I'm not going to write a long review.I recommend it to improve your game experience with racing games, because it feels much real than use the standard Xbox control. The control has to have some additional intelligence that help you play. With this wheel It's all on you, no help. It means, more realistic.The flaw, the rumble is useless, I can't feel it. No feedback when something is wrong with your tires. And I need that feedback. In that aspect, the control is better.

Bought this controller after reading the positive reviews. I've used a Logitech controller for a while and it must be mounted on a 1x6x20 to be able to control since I don't have a solid table top surface to mount it on. I like the Wireless Speed Wheel much better. It plays very nicely on Forza 4 and takes up not much more room than a standard wireless XBox 360 controller. When I'm done playing the wheel slides nicely onto a small shelf. When playing with the old Logitech you have a mess to clean up and you need a good bit of storage space to put the thing away.

I got an xbox 360 & Forza Motorsport 4 for xmas and was ready to give up on the game. I could not drive with the stock controller at all! I was constantly crashing or just being lapped.I unpacked the Speed Wheel, hooked it up, and within one hour won a Class D race! I agree with the other positive reviews here. For the low price I paid, it converted the game from a disaster to a blast!

This wheel is amazing. i use it on all my racing games and drive alot better than i did when i use the standard controller. like anything it takes a little while to get used to. but once u give it a chance and use it for a few races it actually becomes alot easier. 1 thing that it lacks is the LB and RB. ive seen some reviews saying u cant race competitively. but i play a bunch of racing games online and have no problem winning. BUY THIS

This wheel adds a lot to the racing experience. I was surprised at how much better this is than a standard controller. It is like playing an entirely new game. The Xbox controller's triggers just don't have enough throw for subtle braking and acceleration. With this wheel I am driving cars around corners with ease and it is a lot more fun. I do not have the space or money for a full wheel/pedal set up and this is a great substitute. I had doubts about buying this but I am very happy with this purchase.

This is all that matters. Somebody at Xbox forgot two very important buttons. When playing Forza 3 you have to choose now, between not shifting or not having a hand brake? What they should have done was cut it down to one red "B" button to turn it off because it sure turns me off. Sad, I like to shift and have a hand brake. I bet the designers are laughing themselves to death when they watch anyone try to use this thing.

This just doesn't work as well as the remotes. I'd save your money and purchase a different component. Mine just sits inside my coffee table collecting dust.

I have to write a review on this since this was the most amazing peripheral I've played in a long time. You want to feel like you're in a real Ferarri? Do you want to have a responsive steering wheel that is hassle free? Then get this.I played Forza 4 last night and I couldn't get enough of it. Gone are the days of the lame joystick control. I love this new wheel and best yet I can just pick it up and go. No clunky bolts to the desk or wires.It's a must buy if you're too poor like I am to buy the real cars. This gives you a taste of what it would be like.The replays are fantastic too. Seems like actual damage. I love banging up $250K cars!

This little wheel is a lot of fun with games like Forza 4. I have the Microsoft force-feedback wheel- which is great, but because of its size and needs to be mounted to a table I rarely use it (wife does not let me keep it out in our family room- it mainly collects dust in the basement).. I love racing games, but I don't enjoy them with a standard controller so this has been the perfect substitute for my big racing wheel. Using this wheel takes a little getting use to, but this works great and is very responsive and feels great... worth the 50 bucks...

Works very well, quality construction. Lots of fun to use with the Kinect and Forza 4. Takes a little getting used to and your arms may tend to get tired.

PROs:- great responsiveness.- solid build.CONs:- No plug for mic.- No bumpers or other buttons to use for manual shifting. And this is why I say really Microsoft? Come on, you're better than this. A wheel for racing without paddle shifters?????I guess there's no such thing as nerd racers.

...just get off the fence and buy this. Is it a $500+ Fanatec set-up? No. However, within 2 weeks this racing sim newbie (but experienced real life racer) made it into the top 1% Leaderboard times on my home track Road America and can hold my own at other tracks. For the price and versus the alternatives, this is 5 stars.

I'm going to keep this fairly short, because frankly i don't have much to say other than this controller is fantastic, and extremely responsive.The only criticism I have is that I lacks all of the buttons of the regular controller, which means that although it's fantastic for racing, there are some menu features which it cannot access (I'm speaking from the perspective of someone who's only played Forza 4 with it). Don't let that stop you from buying it though; it's amazing and made Forza 100x more enjoyable.

This thing is really awesome!! well worth the money. I have roughly 8 hours experience in Forza motorsport 4 using this thing and i'd like to say that it's sensitive in just the right ways. It's extremly responsive to my quick driving inputs which is extremly important. My only minor gripe is that i developed minor soreness on my inner left thumb knuckle after playing for 2 hours which is on the high side of my playing time, but i was having too much fun.

Short and sweet...I got this with Forza 3. I found it very inaccurate with a delayed response. I messed around with the sensitivity settings to no avail. It felt like I was driving drunk or something (or what I imagine that would feel like.) The regular controller worked much better. Also, it's missing some buttons that you need in Forza 3.

While, it's not flawless, the wheel is the perfect weight, and looks great. The sensitivity surprised me, its very reminiscent of driving a real car.Worth the purchase, tried it on several racing games, with all assists turned off, definitely makes the overall experience much more engrossing and thrilling.

This wheel works very, very well. It seems to respond precisely with Forza Motorsport 4. I am really impressed - had to buy another one because no one wants to use the non-wheel controller with the game.

This wheel works great with Dirt 3 and Forza 4. A definite improvement over a standard controller. The only issue is the missing right and left bumper buttons. This is a minor inconvenience.

I am a big fun of arcade racing games. This wheel is simple perfect for NFS and Forza series. It helps to relax my hands after a gym session with weights, by playing the game, so it is double-win. Build quality is top-notch too. I would like to have a bigger version, but this one worth 50$ price tag for sure.

The wheel is weighted well and feels perfect when driving. Its fatal flaw is the missing LB and RB buttons, it can't be used for career mode. I used it on the Forza 4 demo at Best Buy and immediately bought it. I didn't notice until I got home that it wouldn't work for career mode. I returned it later. Too bad...

The response time is slow using the controller is much better. Stay with the controller and do not waste your time or money. Nice idea but not for a true driver.

I am a beginning gamer and had considered giving up on NFS and Forza 3 due to my inability to control my car properly. On only my second try on my favorite course I went from an average time of 5:14 to a new personal record of 4:29. If I could give the wheel more than 5 stars I would.

I resisted getting the "serious" wired wheels, way too much of a hassle to set up and in the way when you're not racing.This works amazingly well and is quickly and easily hidden away when the room needs to go back to normal.

its a nice alternative if u dont have space for a steering rig.though its nowhere as good as a proper steering wheel setup,it still works well enough with the following titles1,f1-20112,forza-43,pgr44,dirt35,sega rally6,nfs-the run

Bought this not being to sure of a wheel you hold , but it works well with all racing programs it took a couple of hours to get used to but wouldnt trade it for the $200 dollars ones .And the size is easy to store in desk drawer. Great product for an old amatuer Racer.

The ratio of steering is descent, you do need to put alot of wheel into tight turns. It does take a few minutes to figure that out. I will update when I have more time with it.Update, I never thought I could be this good, really adds to the real look of my driving. Just love it finally a controller for driving!!

its the best i've only tried ps2 wheel and it was kind of hard i never like the ps2 wheel but this its awesome but just wish it was battery built in but its 2 AA batteries its still okay 5/5
