OUKITEL WP5 Pro (2021) : Heck of a rugged phone!
I just received my WP5 Pro and first impressions is that the phone is heavier than i'm used to. It is already difficult to leave it anywhere but on my person as it is definitely noticeable when missing! The phone has far more bells and whistles built in than my last, 2 year old Samsung for the price. I'm still getting used to the features after a few days. The fingerprint and facial recognition features are a bit sensitive, but spend a little time setting it up properly and they already work flawlessly. I've had to use my hard key code only a handful of times so far. Love the security aspects of this phone! Sound and picture are sharp and clear, the cameras very adequate, and the flashlight is unbelievable! Overall a very good purchase for a clumsy like myself!

cant blocked the private/ unavailable phone #s. Phone goes into 3G for no reason
Hard time setting up the phone. Phone went from 4G to 3G for no reason. The Phone speaker stopped working after 5 months for no reason. All incoming calls don't ring, the sound of the phone has issues for no reason. To be honest I would have put 0 stars on this phone but I can't. Phone rebooted when I was on a call. Can't block private numbers and block all other phone numbers that are not in your contacts. That does make any sense. Phone should have blocked the private/ unavailable phone numbers option by itself. Speaker is low. Most of my calls I make are on speaker phone and the speaker volume is low. I wish it was louder. I charge the phone daily. I only have a few apps on the phone. I used 3 mobile phones in 18 years, 8 months and 2 weeks. I'm having problems receiving calls and making calls with the phone. I submitted complaints to Oukitel.com No one reached out to me. Customer service here wasn't able to help me. They are selling 3rd parties products and the products are defective and they are not willing to help. I filed complaints with the FCC, BBB, Consumer Affairs, etc... Everyone else that has issues with this phone should file complaints.

Battery is a pro.
I'm with consumer cellular they tried saying phone isn't compatible. I had to configure the sim myself because of this. Battery life is great last 3 days without a full charge and that is after watching hours of videos throughout the day.definitely durable I have a tendency of dropping my phone and throwing it down on to tables. The battery is the best about this device I'm o my fourth day no charge and it's been at 10 precent for a few hours now. Only thing about that though is bigger battery longer charge time.

Product was a lie and Support does not respond
This was the "rugged" ,"waterproof" phone that Oukitel sold me. It fell in water less than 1 foot deep a few months ago, water poured out of the device, and I lost the ability to hear or be heard through the receiver, made several requests for help to Oukitel support team and never heard back. Eventually it fell and the screen came out and shattered to where I cannot access my information in my phone. Oukitel still has not messaged me back after another email to the company and days of waiting.

It's tough for a second but save your money
I bought this at the end of January and I dropped the phone and the top came off it did not disconnect from the phone so it kind of still works but the screen has completely detached from the phone. I have tried to contact the warranty department as it should be covered for a year and I've gotten no response. It was a good phone but not as it claims.

Day one
First day of full use and the battery life is outstanding, with constant off and on use by the end of the day it was only at %85 "if battery status is accurate"
Only real drawbacks are that the launcher that comes with it is crap, definitely not stock android and are unable to change it, no light notifications when screen is off, and some apps like YouTube music close when you turn the screen off unless plugged into charger, but in the end you get what you pay for, also this thing is a brick so be careful where you throw when it makes you mad.

Se me salio la pantalla, con una caída tonta al pararme
Well I bought it in JANUARY, September I had noticed that the battery does not last all day, and in November it fell when I stood up I am not very tall and the screen came off, since then I am waiting for the guarantee. I received it. I hope still working well.

What I needed
So far after about a month it has a battery as advertised, the screen is sensitive and I need to be cognitive of that. I have trouble texting, constantly misspelling, larger letters would help, haven't been able to find how. All in all I like the phone and would buy another if needed. More to follow.

Not as goods as it sounds in the sales info.
This phone is tough, it took 2 full days for a full charge. To easy to bump the # pad while talking and poof, their gone. When you realize it just hang up because it freezes up and won't let you do anything but hangup. When my order arrived I had to email company to receive my memory for the phone using info from a card in my order, 10 months 12 emails and 4 calls later no memory.

Great and sturdy
I like the rugged construction of this phone. It feels hefty and strong. I have had it for over a month, and I like it more and more.
However, there were no instructions included with the package on how to insert SIM card and charge it using usb. Nor were there any instruction on the web. It took me hours and much frustration to finally able to open these slots. It'd would be helpful to have some instruction.
Since it is strong, it's heavier than the slim and sexy phones.

Could be much better.
I always bought Motorola lately so I can't say the battery lasts much longer, but it'll last a day for me and it's nice getting another unlocked phone not tied to a phone service filled with bloatware.
It's a very substantial phone, seems very durable, you really know it's there, which I don't mind, it fits great in my hand in my opinion, probably due to the 5.5 inch display which is smaller than many phones nowadays but you can see the full screen, there's no notch, pinhole, or whatever covering the display.
It's muffled on speaker because of its poor placement, it's covered if you set it down on most soft surfaces. The light doesn't seem to be any brighter compared to other phones, but it has nice convenient features most other phones don't have.
Update: It won't let me fast charge since it will overheat, it's slower than other phones and a bit glitchy in some apps. I'm regretting this purchase now. Sorry I took so long updating this review.

Low cost phone
Ok, first off my last phone was a S20 so I had a good phone but I work construction and it couldn't handle the environment. I miss a lot of features but would recommend this phone for the cost and apparent durability.

Me agrado la duración de la batería, me gustaría, que en el futuro le agregaran mejor bocina, y agregar algo para escuchar música con audífonos, y quedaría más genial.

Great Phone
Only had the phone for couple of days but very happy with it. Setup was extremely easy. I use T-Mobil. I just inserted the sim card and phone started working. It was thicker and heavier than expected. Image and speed are great. I opted to try this phone as I had several other ones and always managed to break them even after adding the security film in the glass. I had I little concern as it is only 4G, but I read that 4G technology will still be used for approx. 10 more years. It is still fast enough for my daily use.

Great for people that are hands on
My husband loves the phone. It's durable, water proof, and is great for men that work with their hands basically. The phone is heavy but after while you get use to it. The only issue we had was the sensitivity issue. It would randomly click to another application. Evidently, it was a defective item so it needed to be sent back to have the screen fixed. Other than that, it was great, including the expandable memory up to 1TB.

Not as Tough as I hoped, but Okay
It's a decent Android that can stand up to being dropped, but it's not especially waterproof. I'm a tow truck driver, got this phone for work, and was hooking up a car in the pouring rain, flooding the gutter I was laying in. Well, the phone was in my pocket and it took the old rice-drying method to get it working again, same as any phone. Just something to note.

Best phone in my opinion!!
I really like this phone, It feels like I actually have a phone in my pocket when I have one. I truly enjoy these and the battery life is top notch. I charge this once or twice a week. Solid and wouldn't buy a different phone on the market. This one is tailored to all my needs and performs wonderfully.

Won't work on AT&T
I am very impressed with the phone itself. It more than rugged and all options seem to work well. Called AT&T customer service and they said the IMEI number is not in their database and they are unwilling to add it. They would be more than willing to sell me one of their phones at their markup. He told me to switch phones, I told them I'd switch carriers.

Oukitel makes a very tough tough phone. They don't call them "rugged" for nothing I am so impressed with my WP5 Have owned it for months, dropped it, kicked it, thrown it across the room, Nothing short of ruthlessly beating them with a hammer... these phones won't die. I've accidentally dropped it into animal excrement, (eeewwww) No big I washed it off in the sink like a dirty dish. Try that one with a lesser phone I dare ya. When the time came that my daughter needed a new phone we bought another one, Orange this time.

Decepcion total
No es lo que esperaba, aunque supuse por la cantidad de batería, no me imaginé un teléfono tan pesado y grueso por lo que es incomodo llevar lo en el bolsillo pero uno se puede adaptar a eso, lo que no me gustó y llamo mi antencion al instante es que no posee una entrada mini Jack 3.5 mm ni tampoco su adaptador a entrada type-C muy mal por eso, y la peor cosa de gastar dinero por un teléfono es que uno pensaría que al menos esté tenga un buen seguimiento en el área de software, pero no, es totalmente Android 10 básico y no integra siquiera una galería para las fotos sino que utiliza Fotos de Google (en serio) hasta una custom rom es mejor que está porquería de sistema (pena que no pueda modificarla porque uso muchas App que prohíben o son incompatibles con las custom rom) y para finalizar está compra decepcionante, para no ser dramático y decir depresiva (por no poder utilizar la garantía al no vivir en los Estados Unidos soy de Latinoamérica), esque las pocas App que tiene son innecesarias y molestas para el usuario promedio, es decir, el total de App's que hay son todas bloatware

Great Value!
The product is a great value for what you get. The only thing I don't like is how thick and heavy it is.. Other than that it is a great product!
