Does what it says for most part
Does all it claims in product detail except cool exterior. That is my only issue with it. Other than that love it. Temperature control is good. Very easy to use. And like most toasters cleaning is a problem but the crumb tray is a good addition. Lift up and bun warmer are 2 very good features. Very effective and efficient. Thankyou philips and Thankyou Amazon.

Fake Reviews! Dont buy!
This toaster burns my bread even at the lowest setting. I have ordered a replacement only because there is no option for me to return the product!!!
This is not expected from Phillips!! I wasted my money on this product...dont waste yours!!

Not so great product.
Browning is not even. Bread always burns from bottom and less baked from top. product is difficult to clean. The little bread pieces stuck in the wall near the element which is impossible to clean. There is tray to collect bread crumbs but most of the crumb stick just above the tray which is again not easy to clean.

Great Product 👍
Great product by Philips. I was not so sure whether I should buy this after ready some negative reviews. But I decided to buy it and it has turned out to be a good decision. I keep the browning setting between 4-5 and the bread gets toasted to a proper golden brown in about 2 minutes. If you're planning to buy one just go with this toaster and you will not regret it.

Lightweight and efficient, clean
The toaster was pending a purchase since long and I am glad I chose Philips over all others.
Very easy to use and if efficient, has different modes of toasting - crisp to normal.
Its pretty fast and clean. Doesnt take too much of space too
Happy with my choice. Surely recommend this.

Stopped working after 7 months
The toasting was really good in the first month and slowly it started to degrade. Bread, never got toasted properly. We always have to toast it on the max. 7 months after the usage, the toaster started emitting smoke. This is even after regular cleaning of the product.
Given the price, I expected the product to last atleast 3-4 years but is life was just 7 months.

Disappointed due to crack, though immediately the replacement placed
Disappointed as was waiting for the product. May be transportation or packaging problem.

Just fabulas...Value for money
It's just fine, just got what I want, it looks classy & work very fine, just set the temp to 3 to get ur bread perfect brown...i just burned first two spice by setting the non to highway...It has two more function which is awesome, east to clean & two upper grill also provided

Poor quality - not value for money
We bought an expensive product so that it lasts. Earlier toasters we bought malfunctioned within a year. But this one also has broken down within 6 months. I have logged complaint as it is within warranty but had expected better quality considering the brand and price.

one of the best toasters.
Excellent product. Has many more features as compared to the normal toaster.
The cons are:
1.Plug gets heated quickly if your switch is 12v. If you plug it in higher watts it works well.
2. White colour. Gets dirty easily. There is no toaster cover provided with it even though it was mentioned at the time of buying
3. Dealer stamp is absent on warranty.
4. Actually cost of toaster was for 1500 on amazon but it was sold for 1800 which is as same as other electronic shop value
Rest overall its a great product

Average product for price
Its a average products for this price. Problem is uneven bread tosting, bottom edges get more tosted than upper edges and mid section of bread, also needs a couple of rounds to adjust the actual shown temperature. Good part is does hold bigger bread slices and electromagnet activated popup mechanism.

Ok product.
Heating is not very good. Even if I keep it at setting 4 it doesn’t toast well. I have to keep it for a second time. I think 4 would be enough temperature to brown the bread in one go. The wire is a little too short. Wish Phillips would consider increasing the length a little more. Not very practical.

Good aesthetic with cheap material
I was surprised to see it’s a Made in China product. The aesthetics are good from a distance.
I thought HD2582 would be a better model however it turned out to be a cheap work.
The outer body gets heated up quickly hope they had some better quality insulation provided between the heating element and outer body.
The cable length is short.

Awesome gift option - Diwali or Wedding
Gifted this to my elder sister on her wedding. She is loving it. It been just couple of times that she has used it so far.
Warranty card is not signed as most have mentioned before. I suppose as long as we buyers have the receipt - soft copy shouldn't be an issue.

should have been addeded
missing is an indicator LED on the product, which says that the product is getting its electrical connection. The product takes a long time to heat which is very bad & breakfast is taken in a hurry so waiting for the product to heat up is irritating

basically toasting the toasts well
cord is like enough- and not heavy so easy to move
we kind of have to toast 2 times on temp 2/3 instead of using temperature like 4+ where toasts gets burnt but we are good with it

Convenient to use and consistent results obtained
The toaster has a reasonably long cord, a accessible and removable crumb tray for better cleaning, a cover for protection of the heating elements when not being used for toasting. The toast produced is uniformly browned as per the setting selected

Stopped Working.
It stopped working after 6 months of use.
Country of origin is China .
Amazon tried to block my review for the product and sent and email that it don’t adhere to their policy so not sure if this happens with other products as well in Amazon

Satisfactory product. Worth the price
Love the design. Is easy to use. Just started using it. Does not always heat evenly if you start at first cycle. Trick is to first pre heat one cycle without bread. Also eliminates odour and then add bread. Is worth the price. Has a lid too. Also has a bun heater. Not tried it yet. Wire is small but sufficient for kitchen appliances.
