- - Опаздали с доставкой на 5 дней. Специяально заказывали и ждали 30.12. Получили 4. 01. Омрачили нам праздник. Подарок под елку не положили .

Got this monitor on clearance at office depot for $130. Replaced a HP LCD of the same size that seems to be dying (it sometimes just goes black for a few seconds). I have been really impressed with this LG monitor. The colors are beautiful. Played a blu-ray of finding nemo and the colors are beautiful. The default out of the box settings on the monitor are to bright and washed out in my opinion, but a quick Google search later I was able to find some "calibrated" settings, and now the picture is stunning. Since it has LED back lighting the monitor is at full brightness as soon as you turn it on which is quite nice. I like that it does not have a glossy coating, it seems to help cut down on glare and reflection quite a bit. It's obviously not a top of the line monitor and there are other monitors that are higher resolution and have better color, but for this price it really cant be beat. Would highly recommend this monitor to anyone. I use my computer mostly for browsing the web, watching videos, and playing alot of games, and its been great for all of those thing. Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it does not have HDMI, but it does support HDCP so blu-ray playback works great. If you happen to find this monitor on sale some where it's definitely worth checking out and considering.

I bought this monitor because it supported the new HDCP standard to view blu-Ray. After installing my new internal Blu-Ray player to watch movies on my computer I got the message that my old Viewsonic 22" VX2235WM display was not HDCP (Intel's' Blu-ray anti-piracy technology) compatible. My previous monitor was relatively new, but apparently this is a new standard. So I decided to upgrade to this monitor and give my old one to my son.$180 USD later brought it home and hooked it up. Fantastic! What an improvement! Extremely bright, crisp and clear. The controls are easy to use, the image far superior and supports 1920x1080 native. At first I thought the unit was flimsy; the stand is, but since the panel is so light (and thin!) it did not need to be made of steel. I am very happy.One note: the installation CD did not autorun and did not load at all. So I went into Windows 7 device manager, located the monitor, updated the driver, and pointed the browser to the CD. It updated in seconds. Viola! It plays Blu-Ray and looks great. This monitor does not have an HDMI input. I really don't need HDMI on the monitor since I have an external sound system connected to the computer and DVI is just as good for video only, but if you want (or need) HDMI, look to the E2442-V. It's only a little more expensive. This monitor is Blu-Ray (HDCP) compatible. I am very happy with it.

I'm very pleased with this monitor. It has more variations of dark-to-light shading than any monitor I've owned and pictures look terrific. I found no dead pixels or light leaks. Set up was easy. My only complaint is that the base doesn't hold the screen as high off the desk as I would like. It's up about 4" which doesn't put the screen at eye level for me.

BOUGHT THIS MONITOR THRU WALMART ONLINE. PRODUCT ARRIVED IN 3 DAYS, AND WAS ORDERED ON A SUNDAY. NOT WORRIED ABOUT NO HDMI HOOK UP, EVEN THO MY VIDEO CARD SUPPORTS VGA, HDMI,& DVI. IM JUST USING DVI, HAVE SEPERATE SOUND SYSTEM WITH TURTLE BEACH USB SOUND CARD, AND OF COURSE A ALTEC LANCING 3 SPEAKER SET UP, BOOMING SUBWOOFER, HIGHER END ALTEC. HAVE LG BLU RAY PLUS PLAYES RED HDMI DISKS, NO LONGER MADE, BUT I HAVE ABOUT 175 TITLES. USING ARC SOFT TOTAL MEDIA PLAYER 5, PLAYS OLD FORMATE HD, BLU RAY AND UPSCALES REG DVDS. PICKED UP MONITOR FOR $149.99 FREE SHIPPING. MY OLD 22 INCH AOC IS GOOD, BUT IT ONLY HAS 10,000 TO 1, COMPAIRED TO THE LG THAT HAS 5,000,000 TO 1. NICE HD VEIWING AT A REALLY LOW PRICE.
