The product was excellent right out of the box.Had one issue with ring tone & connection to FAX. Cleared up quickly & efficiently after speaking with customer service.Would recommend product.

Can someone please confirm if this will work with 220V input? It should say so in the back. I like the reviews but it would be useless for me if it doesn't take 220V.Thanks.

They were recommended by consumer reports and I can see why. They work great all over my house. Love the speakerphone options. It comes in handy during conference calls.

Great product for the money, easy to install, and the display screen if wonderful. I got this for my mother, who's 81, and she loves how large the letters/numbers are on the screen. Very satisfactory.

Product works as described-Good value for price.Sound quality --good with Headset,and speakerphone,however audio output from speaker is not as loud as i had expected.People on other side can hear me quite well on all 3 modes-regular,headset and speaker.Difficult to open the rubber covering for inserting headphone jack (2.5mm),may be it will get easy with use.Other features- mute button,well lit display and buttons,battery charge indicator etc.(still exploring)Range-- good,with no static or interfering noises.Easy to install,comes with colored instructions for first time use on the box itself.Will indicate (check phone line) if phone line is not connected or not inserted all the way.When turned on,display says charger for 7 hours before first use.Each handset use 2 standard Ni-MH rechargeable battery,and comes with warning of not to use Alkaline battery.

Have purchased Panasonic in the past and found to be excellent sound quality and range plus very easy to set up. These new replacements for our non-Panasonic phones have a really great display that you can easily read even without cheaters. The new KX units also have substantially better range over the non-DECT older unit. The only rub is that these new generation units take many more steps to both program and to retrieve your messages. The sound quality is just like our original unit and these are very easy to hold vs our existing unit which is pretty large. All in all, easily worth the price and better than most other brands.

We had almost stopped using our landline but after getting this phone, use it a lot more. The audio quality is great even when used as a speakerphone. The microphone is excellent too. I was talking with the phone hooked to my belt with the speakerphone on, and the person at the other end of the line said there was just a little bit of degradation in the sound quality which was great considering the mic was nowhere near my face and pointing away from me. The display is also good with the caller ID showing up in large letters which means that I can read it from across the room.Another great feature is that it uses standard NiMH AAA batteries and I won't have to pay exorbitant amounts for a replacement batteries. The batteries also go a long time between charges.One problem is that the date and time need to be set on each handset individually. It would be nice if only one handset had to be set and the others could get it from that one.

The phone was easy to set up and is as advertized superior sound and speaker and I can use the phone in the yard (a couple of hundred feet away from the base). I am going to get another phone to use in the basement.

SPEAKERPHONES ON BOTH UNITS QUIT WORKING AFTER 3 MONTHS AND PANASONIC REFUSES TO REPLACE THE PHONES. DON'T BUY. THIS IS THE 3RD PANASONIC I HAVE BOUGHT. ALL ARE NO GOOD

Easy setup, excellent call quality, great battery life. I prefer simple, so there are certain little features I could do without. All things considered, you can't go wrong for the price...not to mention two handsets and Panasonic's rep for quality phones!

all of the cordless phones that i have owned have been thrown away after the rechargeable batteries wear out.(usually after a couple of years) i like this phone because i can go to walmart or amazon.com and buy replacement 1.5 volt rechargeable batteries for it.

I've had this phone for about a month. The sound quality is really good & I can use it anywhere in the house or even the yard (better than my cel phone reception by far. I would recommend it.

Got this phone because the gel buttons on my old phone were hard to see and press. This phone has lighted easy to see buttons.This phone does it all--speakerphone, address book, good range. I live in a condo. I can use this phone on the roof of my building above the third floor with the base unit in my 2nd floor apartment below.The phone stays charged for a long time. No need to keep in on the base unit charging all the time.There are many ring tones to choose from. I chose a very mellow chime tone. And the ring volume can be adjusted from no ring to level 5.I can't think of a negative for this phone. Great phone for the money.

This is a great basic phone. We have a largish one bedrrom apt and this works well in all rooms. The speaker phone is only on the handset, and it works really well. Good buy!

After trying out a similar phone setup, this one is far superior. The range is great, unlike the last product purchased. My parents liked these so much they purchased a set for themselves.

This phone is the worst phone I have ever had. I ordered the first one in January and had to send it back in March because it quit working. Recieved replacemeent late March .This second phone quit just like the first So I returned it and received the third phone in July Just know this third Phone has quit...I and really up set with this phone. I would not recomend this phone at all it is a piece of junk.

Great phone for the price. Holds charge well and provides clear audio. Stores many numbers in its phonebook. Range of phone is excellent, with great clarity.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive these cordless phones. My old Panasonic cordless was about nine years old so my household was due for an upgrade. After reading the reviews on CNet and Amazon, I decided on the KX-TG6512B. I mean two handsets for less than 50 bux has gotta be good right?Well they are. My friends are ecstatic because they can hear me and the clarity is just right. The phones functionality is terrific. The only thing missing is the ability to unload jpegs or bmp's as the screen saver, that would be great!!!!
