Самый плохой продукт либо доставлено
Левой панели клавиши перестали работать. Я не могу использовать левую цифровых клавиш. Я пошел в центр обслуживания Nokia с моей проблемой. Они отрицали, чтобы восстановить ее и сказал, что он под замену по гарантии.. Амазон тоже ничего не делает в этом отношении. Теперь мои деньги пропали зря... чувствуют себя обманутыми компанией Amazon, а также Нокиа

Телефон симпатичный и удобный , очень нравится сборка и качество цвет, но это немного тонкий специально экрана, так как это очень склонен царапинам. Также я не доволен Амазонки, они взимали мне больше, чем ППМ указано на упаковке. Я хотел подать в суд на Amazon, но так как я подарила телефон маме так не хочется возвращать ее назад.

НИЖЕ СРЕДНЕГО ТЕЛЕФОН
Хотяб какую работу нужно было сделать на какие-то базовые вещи, такие как контакты должны были быть сделаны умный, камеры должны были некоторые качества, подключение к сети должен был быть лучше. Этот телефон, где он был 10 лет назад. Соне изменений здесь и там могли бы сделать этот телефон актуален в современном мире.

Его ужасно... качество звука плохое... телефон не правильно работать даже на месяц. Он не включался, но Факел много, как только батарея подключена, даже когда телефон выключен. Сервисный центр говорит, вернуть его продавцу, но окно возврат закрывается в 15days на Amazon.

не хорошо дублировать продукт
аккумулятор не работает после 1 месяца . я пытаюсь искать сервисный центр, но не использовать не оригинальный аккумулятор, что время только я проверил этот мобильный и совместимый аккумулятор не оригинальный, не покупайте пустая трата денег

Жалко!!
Его было всего 15 дней, что я купил этот телефон. Я не в состоянии услышать человека на другой стороне, голосовой щели и есть жужжащий звук. Не очень счастлив с продуктом. Я не рекомендую никому покупать эту модель телефона.

Плохой продукт, и я получил повреждения, необходима быстрая поддержка от Amazon. Заказал его для моего отца, такого ужасного качества и исполнения!! Амазонка полностью теряет свою надежность!!! Никогда не доверять снова.

Телефон выглядит очень хорошо. И жизнь батареи owsm но качество звука очень плохое от Nokia. После 1 месяца мой мобильный динамик саундтрек звучит как динамик сплит. Очень плохой опыт прослушивания музыки.

Мне нравится цвет комбо, кнопка тактильность, прочного телосложения. Никаких проблем любого рода с ясностью вызова, громкость звонка и фонарика. Dislije кнопку размер, маловата для пенсионеров

Пока я продолжал SIM-карты в этот телефон, есть проблема голос, когда я установил SIM-карту в большой телефон, то голос идет четкий.Голос-это тоже понятно.

Nokia is becoming primitive instead of advanced .. even basic features are not there
Lot of useful features in the earlier Nokia feature phones are NOT THERE .. making it very difficult tor the elderly who are used to the earlier Nokia features .. to adapt to these new feature phone.
For eg. to Send a Message, it takes atleast 7-8 clicks .. To Delete a Contact it takes abt 10 clicks .. Very irritating !!
The Left,Right,Top,Down arrow keys cannot be customized. So my father finds it very difficult to navigate to the features he needs the most .. It doesnt even allow creating a Group in Contacts ..eg. Family .. so I can't set different ringtone for different groups :-((
Instead of getting more advanced, Nokia seems to be becoming more primitive !! I don't think its a good value for money .. i paid 3k+ for a primitive phone :-(

So, feeling nostalgic after seeing this phone?
I definitely am. This device is beautiful but expensive in its category.
If you want a backup phone which can be used for calling and texting, you’ll get cheaper options.
BUT if you want a backup phone which.
1. Is light.
2. Can be charged and used for days.
3. Looks beautiful.
4. Has a decent mic and call quality.
Then go for it.
Getting into the ugly parts of it:
1. Supports only 2G, Neither 3G not 4G variant is available in India.
2. Expensive in its own kind.
3. Available apps on store can be counted on fingers. And all games are paid.
Section below is for nerds only:
This phone is based on Nokia S30+ OS and has limited JAVA support. So, you’ll have limited apps options to make your phone more productive.

One of the most toughest built phones with longest battery life
Product purchased on 12 June 2020. This product does not need a description. It's name is a brand in itself. One of the most toughest built phones I just love this phone. I am using this phone blue coloured since 15 July 2017 and after using it for 3 years I ordered this again since I always wanted to buy the orange one which was not available in market at that time.
Has the longest battery life I charge it once a week.

Poor User Interface & Build
1. The mobile looks cute and very light to carry
2. Older Nokia phones were known for their user friendly UI and sturdy built quality but the sad part with this NEW-3310 is that Nokia has messed up with UI.
The UI is not at all user friendly, especially for older people. The build quality is also very flimsy.
3. There is no option of remote call attend/reject function, volume adjust function if you are using it with a wired headphone.
It is really disgusting and distracting to pick the handset in hand to attend calls especially when you are driving.

Best feature phone available in market
I have got it in a deal for 2999 and its definitely worth buy. I was buying this for my parents, and have been using it for a month now using my sim card and I feel call quality is much better than Samsung smart phone that I normally use. One thing I wanted is to have 4G support with wifi hot spot option, I am sure this is not intended for that use case, but if Nokia offers one of that sort, I would buy

Not up to the mark
The product was good ..bt previously my father used to handle samsung mobile and there is a software diffrence between nokia and samsung .. and my father likes the samsung very much ...customer who buy this just have a look at it once .... comming to battery life hardly for 1 day .... we use basic mobile for battery purposes main reason bt according to me its not worth it...
the product and build quality is peaks. As we all know Nokia is baaap of all phones☺️

Biggest mistake of my life.avoid at all costs.
One among the worst phones.
1. Not worth the money.
2. Works on 2g not even 3g. World is moving to 5g and it is stuck on 2g.
3. Dated display.
4. Plasticky body which rattles like hell when call comes. Instead of the ring, it vibration which is heard. Looks cheap. Feels cheap.

Really an wonderful purchase from amazon.
The phone came in a well packed condition within two days.
Pros:
The phone is very sleek and very very handy.
The display is curved and seems really stylish and better than many other phones in the barphone category.
Outgoing and incoming calls are great and it's really a feature packed phone for both primary and secondary use.
Display is upto the mark.
Battery life is also very good. Worked for more than 14 days in a single charge.
Camera is ok for this bar phone sector.
Cons:
Keypad buttons could have been more sturdy and bigger.
The ringer volume in general mode is quite a bit low but in outdoor mode, it's ok.
The micro usb port is at the top and the headphone jack at the back, which is a bit awkward.
The phone is very light and the material is entirely plastic, but could have been made from a harder material.
Overall, the phone is really great for daily use. Pricing is a bit higher but still it worths it's features and quality. Thank u.

Difficult to read letters on the keypad.
I am using 3310 for last 1 week. The sound clarity, look and build quality of the phone is excellent. The only problem I am facing is that it has white keypad and numbers and alphabets are printed in grey color. The worst thing is that it is impossible to see the letters on the key pad once keypad light is is on as we start dialing or tying SMS if there is light in the room. In darkness it is clear once keypad light is on. So I always have to move to dark room to type SMS. I am guessing and typing as keypad is not visible in even in low sunlight.

Please separate the call attend and call cut options
Nokia Product it's also good but now the 3310 flexibility not good for Parents and elder persons. Because. 3310 have mingle key of call attend and cut options it becomes big problem for Parents. When they click the call receiver option it goes to another option so further they don't how to come back and they don't know how to come back and attend the call. It is main problem.
I kindly request to Nokia please separate the button options for call receiver and cutter this is humble request.

Basic phone with high price, wrong choice.
Very much basic phone with high price under the old fame. Battery life is just 2 days on average usage (only calls). Bought the mobile for basic use and good battery life, trusted the brand. But worthless, there are other brand basic mobiles with high battery life and less price with basic features.

Received perhaps refurbished one as a fresh item
Seems I received a refurbished/ faulty one as a fresh item. IN three months could only talk using speakers. Battery could last 7-8 hrs max. Nokia service center refused to fix said ask Amazon. Amazon said get letter from Nokia that this piece can not be fixed. I'm now writing to nokia. Do not know what will be the result. But I ended up buying another phone. Disappointed.

You may use expensive smart phones but in you day to day life one basic phone is all you need coz its really handy. After seeing the NOKIA 3310 i decided that this the one i was searching for slim, lighter, having camera and multimedia, long battery back up all under NOKIA branding...! Nice product don't think much..! Just go for it...! Ultimate Value for money..!

Fell in love with this cutie. After handling heavy and bulky smartphones, this is a pleasant experience. All things functioned well. Though yet to observe full battery life, indications are this to be great se well. Freedom from internet addiction is the best benefit of its use.

Faulty product delivered
Mobile gets hang and stop operating. Mobile doesn't get Hot though it start getting hang for several minutes and afterwards it keep start working normal. This happened several time since delivery of product. Asked seller for replacement and hoping for non faulty product.

After Sales Service
After-sales service is horrible and pathetic as the new battery for the purpose of replacement of my phone is not available with the company NOKIA including with all service centers and brand stores or any e-commerce portal throughout India. So in view of the above purchasing NOKIA phones is not a wise decision at all.
My opinion is that it's better to close NOKIA business activity in INDIA if the company is not in a position to sustain itself in the contemporary scenario so the user may not spoil their money and as well precious time.

Need an Invoice of my phone.
My phone loudspeaker has been damaged. I called Nokia CC, they asked me a clear Invoice of it, as then one which was received with the box, its ink has been faded. So its not clear. Please send it to my email account ASAP. Will be thankful to u.
