This is by far the best cordless phone we have ever had... No static, clear voice, very good speaker phone... Has great features such as call blocking from those telemarketers... No complaints, a good purchase.. Oh wait, the clock tends to run slow...

This phone is just what I needed. It's light and has good range with clear reception. I couldn't ask for better. Oh, and it has it's own tracker so when I forget where I put it... I push the button... and walk right to it...

I have an older Panasonic KX.... (earlier model--about 4-5 years old), also a two-handset cordless. Although both are still working, one handset lost its display; and the other is dimmer and harder to see. The new two-handset I recently bought was easy to set up, bright display, big keys, and it picked up automatically the voicemail and other features I have in my older phones! A pleasant surprise. So, all four handsets now are working fine together. The lighted display, feature interface, and key display on the new handsets are much clearer and intuitive to use. I can't comment yet on range (the older handsets still have a very long range outside), or battery life--but from other reviewers I expect these features will also be good quality. Another nice feature is the price came down almost 50% (and with free shipping and no sales tax) via Amazon, compared to what I paid in a local store (also then on sale) about 4-5 years ago). This model also has more features than the older Panasonic, which I've yet to explore, but caller ID is more detailed, and the "call block" feature could be useful. So far, I'm satisfied. Online Web reviews and reviews in consumer magazines rated this phone highly also, which was helpful. I only wish the phones were made in the USA!

this phone came with an excellent set of reviews which convinced me to give it a try. So far (1 month) it has lived up to expectations. Some of the menu functions are not as clear/simple as they could be. The display is very large and readable. The external speaker feature can be set extremely loud, easily heard across the room. charge on the new battery is very good. Handset it good size to pick up and hold while talking. I would have liked the ring and handset to have louder volume settings available, but so far this has not been a problem for myself or my older parents. the clarity of the voice connections is crystal clear - so clear as to be completely unnoticeable, actually.Can't speak to the longevity of the phone or battery, but overall, an excellent phone, far better than most of the other cordless phones I've tried.

I was looking to replace our two 900 mhz RadioShack phones when they started to give us trouble after about six or seven years of service. I did some research and after reading all the good reviews I chose the Panasonic. Boy, I'm glad I did. It's a great little phone. The feature that I was looking for is a phone that uses standard rechargable AA or AAA batteries. Replacing batteries in my old phone was always a chore (and they never seemed to last very long). Either pay the high retail price that the Shack and most other stores charge or try to find the correct one on eBay and then hope it arrives with the correct plug. Rather rambling on about all the great features that the phone has I will just say I'm completely satisfied with the Panasonic and recommend it highly (or any phone in the KX-TG65 series) You won't be sorry, it's a great little phone!

These phones have good audio quality. It is handy to have the two phones is different locations. It takes awhile to get used to having a talk button and an off button as a means of answering and ending the call. So far we have been pleased with these phones.

Panasonic phones have been around for a long time and I still remember using a 900 MHz phone about 15 years ago. Panasonic always delivered the goods, so when it came to buying my next phone, the obvious choice was Panasonic. The phone works great with my Vonage connection and the setrup was a in a jiffy. Highly recommend this phone to anyone out there who are looking to get a new set.

I highly recommend this cordless phone because it has a mondern design, large readable numbers in the bright monitor screen, and is very easy to program. The Sound quality is excellent and the handsets are lighweight and fit the hand well.

We did a little online research and this looked like a good phone. And it has proven to be such. One thing that we especially appreciate is the size of the words on the screen - it is really, really easy for our 50 year old eyes to read. We have also appreciated the relative ease of set-up and the speaker phone. I can easily recommend this phone to anyone in need of one.

The phone would intermittently say "busy" when I picked it up to make a call by pressing the talk button. I then had to return it to the base and hope that I would get a dial tone. The phone would sometimes ring for no reason when no one was calling me. Since I waited too long to return it (past the 30 day return policy of Amazon), I'm sending back to Panasonic for a warranty return.

Okay, I probably didn't read as carefully as I could of but please be aware that this item does NOT include the answering system. That is one feature of Panasonic phones but this particular model does not have it. Count me a little disappointed.

We got on the National Do Not Call List & are getting several unwanted phone calls every day from EVERYWHERE. I went through the menu on our phone & saw CALL BLOCK. I wrote down every # that had called & blocked them all. Now our days are peaceful again. This feature is worth the $.It has many good features. You can change ring tones & totally turn off the ringer in any & every phone you have if you need peace & quiet. Good sound quality & we are very pleased with our purchase.

I bought these because one of my old phones didn't ring anymore and I had static issues. So far these are much clearer than the old phones. I bought another set because it's cheaper than buying singular expansion phones.

I'm using this with my Ooma Telo and have no problems so far. I've had it for over a month and the voice quality is crystal clear. I don't know if this is because of Ooma or the actual phones or a combination of both. But they are a better value than the ones that Ooma actually sells.

My needs for a desktop cordless phone are quite basic. I was not looking for an answering machine, speaker phone, nor keypad on the base unit. I did not even need expandability and I don't stray very far from the base station. The main feature I was looking for, actually, and none of the reviewers made mention of it, was call blocking.This unit can maintain a database of up to 30 phone numbers to block, and once entered, the callers will only hear a busy signal. It can also block calls with no caller ID; it would be nice but I do have a couple of contacts with no caller ID that I need to answer. I will just leave those to ring until voicemail picks up and they can leave a message. If this phone had more than 30 slots for blocked calls, I would have given it five stars because when I checked my list of unwanted spam calls, I had a total of over 360 numbers! But 30 will suffice. I can enter the 30 most persistent spam callers.Programming is easy and straightforward. The only reason I would have to reevaluate this product is if it breaks during the first year. After that, because of the low price tag on this item, it would have been worth it.

This phone set is exactly as advertised. Good in every aspect. I use the speaker phone all the time for long periods of time. Battery can last for over an hour at least before returning to base charger. Nice looking, sound is clear and the screen is easily read.

I hooked up the phone, inserted batteries, allowed them to charge, had a dial tone - all was well. Came back to phone next day and the phone and base were not communicating. I followed Troubleshooting steps multiple times, then called Panasonic Support and have been instructed to return the phone to their McAllen Exchange Center at my expense using UPS. All of this over a $40 dollar phone....what a waste of time. Seemingly simple purchase that I now need to run over to UPS, insure, ship back and I'm not sure what is going to happen. I'll fall off my chair if I see the unit replaced in any reasonable period of time, or at all.

As you can probably tell by all the great reviews this is a great phone with awesome features. I use it on my Viatalk service (VOIP) and it blinks when I have a message waiting and Caller ID etc. all work seamlessly as if it was a landline phone. I have been impressed with the features I didn't know the phone had when I ordered it.The only thing wrong with it is the apparent durability. It's a solid little phone and can take a beating, but I think I might have gotten a defective one because the screen on one of my handsets stopped working for no apparent reason. I have since submitted a claim with Panasonic to mail it in for a replacement. I'll come back and edit my review with the results.EDIT:Panasonic replaced the faulty handset in no time. This one has been working perfectly, so it must've been just a bad handset. Still satisfied with the phone and would buy another Panasonic phone without question.

This phone was easy to set up and use. Having 3 handsets placed where I most use them has made my life much easier. This system has many more features than I regularly use... however, it's quite easy to activate features later should I decide to use them. I especially like having the ability to set up the phone to block anonymous calls, which have been irritating me lately. Great idea! I picked this phone after reading several reviews here and on several websites. The price was right and the phone has performed as expected.
