I bought this board for my girl friends son... He originally thought it would fit in his old case... It was off slightly so we ended up buying a new case with a better power supply... We basically built a new computer as we bought a new processor... I would suggest anyone doing this invest in the better heat adhesive to transfer the heat better... He is very happy with the results...

Simple board that comes with all of the MSI appeal. It has a clickBIOS-based UEFI that is easy to use, read system state, set up devices, and even overclock RAM, CPU, and GPUs. The board comes with a single PCI-E 3 x16 bus and a PCI-E 2 x8 bus for use of CrossFire compatible GPUs and even has support for SATA 3 interface drives for ultra fast access from SSDs right out of the box. For such a low price on an amazing product I recommend this board to anyone looking to build a low-end powerhouse PC.

I bought this motherboard since it was a good price with great features for the newer Ivy Bridge chip set, Z77. I used it for HTPC paired with an i3-3220 and it runs buttery smooth. The PCI-E slots are even configured so that you can run a pair of video cards in SLI or CROSSFIRE. It can most likely hold a decent overclock because of the VRM design and power phases. Great purchase, it even had a $10.00 rebate before!

Well...im sad to say I received a defective product, but i will not lose hope! I know this is a good motherboard, but mine came with bent CPU socket pins :/ making it unusable. I really want this mobo to work out and I like the reviews around the web for it. I will be updating as soon as I get my replacement. Love MSI!

If you are looking for a low cost MB with a lot of punch this is the one. Installed with Intel i5 quad core 16gb corsair ram, makes for a screaming system. Lots of room to expand with plenty of system fan connectors and usb ports. Nice all around MB.

Well i build it for my brother and every thing went in fine. Had issues getting the 660 graphics card in but i think that was more the cheap case that i bought.

I think the chipset is the most important part of a motherboard. The difference of Z77 motherboads are power supply circuit and interface. I do not want pay too much for more capacitances or inductances. This simple Z77 motherboard works well with my I5-3570K cpu.

Replaced the motherboard in my wife's computer with this. It went in and set up easily and worked fine. My wife is quite happy with the performance.
