The phone works with our ATT sim card. It came in Italian display. It took a while for me to figure out how to change it to English. It does not have software for syncing with PC. If you buy the latest version, the mobilephone tool is listed at $49.99 on Motorola website. The phone is in black, and the color start to rub off in a week. Not a quality product

Warning. This product was branded with the ATT logo. It still works with other gsm based providers, but if having the ATT logo bothers you then do not buy it.

I bought this phone and when it arrived it was a cheap refurb that had problems from the moment I put the sim card in. The Customer service is bad, basically you have to use email to get a RMA Number and then they take their sweet time sending you a RMA form that makes you list all this stupid infomation then you have to send it back to them. I have not gotten a number yet, even after sending them emails to check on the status. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR.

A replacement for my original Motorola Razr V3. I guess they don't make them like they used to. Not the same, quality-wise as my original, but it'll do. Paint chip off easily, sure wished I had opted for the silver one, not black.

We received the unlocked RAZR phone as expected. Working beautifully. My son was able to move his SIM card to the new phone without difficulty

I bought this phone around a year ago, and now it has become totally useless with the ear piece on the phone no longer functioning. In general, I found the phone to be of poor quality, with the buttons coming un-glued, and the screens getting glazed over.The battery life is great, and so is its ability to move photos and files via blue tooth. I will however, not buy another.

This phone is fantastic. It takes care of all my needs (phoning, scheduling, keeping track of people & data, etc.) while traveling around the world. It's sturdy and doesn't damage easily or initiate functions by accident. Easy to use and fun to use.
I love it, and this is the second Razr V3 that I've owned.
My only complaint is that it creates a completely different entry in the phone book for different phone numbers for the same contact. My old Razr V3t kept them all in the same line.

This was purchased for my husband who doesn't want anything that's difficult to operate. He likes it. Good clarity of sound and easy to use.

I've had this phone for almost a year and really did like it in the beginning. The sound was excellent, the button placement and size made dialing and texting fairly easy. I was very happy with it. Then it started to fall apart... the connections from the screen to the "base" started to go wonky. The screen just randomly goes black and seems to like to stay that way. If I squeeze and push the screen in just the right way I can get the picture to return, but that seems to be working less and less. Most of the time I am unable to see who is calling, what a text message says and I can't hardly use it to text to anyone. The rest of the phone is in great condition, but what good is all that when you can't even see it... :(

Purchased the RAZR V3 for my wife for Christmas. I am just sick of her being stuck in contract after contract with AT&T and wanted to break the cycle. She also needed a phone for some European trips so the unlocked tri-band phone was the perfect solution on all counts. The first one arrived in plenty of time for Christmas but when it came time to use it, the phone wouldn't even charge. No problem I sent it back to Amazon and insisted they replace and not repair the unit (you have that option despite the fact that is not explained to you in the warranty paperwork). The second unit arrived about a week later and all is well. The European charger that it came with (our phone was sourced through Hong Kong) is a bit funky, but the phone works far better than her old V550 and is able to lock onto signal in places her old phone never could. Don't hand your money to the evil phone barrons!!! Get this phone and kiss your contract goodbye!!!

Phone arrived within a week, with all the packaging one would expect, as well as several accessories, but upon turning on displays an error that is apparently unfixable by me. Will be returning it. From what I read while trying to discover what was wrong with this phone, unlocked devices are a bit of a crapshoot...you might get lucky, or you might not. I would not recommend purchasing this unless you are a bit of a gambler or fairly knowledgable about cell phones and feel you can solve most problems yourself. Phone was in perfect condition other than being completely nonfunctional, so I'm giving it one star.

I bought 2 of these. One red and one blue. The red one quit working after 4 months, and the blue one lasted 6 months. Not the same quality as the one I had back when they were popular. Don't waste your money! The return window has closed on these, so I'm stuck. I could still return and get a portion of the purchase price back if I pay postage, but they don't tell me how much the refund would be. Thought you all should know.

The SIM holder is a bit loose, so even after inserting the sim in properly, the phone will display a "Please insert SIM card" message. This doesn't happen if used with a newer SIM but it's still inconvenient b/c it's not compatible with all SIMs. Also, the charger that came with it doesn't work AT ALL. But overall, it's ok for the price i got it for

I recently ordered a pink motorola razr v3. It advertised it as a refurbished at&t phone but when i received it, it was for t-mobile!! i did notice that the photos purposely did not show the back cover so that i buyer could not see that the phone was for t-mobile and not at&t.

I thought it was the battery. Charged that. still didn't work. Then I replaced the battery with a RAZR battery I had. Still didn't work. Let's see how the return policy works out as it's 14 days from purchase and it's day 20 by the time that I actually got the phone and debugged what the problem was.

There was a little bit of confusion on my part while waiting for phone to arrive. This seller answered all of my emails very quickly and were very courteous. As far as the phone, it was in excellent condition and the price was very good. I highly recommend this company for all of your cellular phone needs.

I bought this phone for my husband. I was a little disappointed that it didn't come with a charger. I guess that is my fault for not checking to make sure it did (luckily we had one laying around from a previously deceased phone). However, charging it is difficult. My husband has to wiggle the cord and set the phone down a certain way for it to charge. ?! Other than that, it works fine.

When I rerceived this phone it worked for about 1 week then the front screen went blank and now we can't use it at all so I wasted $75.00

The battery for this phone needs charging everyday even when not in use. Phone drops call after 5 minutes.

The Motorola box label says "NEW" but it isn't. Horrible product. This phone is not new and the attempt at refurbishing is horrible. Glue is visible around some buttons and the fit is sloppy.

it's not a new phone
I have never had such a poor shopping experience, description of goods which are new, but what does refurbished. And workmanship is very rough. Junction do not fit, a prominent 1-2mm. The battery cover can not close completely. Too bad!
