Comfortable ,finally found a design that stays in place and sound terrific waited a few weeks but it was Xmas season. I believe worth the money and wait for this price range headphone. Cords are thin and light so just cannot tug or be pulling hard on them ,but I am very happy with this purchase.

5 stars for the price.... 4 stars in the unlimited world of money.... I use these for bike riding (one ear), on the tractor and as a pair of my travel headphones to go with my good ones... they have an extension to make it into the standard earphone jack which may be a downside to some but I have no issue as it always seems that i need longer chords.

Sound quality is good but a connecter at the middle of cable is a little clunky. Bad design on the cord. Good for the$$ though.

I had a pair of skull candy inked headphones and they eventually died so I bought myself a pair of these. The rubber piece is small and actually fits in your ear. I usually wear one at a time while I work and I have had no issues with these falling out. The chord that extends from the ear buds is relatively short because I can run it from my iPod on my hip to my ear and there is very little slack. A little extension also comes with these in case you need some extra wire. You can't go wrong with these especially for the price.

Really stays in your ears and delivers sound well. I wish the chord was a bit more robust, because it seems like it might damage easily where it connect to the earphones. So far no problems though.

I bought these headphones while I was deployed in Afghanistan and they are the only ones I ever use. Normal earbuds don't fit in my ears well, but I've always been satisfied with these.

While I am late at providing this review it has no bearing in my opinion. I purchased these because I was unhappy with the sound from the buds that came with my iPod shuffle and the Nano. You heard (pun intended) me right. These have incredible sound compared to Apple. I will spare the technical terms by giving you your own opportunity to research and compare the specification between the two. Trust me when I say these ear buds win hands down. If you can find a pair of them, as I see they are now discontinued, buy two pair.

The "ErgoFit Design" is suppose to provide "for ultimate comfort & fit", but it actually doesn't fit that well and not very comfortable. It's not uncomfortable, it's just "ok". I prefer the standard design where it does not matter if you put the left earbud in the right ear. The standard design is more comfortable and fits better. I did try the difference size earpads (S/M/L), but it did not help; the ErgoFit Design was the problem.
I am happy with the sound quality give the price point. I also like the piece of plastic that holds the two earbuds close to each other to help prevent tangling, when not in use.

Clear crisp sound. The bass seems too strong at first, but once they burn in, the highs and mids really come out. I bought them to seal out the noise on Bart. They fit well and block a lot of outside noise. The quality of the sound is incredible compared to the price paid. The short cord is nice and reduces tangles and is less cumbersome. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for great sound at a very low price.

for the money I have to admit these are good little headphones. Plus, they are panasonics, so they are not junk. I don't use them often, but I am quite pleased with their performance. I used them to listen to pandora and it was very clear and full sound. and did i mention they were 8 bucks? what's not to like?

These work fine and seem well made, but I bought them and the RPHJE355 at the same time, and the sound quality improvement moving up to the 355 is quite noticeable, even just for voice. So I'd recommend upgrading to the 355...unless you really don't care and just want something cheap, in which case why not get the even cheaper RPHJE120?
Opinions vary on the short-cord plus extension. I don't particularly care, but in case you do, for reference, for me, the short cord reaches my shirt pocket easily, but the extension is needed to reach a pants pocket.

super fast shipping and the audio quality is pretty good. It doesn't hit as hard as the 2XL I used to own, but well worth what I paid for them. 10x better than any of the cheapie sony or maxell that you will find in the convenience stores. Also the 2-pc audio cable was a nice feature, allowing a 1.5 ft or 3 ft cable

These headphones are phenomenal. I have owned 3 pairs over the last 3 years...Unfortunately lost the first pair, dog chewed the 2nd, but by far the best sounding headphones I have had. I have owned several brands to include prices over 100$ (Noise Cancelling)...These are fantastic not cancelling but if you use the correct size earbuds (3 Diff Sizes Included) and get them fitted correctly in your ears the base response is amazing, and external noise is nearly non existent. The sound quality is amazing and crystal clear. My first 2 pairs did not have the extension cord, which is a definite plus. They are extremely durable and have lasted in 4 middle eastern deployments problem free. (says alot for anyone thats been over there during a sandstorm)...if you have any doubts about purchasing these for the price dont hesitate. I am amazed that these are not priced for at least 5 times the price. Best 10 bux I have ever spend on any audio product by far...

i bought it on sale and it's good for the price i payed. the only problem is; its cable is considerably short (about .5 m!), however it comes with an extension cable! I always have to use its extension cable.

With my job I have to wear a headset for communication/hearing protection. What I really like about these ear buds is that they do not extend very far outside my ear. I am able to wear them under my headset comfortably. I have used many different earbuds for this reason but these ones fit me the best.

These headphones are great, inexpensive, great sound and stay in my ear fine. The only thing wrong with these headphones is the short cord, which is easily ignored because of the extension cord that is provided. I didn't find it too much of a difference having that extra cord to just having one cord. Overall, great headphones, only 4 stars because of the short cord, otherwise a 5 star.

These earphones are comfortable, and produce pretty good sound for either music or the spoken word. What's notable is that the cord is only 27 inches long, which works well if you are carrying an MP3 player in your shirt pocket or perhaps at your waist. When you need more length, a 27 inch long extension cord is included.
Both the earphone cord and the extension cord, have L shaped jacks. Cords with an L shaped jack generally hold up under stress much better, and tend to last longer than straight pin jacks. While the shortened cord works well in some situations, using the earphones with the extension cord is a little clumsy, as the right angle connector makes the cord heavier, and more prone to being caught on things.
While the L shaped jack is a plus, the shortened cord limits the practical use of these earphones, as many will find carrying the extension cord inconvenient, and the cord can easily be misplaced or lost. With the extension attached, the cord doesn't hang straight. If the earphone cord was maybe 36", the product would be more useable. Being innovative is great, but the practical application is a little lacking here.
With three different sizes of silicone inserts, you should be able to get a decent fit. The earphones are available in various colors. The current $15 price at Amazon is a competitive, so if an earphone with a shorter cord sounds like something that might work for you, this would be a good option.

Considering how cheap these are, I was very surprised by how good the sound is. I also find the ergo fit to be very comfortable, and stay in my ear well when I use them while jogging and going for long walks. My only beef is with the inconvenience of the L shaped jacks, and having to deal with an extension cord since it is so short. But the sound and price makes it worth it overall in my opinion.

The sound is actually quite good for such inexpensive buds. However, they don't stay in my ear very well if I am moving around a bit, regardless of which size I use. And the the short cord plus extension is a silly idea. They should just have a single cord that is 3 to 4 feet in length.

I own another pair of Panazonic earbuds which sound terrific. Bought these ones for my wife because they matched her ipod color; but these ones sound terrible! No bass at all --you might as well be listening on an AM transistor radio. Luckily, we still have the original ipod earphones --they sound infinitely better!
