Everything looks good but the camera is ordinary 2mp. Normal for the zoom calls or meetings but not as HD as business laptops

Just great value for money..... Go for it... U will not get ryzen 4th gen in this price point alongside gtx 1650ti........and yess ryzen 4th gen arr much morr better than intrl i5 gens.....

Excellent laptop in Budget
Powerful,smooth,super fast,Nvdia graphic is good enough for Gaming. I will recommend this laptop for 60k budget.
Only disappointment was, laptop is bit bulky.

Brand new laptop to a dud within 2 hours of being delivered
I had received this laptop today. Price wise, its higher than the showroom price by 2k. When purchasing through showroom, you get a bag along with it. But, amazon gave a good deal for an exchange, hence I opted this route.
Have to say I'm disappointed with my purchase. Within 2 hours of being delivered, the laptop just turned off suddenly in middle of windows update and would not turn on. No matter what troubleshooting steps I took, it just would not turn on. Had to call Amazon, and was told they would send a technician within 2 days. Based on his report, they can then decide to replace it. Meanwhile, I'm stuck without a laptop to work with. Brand new laptop - whom to blame lenovo, Appario or Amazon. Either way, I'm disappointed and not impressed.
