Please separate the call attend and call cut options
Nokia Product it's also good but now the 3310 flexibility not good for Parents and elder persons. Because. 3310 have mingle key of call attend and cut options it becomes big problem for Parents. When they click the call receiver option it goes to another option so further they don't how to come back and they don't know how to come back and attend the call. It is main problem.
I kindly request to Nokia please separate the button options for call receiver and cutter this is humble request.

Basic phone with high price, wrong choice.
Very much basic phone with high price under the old fame. Battery life is just 2 days on average usage (only calls). Bought the mobile for basic use and good battery life, trusted the brand. But worthless, there are other brand basic mobiles with high battery life and less price with basic features.

Received perhaps refurbished one as a fresh item
Seems I received a refurbished/ faulty one as a fresh item. IN three months could only talk using speakers. Battery could last 7-8 hrs max. Nokia service center refused to fix said ask Amazon. Amazon said get letter from Nokia that this piece can not be fixed. I'm now writing to nokia. Do not know what will be the result. But I ended up buying another phone. Disappointed.

You may use expensive smart phones but in you day to day life one basic phone is all you need coz its really handy. After seeing the NOKIA 3310 i decided that this the one i was searching for slim, lighter, having camera and multimedia, long battery back up all under NOKIA branding...! Nice product don't think much..! Just go for it...! Ultimate Value for money..!

Freedom from net addiction..!😊
Fell in love with this cutie. After handling heavy and bulky smartphones, this is a pleasant experience. All things functioned well. Though yet to observe full battery life, indications are this to be great se well. Freedom from internet addiction is the best benefit of its use.

Faulty product delivered
Mobile gets hang and stop operating. Mobile doesn't get Hot though it start getting hang for several minutes and afterwards it keep start working normal. This happened several time since delivery of product. Asked seller for replacement and hoping for non faulty product.

After Sales Service
After-sales service is horrible and pathetic as the new battery for the purpose of replacement of my phone is not available with the company NOKIA including with all service centers and brand stores or any e-commerce portal throughout India. So in view of the above purchasing NOKIA phones is not a wise decision at all.
My opinion is that it's better to close NOKIA business activity in INDIA if the company is not in a position to sustain itself in the contemporary scenario so the user may not spoil their money and as well precious time.

Need an Invoice of my phone.
My phone loudspeaker has been damaged. I called Nokia CC, they asked me a clear Invoice of it, as then one which was received with the box, its ink has been faded. So its not clear. Please send it to my email account ASAP. Will be thankful to u.

Think once before purchase
If you r a nokia 3310 model loving person and want to feel the nostalgia then go for it..but if u want a steady and long lasting though secondary phone then go for samsung features phone.Remember it's battery backup cant beat the samsung phones.I am using more than 4/5 brands right now and I feel Nokia's 3310 battery backup is not good enough for this price range.Better go for Samsung.

Very poor quality product.
Very poor quality product, I am very much disappointed. With in one month my charger is not working. I have already contact with Nokia Care but they are not take responsibility. Now what can I do???

A good compact, nostalgic hand set from Nokia with a little bit over pricing.
Its a nostalgic feel of old Nokia 3310, a nice handset having better features. it's so simple,small & compact with good battery life, decent 'Nokia' camera,Memory card support etc....it's key pad is so simple & soft as touch screen.
Better to use as a secondary handset or for old age people. Sound quality is good & average loud. Overall it's a nice handset.

Simple phone
Screen was damaged, placed a replacement and the replacement was good. Ordered it for someone who doesn’t know to operate smart phone. Keypad numbers are big which is benefit for old people but the battery discharges quick and sound quality is poor. Pretty colour.

Bad service from Nokia and Amazon : After sale service: Nokia 3310
Have purchased this handset on sep 20 and after 2 months i am facing diplsy issue on handset so i went to nokia center but they denied to take handset and advice to contact amazon service so i did that but amazon service center ask me to take service denied letter from service center but service center is not giving that. Also very rude behaviour of nokia service center they said its its very basic phone we dont deal.

3310 nokia review and problem that faced
Phone is good but experience not good due to instrument is not work properly. Problem face in connectivity ringtone sound on incoming or outgoing bell sound and also distrubence connectivity time period. I purchase 3310 instrument for my mother due to easy to operate.but sorry to say 🙁☹️ again bad experience. Finally return request submitted on same day of instrument received.

A very basic phone
Nothing very special about this phone. It's just a normal Nokia phone with classic look, 2MP camera, FM, Music Player, Bluetooth, 2G etc.
Phone feels super light in the hand. You can easily forget that you're carrying a phone if it's in your pocket.

Not good enough... To be 3310 heir.
This is not the 3310 we all expected. I gifted it to my mom. But after some time it started creating problem. So, instead I gifted her a new samsung mobile. She use simple phone. But this is not the 3310 I have used myself 15-16 years ago...

OVERPRICED . OKAY SPEAKER AND NON BREAKABLE PHONE.
Phone is good . easy use.
Videos cannot be played .
In my other non android phones audio of the video is played even even a video is of 720p.
battery works for 4 days with extensive song usage.
Music player is good but irritates a lot ,you will get to know when you buy it.
Camera is the best amongst all the non android phones.
Literally non breakable.
Hand to use .

Superb item.
Well, what can be said about this masterpiece from nokia? "Awesome". The only con is, the music player is not user friendly. Rest everything is fine. The battery life with moderate use will last upto 4 days. The speaker quality is way better than many smart phones out there. A must have item if you are fed up of smart phones and would want some sort of peace and personal space in your life, away from social media.

Quality mobile but not happy with sale purchase
Needless to comment on NOKIA brand, satisfied with the quality but small regret on the purchase. Got this mobile for Rs.2981 during Amazon's Great India sale but its price reduced to Rs.2829 after the sale period !!!

Not for jio sim
This phone does not work with a jio sim. Works on all other carriers. Gud for people who need a change from touch screens. But a little tiny, people with large hands will find it difficult to handle.

Poor Quality Nokia 3310 Phone.
Very poor quality phone. Sound system is not working within 2 months of buying. Most important, Amazon had sent us invoice without having IMEI number on it, which is a gross violation of product information in the original invoice copy. Our respective Govt department must take immediate actions against them.

Product is good, but...
Product is good.. I used it for a month, however can we really get rid of smart phone? It has been in my drawer since few months now.
Main disadvantage is lack of google contacts. Else i would have tried it for some more months.

I liked this cute phone
I liked this phone alot. This phone pushed me back into those old simple days where life was simple yet peaceful. I have an iphone still trust me this phone gave me a feeling that even iphone didn’t give. Life is getting living smarter these days yet complicated. Someone who would love to go away from daily chaos and notifications and pop ups ...this is the one.
