Value for Money
We bought this on diwali sale, we got it around 1.6K.
Its easy to use and clean. Build quality is very good.
Only con would its get heated and you can feel the heat as it does not have extended handle.
But if use is minimum then its great or you could take small break while using it.
Overall: At this price we felt its value for money.

Very difficult to clean as the cutter needs to remove each time for cleaning

Not useful for whipping
Brought this product for wipping but this machine fail to do so and temperature got very high. Not recommended for people looking for perfect whipping blenders.

Bad product
Started giving trouble within 15 days of purchase. Grease type oil coming out of the machine and dripping into food being prepared. Also gives electric shocks while operating

Noisy
during receipt of first piece, we had found that it makes noise. So I have asked for replacement and mentioned that it is making too much noise as compare to other local manufacturer's same product. We do not expect noise in the case of philips. but with my surprise the replaced blender is making more noise compare to first one.

Not useful to whip cream
Not at all useful to whip cream. Heats like hell. It only helps to mix things and to make milkshakes. Buying this only to mix things is foolish thing, which I have done..

Don't buy!
It doesn't whip cream like its supposed to, the whole reason why I purchased it. Such a waste of my money. Really difficult to reach in and clean, gets heated up too fast and the box mentioned two extra blades,I didn't even get one. Horrible. Waste of money .

It gets real hot
No heat vent in the product. It gets soooo hot in two minutes that you can't even hold it. Manufacturers didn't even think of that. I am surprised. Not expected from philips.

Worst experience ever
Cons: The product weighs too much and its not really user friendly, working with it is somewhat an headache. Heating up in 1 min and today i half burnt my hand because of it. Money waste. I dont know why people are giving nice comments. Disgusting!

Poor blade quality.
Quality of Blade is very poor, made of very thin Steel. I used Orpat blender for more then 3 years without any problem. Blade of this one became blunt just within 3 months.

Not suitable for making cream
Not suitable for making wipping cream and butter cream it heat up in 2 to 3 minutes and not easy to use , don't buy this product if u want to make butter cream

Bad quality and poor service
Blender is not working now. its defected after one month. we contact service provider but they are pathetic. Response from service provider is not responsible.

Firstly i was very confused by the mix reviews. And every blender has mix reviews on this site but Then finally i decided to with this one coz i was looking for a blender who can do hot and cold stuff both.
And i am very happy to bought this one, i did hot and cold stuff both with a blink of eye it shows it magic.
Blade remove and replace is very easy.
People who are complaining that it is start melting and logo is disappearing- i think they are not sure how to use a blender to make it halt on every a minute or two, to clean it like a blender and not like a steel plate.
Overall its a value for money product. Timely delivered and packaging was very good.
I bought it in a deal Rs. 1100

3 different blades are good to have
Doing the job, 3 different blades are good to have, a bit bulky but metal tip is a good option to have rather than plastic. Sorry?? Ginger Paste??!!! Nope, you have to buy a real mixie. This is for making strawberry lassi, apple milkshake, whipping cream etc.

Name washed out in two weeks usage....
I had an Orpat blender earlier which served well over 10 years... so comparing this product with my experience with earlier blender. The brand name washed out in couple of weeks of usage so my first concern was whether its an original product. The speed and performance is ok types (as expected). But there are two other main concerns that put a doubt on its reliability... the first one is it makes weird noises in between and the second one is that it gets heated quickly. The heat dissipation may not be good as there are no air vents. due to that it stays heated for a longer time even after usage. I wanted a steel shaft for blender and Philips sounded a better option, but I doubt its credibility now. The MRP and discount price has a huge difference so I really doubt whether these people are selling original products. Overall not satisfied with my purchase.

Not Much Satisfied..It broken.Not Durable product
It is not as good as shown..In 1st use it had broken and Amazon did not take it back..It is not a good product of PHILIPS...So plz check before buying electronic items...

Misleading claim by philips
Philips claims that the blender can be used for 20 mins. Impressive, I also bought it for same reason, however normally hand blenders run for 3-4 mins on continuous basis. BUT, the reality is that the calculation done by Philips of 20 mins claim is that 1 min running and 1 min rest hence 20 such cycles. From that perspective, the run time could be any thing. hence this blender is NOT RECOMMENDED as it has a misleading performance parameter.

Product goes dead
Now it doesn't work only after 1 month and meanwhile I used only 4 to 5 times so I think that Amazon should return this otherwise people will not believe because we buy only on the credibility if it goes then we will not purchase again . I have used many items but in this time I felt very disappointed
