The phone has a problem when you answer a call it has a delay of 2-3 seconds where the caller can not hear you.The result is that you say 'Hello, hello, hello' numerous times. Also the vendor that sold the product only gives a 30 day warranty. I would not recommend this phone.

I've had the phone about a month. Speaker is very clear. You can store 50? phone numbers for recall. There's no speed dial option. There's not that many options so learning the procedures is not too intimidating. Instructions will help. Personally I would like a bigger base although I haven't knocked it over when standing up in use. I use the speaker function about 90% of the time. Caller ID has letters big enough to be easily read.

This is the second set of this phone I have purchased. The first one was for myself. I thought it was such a great phone I purchased one for my daughter for her home. The sound quality is excellant. My husband has a slight hearing problem and he has no problem hearing on this phone.

Although the first one had to be returned because one phone didn't work, I am very happy with the replacement. Good sound quality. I wish I had purchased more extra handsets.

I bought these phones to connect to my cable VoIP modem. They work great and have amazing clarity for the ranges at which I've used them (140 ft). With or without the belt clip, this phone is difficult to place between my neck and shoulder AND have it be comfortable for more than two minutes. I am willing to sacrifice the ergonomics for the better range and higher clarity of the voice audio. I would recommend the purchase of this phone.

Went through 5 phones looking for one with great reception and clear quality. I also needed a phone that can be used more then 100 ft from it,s access point! This phone does it all! And for a great price! Totally worth it!

This phone has so many wonderful features: easy review of calls, erase all or individually, block certain numbers, store your address book, speaker phone,in addition to great call quality. Very happy with this purchase. For all these features, price was awesome.

These are the best cordless phones I have ever used! They do everything. I already have 6 matching Panasonic's in the house and needed 2 more. Now have a total of 8 and they all work great. Clarity and sound is better than a corded phone. I can walk around my whole house and property outside and never loose signal.GREAT PHONES!!!

I main got this phone because of the headset jack feature.Pros:good sound qualitybattery lifeneat ringtonesexcellent rangeno interfrence with other electronicscons:being picky but dont like the headset jack at the bottom of the phone but it comes with a clip to help with this

I really like this phone so far. I liked the price for 2 handsets as well. I didn't rate speaker phone as I have not used that function yet. I also didn't purchase the headset option so I don't know about it's efficacy.

product is good quality; I have always had good success with Panasonic cordless phones. This unit is a little pricey, but with the 2 additional phones, I thought it was a good value.

I was having trouble talking on my old phone when I was by my computer. This phone does not have that problem. It's very clear. I really didn't see the need for having two phones in this package, but boy am I happy to have them now. Makes life a little easier. I so pleased with this phone.

We have had this phone for 3 months now, just after the 2nd month, we started getting bad reception on the phones and bleed-over in our computer speakers when we were on the phone. Switched out the handset with one from another room and it seemed to help for about a week. It is severely distorted, echo's and I find myself asking people to call my cell phone so I can hear them (which is not an option for my daughter who is stationed in Korea). Did lots of research on this model prior to purchasing, and felt it was a good buy. Today I will go buy a new phone so that I do not have to worry about being able to hear conversations.

I received two shipments of this phone. The first phone I received lost time on the clock display. I returned the phone and had the identical problem with the second phone. I was disappointed because this phone was rated #1 by consumer reports. I would NOT recommend this phone.

I was so disappointed with this phone. The plastic weight of the base and phone feels like it is a playtoy for children. This is the worst piece of equipment I have received in a long time and it is from one of my favorite companies, Panasonic. Gosh what happened to good quality merchandise. Those days are gone. Go to a store and physically check out all phones before ordering on line.

I purchased these phones after switching to a digital phone provider. I chose this Panasonic model for several reasons: price, good reviews from current users, the ability to buy additional handsets as needed. I'm very happy with the sound quality, I love the size of the screen which let's me see who is calling from across the room, and the additional features such as speaker phone that make this useful in every room in the house. For those of us who habitually tuck the phone between ear and shoulder, this phone provides a textured surface on the back that makes it non-slip. All in all, a thoughtfully designed phone that looks like it has been built to last.

these phones are the best i've ever had. Clear,easy to read, great battery life, easy setup, and great range. These phones are more than I expected and at a great price. Delivery was faster than promised, and easy to read instructions. Thank you Amazon.

Bought this phone set to replace an older non functioning one and find this one to be much advanced over the old model and very easy to set up and use. Voice quality is very good and the digital message information is clear and useful. I rate this phone set a very good value.

This is the only phone I've owned where I didn't hesitate to use the speaker function. I don't buy many phones anymore, so I'm not particularly current with quality improvements. Perhaps the quality is to be expected. For ten years I've used a headset--great device, complete freedom from a handset little improved from the dog-n-bone. I no longer need to use a headset.
