally use a Waterpik Aquarius, like it, but use it in a different bathroom than my wife uses. My wife was interested in trying this Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 for herself, so we picked it up and I will be able to provide a few comparisons between the two.
Pros of the Sonicare: It has a larger reservoir and lasts even longer than the Waterpik. The quad stream tip also works very well. My wife was using it and wasn’t sure if she was using it right or if it was really cleaning her teeth well. She pulled out floss afterwards and … absolutely nothing. It flossed her teeth just as well if not better than floss. It has very good “granular” control over how strong you want the water stream to be, and it has a deep clean feature as well.
Cons of the Sonicare: Unlike the Waterpik, the reservoir and reservoir lid are loose and not attached. The Waterpik has a removeable reservoir, but the lid is on a hinge and stays connected to the unit. I prefer this, but it’s a minor detail. The pulse wave technology makes the hose pulse as well. This leads to a thwacking of the hose against the body of flosser. Again, a minor annoyance, and my wife and I do believe this feature works well. Really, there are no cons that would keep me from buying this unit.
Pros of the Waterpik: It’s a hair smaller, and has a few features that I think are nicer. When you close the lid, it holds the water tank in place. It also helps to seat the tank correctly each time and there is also storage for a couple of the accessories behind the tank. Great, but not for me
I don't want to give this item a bad rating because I think it's actually a great product, but I just personally prefer traditional flossing. It's just too much of a hassle to constantly fill the tank and the process of using it is just more effort than regular floss. I will be sticking with flossing. As far as the product goes, it's well built, does a good job of cleaning between the teeth and has great adjustable water pressure and 2 heads. Again, a great product, just not for me!

Probably my favorite.
I've used other handheld flossers before and what I don't like it having to refill the tank as it runs out, but that's not an issue with this one. The device is also easier to hold as you don't have a large tank on the bottom of where you are holding.

Quite water flosser
This flosser is fantastic. It applies sufficient pressure to floss the debris from between my teeth. It is small enough to fit on my bathroom counter. The water reservoir contains a lot of water, so I don't have to stop flossing to replenish. I put distilled water in it to prevent mineral deposits from forming in the machine. This has a large pressure adjustment range, which is useful for when many individuals will be using the unit and have various tastes. It might range from moderate to quite forceful. It's quick and easy to use, and I'm much better at it than traditional floss.

This particular device is lightweight, not bulky on the sink counter, has a sturdy build quality, easy-to-use controls, and a very quiet operation. Compared to other oral irrigators, this flosser is whisper quiet. I love the magnetic handle feature which makes it easier to attach to the base. The water tank is big enough for one session with enough extra to touch upon a couple of spots. The impressive part is that even after brushing and thorough regular flossing, this water irrigator still cleaned out additional food remnants that regular floss didn't get. If you've not used one of these before, start on a lower setting so you don't end up with sore gums. It takes a few tries to really get comfortable with it and to find your perfect setting, but it definitely is much more pleasant for me than traditional flossing. Overall a well-made product that will go a long way in helping you keep your mouth and gums clean.

Very effective and wide range of pressure
I've been using Sonicare toothbrushes for like 20 years now and have come to really like and trust the brand. This is a great flosser that I'm really happy with. I was debating between a handheld or "corded" flosser and am glad I chose the "corded" version. The handheld ones are just so bulky looking and unlikely to have the power that this type has.
The pressure adjustment range is huge on this, which is great for when different people will be sharing the unit and have different preferences. It can go from to very gentle to extremely powerful. It's quick, effective, and I'm much better at using this than regular floss. My dentist recommended I try this type of flosser and I'm glad I did!

I was excited to get this power flosser because my family had a Waterpik when I was a kid and I loved how clean it made my teeth feel. On the very first day I had this water flosser cranked all the way up to 10. It could use more power, but otherwise works well and makes my teeth feel clean. I'm happy to have it because it still works much better than a portable water flosser as it holds enough water to clean all my teeth and I don't have to hold it completely upright to get it to work. It's not too loud and has a small footprint which is great for my small bathroom. It seems like a good product for someone using a water flosser for the first time.

This Philips Sonicare flosser is well designed, well made, and effective. It has completely replaced a previous water flosser we purchased and outshines it in almost every way. This 3000 series is ~$40 cheaper than the 7000 series and only lacks a few superfluous (it seems to me) features. It has one fewer head, two fewer modes, and a slightly smaller tank. I think it gets along just fine without those.
Pros:
— The quad-stream head does a good job at irrigating your gums and between your teeth at the same time.
— The pulse wave feature (deep clean mode) sets a good rhythm for progressing through teeth.
— The pressure is easy to change with the dial where it is mechanically set. It is better than a digital system with which settings can get reset.
— The water tank is big enough to do your whole mouth, with enough extra to touch upon a couple of spots. The tank is also easy to remove from its base and fill up.
— The "pause" switch on the wand is a great feature. It means that you do not need to fumble for the power button when you are properly positioned or when you need to take a break.
— It plugs into the wall, which means you do not have to worry about batteries. Our previous unit was a pain since it took constant recharging.
— The cord to the wand is well designed and tucks nicely back into the unit when done.
Cons:
— Going over teeth (as opposed to being in between teeth) in normal clean mode (which does not pulse) stops the pump. I assume this is because it is designed to shut off flow when it senses too much resistance. It is a bit jarring and hard to get used to.

I hate flossing and almost never can bring myself to do it! It's uncomfortable and time consuming and I just can never seem to convince myself to floss as part of my oral hygiene routine. This power flosser is much more manageable than classic flossing. So far, I really don't mind doing it! I definitely don't use it every single day, but I have been using it a few times a week and my mouth feels so clean. It was easy to set up, just plug it in and attach the head. The water tankard has a max fill line, and I have found that I use about that much water each time, so I always fill it to the max line. I do wish the lid closed more securely instead of just resting on the top, but it hasn't actually fallen off or anything. There are two modes, clean and deep clean as well as 10 levels. I initially started out on a lower level, but I quickly moved up and now I am using it on deep clean on a level 8. Be sure to use this over the sink because it makes a bit of a flood otherwise. It takes a few tries to really get comfortable with it and to find your perfect setting, but it definitely is much more pleasant for me than traditional flossing.

This is very effective
I really like this flosser. It has an effective amount of pressure that flosses the stuff from between my teeth. It is compact enough to fit easily on my bathroom counter. The water resevour holds a lot of water, so I don't have to refill in the middle of flossing. I use distilled water in it, so that it doesn't get mineral deposit build up in the machine. You can change the intensity. I have tight teeth, so I turn the intensity up. So far, it works well, and I really like it!

Powerful and fun
If you're serious about dental hygiene I recommend this product. It was really easy to set up and use. It's very powerful and does a great job at getting in the back of the mouth and places you may have a hard time reaching with flossing. I would still recommend flossing though because I don't think this is enough to replace flossing
