Poor and worst product.
Totally poor quality so don't buy this product since day one there is a problem of hang and if you install powerpoint and Microsoft word or any other app it started shivering too many problems is there. I am giving one star for proper functioning of video and its quality. It is the worst product so don't buy it if you want to save your money so go for another brand thank you.

Airtel outgoing calls not working
I purchased a new lenovo M10 FHD tab. I got a new airtel sim card for this tab. I am using it in Maharashtra, Pune.
I am unable to make calls using this tab. Everytime I make a call, I get an error message that says 'Mobile network not available'. However, using the same tab, I and sim card I am able to get incoming calls, send and receive sms and data works fine.
Please solve my problem why I am not able to make outgoing phone calls using my tab. Note that same sim card works fine when used in alternate phone, which means there is something wrong with the tab.

Damage product delivered#lenovo tab
When open box tab screen is cracked 😡 n presence of delivery boy . Today is the day I want to give gift to my son but unfortunately due to product is damaged he totally disappointed and sad. I didn't expect such damage product delivered. Product package is very attractive but screen is cracked when open box. What to do???

Very very bad item delivered in the box
The Tab I received was not at all a good one; automatically shut off frequently and because of that the kid not able to attend the online classes. Now the item lying at the service centre for an emergency operation...…..only god knows when I get back the same...……….

wish it had magnet and gyro too:
jio sim problem:
faced the same problem. i put my another vodafone 4g sim and rebooted. after reboot it showed enhanced 4gvolte option in networking>mobile network>advanced option. if on, do nothing with that option else put that option to on, then just replace vodafone sim with jio sim. it worked with me. do not reboot after replacement. hope it works with all of u too.
further i use 5or 6 third party app out of them 3 apps including
”myjio app” and ”voter helpline" app does not install. these apps shown for this tablet as not compatible.

Decent performance, screen gets dirty with fingerprints
Good machine. Slightly expensive,I bought it for 16000. It a feels like it would be better if it was priced at 11 to 12 thousand rupees. Decent performance. But gets my job done. I bought it to be a midi controller for my software,for which it's working great so far. My only problem is fingerprints on the screen. My ipad screen is always clean, but this tablet's screen gets dirty very quickly and ihave to wipe it frequently.

Data connection issue
This Tablet has mobile Sim option, but we have been facing some issue with the wifi connection. For every 10 or 15 seconds, an alert window appears asking for mobile data selection. Although we select mobile data off, still it appears. So I paid more money for this calling option. Can Lenevo helps me on this?

Good Tab for online study for student
Lenovo Tab M10 FHD REL Tablet (10.1-inch, 32GB, WiFi + LTE + Volte Calling),
This tab JIO sim is working, i used this tab with Jio sim, found easy to use, goid network civerage. And on wifi also work well..
Only 2 gb ram is dislike point, some of web site work slow. I never try this Tab with game but i can sure here simple graphics game run easy way,

Nice tablet
I think in general the prices have gone up for the tablets in the corona situation. So it is bit pricey affair. The battery life is huge and till now I have received no complaints performance wise. I just want other customers to know that the build is friendly if you use device in horizontal position. The front camera is provided in horizontal and not at vertical position. Not much of problem but again depends on user experience. Other things are fine. Nothing to complain about till now. I hope to get none in future. 😊

Waste of money.
Not a good tablet at all. After first update, mobile network lost. Regained after few days post next update. Touch screen no good. Poor navigation or menu for settings. I have been using Android phones for almost 8 years, then also struggled to find the features on this tablet. Tablet got slow after few days of use, even with very few apps. Better not waste money on this.

Product is fantastic for the price. someone who don't want to spend lot of money on a tab and want a decent tab, "this is it".
picture quality should have been brighter and more lively, i realize it while watching a movie.
sound quality of Dolby Audio isn't that great without the headphones.
I am struggling to get a screen guard & the case to keep the tab protected cant get one & the one ordered along with the product did not match the specification, which is really ridiculous....

In General good Tab, but some basic features not working.
VoLte not working as I have tried Jio, airtel, Vodafone,idea 4G latest sim cards.
Mobile apps like My Vodafone, icici bank app, FreeCharge apps noticeably unable to download. .
I have got replaced the tab. Unfortunately, problem persists. No update found available.
When contacted Lenovo customer care they refuse to recognise the produce. As such planning to return the product under the Amazon 14 days return policy and take refund.

Very bad/defective product
The product is pathetic and hangs in every app. Amazon app doesnt work only. A normal
Game also stucks. Even the UI hangs most of the time.

I had recently purchased this product from amazon
order was delivered in due scheduled date
I am using this tab for study of kid But there is functioning issue with product , It gets hanged times again although it has not much surfing or storage load

Don't buy
This product is not value for money as it is a faulty piece. There is some Software issue with this product. If you put SIM card wifi stops working and frequently this pop-up comes. I bought this product put tempered glass and bought new cover and after putting sim I got to know about the software issue. Amazon is worst they deducted my 10% for their faulty product..

Tab reset automatically at frequent interval when any app is installed.
We bought this tab for my son's online class purpose, So we installed Zoom app but after installing this app Lenavo tab is reset automatically at frequent interval. Not only Zoom app we also tested with other app same problem occurred. We also replaced and get new tab but same issue observed in the new tab. So it waste of money and waste of our time. Please do not buy this tab.

Need to replace this device with another one.
Battery life : It's decent.
Thickness: Good dimensions.
Value for Money: I have been using this product for almost a month now. There are a few problems with this device that I have observed. While watching youtube or using some other application also, it automatically stops (hangs) working and then Home screen pops up. Can I please replace this device with another one ??

Pathetic product! not worth money
We bought this product for my son's school classes. First few days, it worked fine and then suddenly during the lecture, it gets hanged and blacks out. We sought online support, wherein two individuals asked to do two different things. After software reinstalling, it started working, but for few days only. Now again the same problem!!!

It's a great product.International brand. Build quality is great and both software and hardware are top notch.All SIM work fine. Great data connectivity. Video calling,video playing is great. Full HD screen is terrific. A top class product ,way ahead of it's competition in all categories,that too at a reasonable price.A real value for money,way above it's nearest competitors
