The Camera works great, however the builtin microphone and speaker are very disappointing. We will not be purchasing another one.

We use this every morning, with about 10 people here in the office. The pan/zoom work great. We've used the product with both GotoMeeting and Google Hangouts. The only thing I would say is a negative has been the sound quality, specifically the microphone strength. We're still looking for a better solution than the built-in mic.

My bcc950 was defective. During regular video recording the stream would lag, and the sound was delayed from real time.Returned the Item for refund.

Although I do not have access to a Logitech BCC950 Conference Cam yet I am very enthused about the product. This product makes high quality telepresence extremely affordable and agile. I'm interested in testing one with Lync, and connecting from the Logitech BCC950 Conference Cam to a Logitech Lifesize Express high def video conference system. Bringing the cost down to around $200 for a system this capable should help many folks enter into the realm of video conferencing. I work in the education sector and see great applications for this system and a pushing out of the older and more complex and low res products from other manufacturers.Right on, Logitech!

We use ooVoo a lot for web conferences at the university where I teach. This conference cam is nice because it is an all in one and you do not have to fool around with a set of speakers, a mic, a web camera etc. The speaker picks up the voices well and the camera works well too. My only suggestion is that the movement of the camera be made so it glides smoothly around the room. Also it would be great if the web cam had a wider lens. That being said I think it is a great piece of equipment and I am glad we have it for conference calls.
