Worst Product

Worst Product do not buy. Purchased two units last year and gifted in relation.
It did not work even for few days. It is really embarrassing for me when I came to know about it.
Never expected this from Philips at least.

Value for money

My basic need is to whip a cream in this corona panadamic season because of my child and her mother love to eat cakes and pastries but in this panadamic it gives me think to go out and buy a outside food (junk food) for them so decided to bake a cake from home made ingredients so one big challenge arises to whip a cream by hand as it takes nearly half hr with good pain in yourr four arm after buying this product I do not want to worry for pain just whisp a cream in 10 min and your cream layer is ready to place on you cake

Not recommended

Was using a Lumix Lee Handy for last 10 years until it finally gave up. Purchased Philips coz of the brand name. Operation not smooth, shakes/vibrates a lot. Using mostly for making fruit shakes (apple, banana). Will not recommend based on my experience, as the previous hand mixer was doing a better job. The more we are using it the more we are hating it! The blade broke after 6 months of ad-hoc usage. Hence reducing the rating to 1 star from 2 stars. Disgusting :(

For one time use only

In its first use for makeing mango shake .. its blade got broken

Awesome at this price

Awesome blender by looks. Design is fabulous but button is not ergonomic. Heats up for after 1min for making butter but it happens with every blender of any brand at this price. Blades are not much sharper. But best part is service support of Philips which is amazing. So its better than alternatives.
Blends coffee, lassi and soup superfast without heating.
It seems to be durable enough but let's wait for few months.

Seller swapped the product with an old 2014 model

WORST SELLER: (UPDATE) I got a replacement for the product. Now they have shared me a 2016 model with EXPIRED warranty (2016 DATE OF PURCHASE). The product is also broken! Really disgusting.

Seller has given either an old product or false warranty card. On box it says manufactured in March 2020 but warranty card says DATE OF PURCHASE as 2014. Kindly share me a brand new product and with valid WARRANTY (check snapshot attached)

Overall product is not durable.

Product received in broken condition from the mid joint as well as from the upper most joint. I have already given intimation for replacement but i am sure replaced product will be having the same issue as overall product does not looks durable.

Purchased 2 months before , and is not working now !

I purchased it 2 months before , and it got delivered on 19th march . From last 20 days it's not working . I don't know what the issue is but philips is a trusted brand and my product is under warranty of 1 year , so please show a concern and do something immediately !

Good quality product. Review Update 31/08/T20

Good quality product. Easy to use. Only concern, gets heated up quickly even when used for 1 minute and running for 5 minutes with intervals of 1 minute break.

Suddenly stopped working after 6 months. Would have used max 6 times. Now searching for service centre to have it checked / repaired.

Good Product

The product has been very good. i have used to make a chutney of ground nut and it works well. Only problem is that they do not provide any cylindrical container in which u can put in ur stuff for blending.
I had one from previous buy of other bran so it worked for me.
Best part is that the blades are very easy to clean and also the button needs to be pushed inside (in comparision to my other blender), it makes it much much safer.

Not at all happy with the product

I ordered this hand blender few days ago by seeing reviews and brand name, mainly for preparing buttermilk. My experience-
- First of all we didn't like the noise coming from the blender.
- Only after some use, phillips brand name washed away, though I did not wash its body. So I doubt whether its original.
- Now a days, its making some different noise while blending, have to raise a complaint.

So in few days, even though we followed instructions properly, the blender is working very poor. So please think twice before purchasing.

This is not about the product, it's about this facility through which Amazon cheated

At the time of booking the product for purchase it was shown RS 1000.7 including all the charges and including delivery charges. It was to be delivered on June 9 2019. Till 8th June it kept showing of the same amount but today when they showed the package is out for delivery, the amount increased to 1295. Thought 295 is not much of increase but still this is cheating. One should be given the product on the same price over which it was booked. Also there is no proper bill given of the electronic item and no e-bill over the mail too.

Very disappointing for a regular customer as me.
P.s. the product came out to be okay

Good for 1500

Recommendation is to use it for 1 min and then a break of 1 min. Blends butter milk extremely well

Blade Quality not upto mark!!

So it has been more than a week after purchase I would say this is worth the price... As all products there are cons.

Cons:
1) quality of whisker blades not up to mark. The blade is bent due to usage of blade removal tool. It is now slightly at a angle 10°.
2) over heating. Yes the device heats on continuous usage of 5 min(which is when you want to blend something for a longer time to get the texture right
3) cannot attach anything other than what's given with it.
4) lack of additional blade assesories like Ring whisker etc.

Pros:
1) easy to use
2) easy to clean

It's good

Product is good but the blades are too small and doesn't look sturdy.
A mug should be added along with the blender.
Overall it's a good hand blender that is Made In India. (Say no to Chinese products)

THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING

Pls note the product what we have recd worked only for 4-5 days and after that it was having some problem while running, but from last 2-3 days the product is really not working, need a replacement, pls confirm your understanding on the same,

Poor Quality check by Amazon

I gifted this product to someone. They opened it after few days and found that the joint is loose. Unfortunately at that time the return window was closed. Really dissatisfied with the kind of quality check Amazon has.

Unregulated speed

Very bad push button. The speed is very inconsistent, with initial press motor doesn't start and after a moment immediately pickup speed splashing everything away.

the operation of machine

Machine is heavy ,noisy in use . Secondly you have stated 20 minutes continues operation . But the Phillips specification as details seen in the specs of Philips in the box states continues operation only one minute at a time . Thus it does not meet our requirement overall . House wife also did not like it .

Average product.

I thought to upgrade hand blender this time as I was using usha hand blender before. But after using this one came to knw that the product is below average. The motor is not as powerful as it seems and if you use continously for 30 seconds, it generate so much of heat that it will be difficult to hold the blender. Moreover cost is on higher side as compared to other. So better not to go with philips hand blender.
