I have been using these trackers for some time now. Vehicle assets tracked in various states. I have no complaints ..none.. I use the apps as well as desktops..set geofencing and request polling ..units work great ! Txt and email alerts work great! Thank You

This product is amazing! Everything about it is 5 stars. What’s even better is the best customer service response team I have ever dealt with in any company or business I have dealt with. Even on the weekend when there was some type of glitch they called me 60 Seconds after I sent them an email. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to track anyone or anything. The low price is just a bonus!!! Thank you to the entire team at Optimus

Incredible battery life. Just set your alerts to get texts when movement begins so you don’t need to constantly check the tracker. Battery lasted well over 2 weeks. Mounted on frame underneath a car with low clearance. Driver took car through a high-power drive thru car wash and tracker stay mounted. Provides a precise track with details and you can go back and get the history from previous dates. Highly recommend. Tech support is amazing as well. Friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive

This product was easy to setup and worked like a charm! It pinpoints the exact location of the GPS device (cleverly hidden) using easy to use Google Maps. I was about to get the SpyTec GPS product but was attracted to the price and monthly fees of Optimus.

I purchased the gps to keep track of my teen's driving habits including distance and where she was going and at if I needed to find her. She was always dropping me from Find Friends or other app's. The unit has worked just as I needed it to and has provided reports showing where parked, where traveled and total distance per day if needed. Battery life is great too. Have taken it out when about 50% to be safe and that has only been about once a week. Would highly recommend for peach of mind.

I purchased several of these and they are always accurate. The charge last for about 7 days. I recommend having a spare and rotate them because it does take several hours to charge back up and if you have multiple, you can trade out the one that needs charged with the fresh charged and always be covered. Customer service is excellent.

Tracker came with very little instruction but if you go online to Optimus website you get instruction there along with some videos. I was still unsure how to read tracking reports but their online support department is amazing. Email them and they answer pretty quickly. I had alot of questions so they called me and I explained exactly what I was needing and they set the preferences for me to get what I needed and have the longest battery life. The accuracy of the tracker was superb! It helped me confirm I was being lied to as often as I thought I was and I could walk away knowing facts instead of left wondering if I was just being paranoid. Would highly recommend!!!

The 2.0 unit is extremely compact as well as very accurate. The magnetic case is completely weather, mud, road wear and rattle proof. The magnets are strong enough to stand up to off road activity.
With a very large amount of activity the battery lasted between six and eight days.
I used the unit to track an individuals movements to use as evidence in court. The reports that are generated by and available on the website have proven to be invaluable.
When the first unit was discovered and disabled the tech support was outstanding in connecting a replacement unit.
Five star recommendation for the product and five star kudos to the tech support folks.

Battery lasted almost 2 weeks on 1 charge. Using 5% each day. Had no issues with magnet under the car carriage and stuck during pouring rain storms and snow. GPS was spot on in location and used google maps.

I have to say, this device offers accuracy within a couple feet. It can actually show when I move it just in my driveway. But I must say the most impressive part is the customer service, even when they had technically difficulties, they were still kind enough to contact me through personal phones. I give these guys five stars all day long!!!

The unit was easy to connect and function for me. I took it for a spin at 1 minute refresh rate and I have to say I like it a lot. Since I left my home at 9am and got home 8pm the battery is still 100%.. I did buy a cable adapter, but the magnet case wont close with it, I have to come up with another idea for extended power. Not a bad buy a all.

This tracker was GREAT! Easy to set up and understand and customer service is helpful! I've had another brand of tracker that was more expensive for the tracker and the monthly service, but Optimus was just as good, cheaper, and better customer servcie!

Where this item loses a star (each) is the battery life and the refund process for the GPS connection. Otherwise, it is as accurate as other devices. I'm still waiting on my monthly connection fee refund ($19.95) that I canceled because I no longer needed to track someone.

I am using for monitoring the parking of a trailer. I like it has a case with magnets. The app is easy to use, I wish I could set the tolerance of the GPS when movement detection signal is triggered. It is well known that the GPS has a precision of 30 m/100 ft so I wish I wouldn't receive movement alerts so often just because the GPS signal can't have a better precision so I think this setting should be added to the app. So I would like to be able to set the minimum distance detected manually to a level that doesn't trigger the movement detection when is parked.

DON'T BUY THIS. This product is misleading. I never used it because the app would never sign in. Then I found out I couldn't get the info until I agree to pay $20 a month. Now they won't take it back. Im going to rate this poorly every place I can. Starting with GOOGLE!!!

Fantastic customer service. First tracker wouldn't activate. The customer service was excellent as they helped me troubleshoot the problem, eventually giving me a refund and extending the subscription of the tracker. They offered to test the replacement tracker before sending out to ensure that it was fully working. Haven't had any issues!
