Good product
Product is good. Battery backup is excellent. Calling available. any network u can use. Jio also supported. Satisfied with the product. The only thing I don’t like the sound quality is bot so good. Other things are good.

In terms of processor it shouldn't be that much of money.
This tablet is good in screen size, and battery🔋🔋 life is 👍👍super it lastore than 15 hours from full charge . But while I was ordering it was mention it is a calling tablet but after getting it had no calling feature and it had not completed 4 months it is now running slow. So by money Prosseser is very bad .

Lenovo failed to satisfy Expectations
Disappointed with Lenovo..
From the Day of Purchase, Tab started hanging and frequent auto restart. Complaint raised and Amazon appointed technician performed basic troubleshoot, after 3 days, issue is reoccurring. Replacement Date has passed, now i am worried how this will be settled?

Product restarts almost every 15 min.
Product is switching off almost every 15 min and similar feedback found even on Amazon by other customers. I think, Amazon should stop selling faulty products to maintain its image and value built over last couple of years. Need clear instructions on how such situation to be resolved.

Very poor quality
I dislike this product. Volte not supported.
In this tab specifications already mentioned volte support. I am going to lenovo service center . They also told me this tab not supported volte.

Hi received damage product, every time getting off in 15 minutes and while opening taking too much time and also hang many times. Even unable to reach out manufacturers. While calling getting busy busy. Really helpless.

Not good
This tab hangs without anymore apps installed other than Google meet. Frequently app gets stops. It is used only for study purpose for which it's not suitable. So I am returning the product.

Switch off automatically
This tab is getting switch off every 20 minutes from day one. Need to go to service center to sort this issue.

worst product...faced problem with display within two months...refused to repair even within the warranty period. worst customer service ever faced on amazon and lenovo...never ever will buy any electronic item from Amazon henceforth..

does not meet expectations
it has been just 30 days since i bought this, and it is already crashing a lot. every now and then, one system or the other stops responding. tab does not restart , charger gets very hot. power button does not work well.

Today my tab display is gone, with out any scratch or physical damage.

Product has no stability
It's not yet completed 2 months of purchase. Have faced stuck on logo issue. When approached authorized service center, they updated the version which deprecated the call and message receiving or sending options.
