This is the greatest! The install is EASY. The picture is great. Works perfectly with Skype.I did not install the internal "video phone", just Skype. It immediately connected.For $25, it is a steal!!!!Great picture and sound. Comes with microphone. Everything is included.

Logitech's TV Cam for Skype-Enabled TVs is a excellent addition for living rooms or even conference rooms, for those that have compatible Panasonic televisions. I was skeptical in the beginning, but this camera packs a punch. The only real downside is the list of compatible TVs, but it's hard to say whether that is due to Logitech or other TV manufacturers.Configuring the cam was simple and it only takes a few minutes to get going. The quality is excellent and the video is extremely smooth, although your outcome may vary with your internet connection speed. The wide angle lens gets a good view of even relatively small rooms. I was really impressed by the video quality, not to mention fairly quick autofocus (which is often a weak point in web cams) and the clear microphone. It did a good job of reducing background noise while picking up the voices of multiple people in the room.A standard usb cable is included, but you also get an extension cable. An extension cable is only a small addition, but it's nice to see that they did not leave out the details. The overall design of the unit is fairly smooth and it has a small footprint. Logitech did an excellent job of creating a quality product that delivers on just about every point. If the list of compatible devices could grow, this would be a popular product.

This is a great webcam. Picture quality is outstanding and the mic is sensitive enough for this to be used at over 5m distance. Installation was easy. Especially for the price, this is a great deal!

Bought this to skype with built in Skype app on the VieraCast menu. Bought the refurbished model a few days ago and set it up in about 2 minutes. Has a USB extension cable so entire length from camera to USB plug in is 11 feet! Very handy for such a big TV with entertainment center. In-laws said the picture quality is phenomenal as they have a KURO so the HD 720p pictures from this camera are really well appreciated.I'll update more after several more uses. Feel free to ask questions.
