Terrible after a great start
Connection problems on the left ear bud after roughly five and a half hours intermittent usage. This has left me wondering why something with great sound, great bass and an overall sound quality of 8.5/10 is let down by shoddy quality in the end product

Not what I was expecting
For starters these are not dual headphones, you have to use both at the same time or they won't work at all. Secondly you have to download the jbl app to use them but it just keeps saying "we cannot find your headphones" even though it is definitely connected to my Samsung s21 plus. I would recommend buying a different brand of headphones. Jbl have definitely gone downhill

Nightmare to use - DO NOT BUY
I've had these for a while now and I have no end of problems with them.
For Example, if you let the feature auto off on you'll save your battery but if you are on a zoom call the mic will turn itself off every 5 min. If you turn the auto off feature off you'll be able to stay connected during calls but your battery won't last more than 10 / 20 mins.
Every time I connect them to another device I have to set the pairing mode back on to pair them again to my phone.
Very low quality item. Do not buy

Huge lag
There is huge lag, almost like half a second. It makes these headphones useless for any use beside simple listening bad music or just podcast, audiobooks

Not good for running
Not good for running. Falling out of ears. After a little sweat touchpad option not working well.Very dissapointed. Sound quality very good but thats JBL so i was never dissapointed with sound of ther products

Don’t buy
Really awful product which will just waste your time to refund it. People on the other side of the phone couldn’t understand me . If you buy cheaper version you will be happier… I don’t know how people rated to high this product…

Horribly designed
I don't know how anyone is suppose to use these for any more than 30 seconds. They're already bulky, but the weird rubber handle and incessant activation of Google assistant make them completely worthless. Do not buy!

Don’t buy unless your ears are bigger enough like an elephant, they are so Annoying and they don’t fit properly, and once you try them they are non refundable

Randomly calls people, low battery, fall out all the time & the touch sensor rarely works. There’s a reason this item is now half price.

Really bad fit
It doesn't fit well it geves alot of pain after less than 20 minutes of use, I can't imagine them being used for running

Waste of money!!
Left earbud doesn't work. Tried pushing button on case twice with both headphones in and it doesn't work. Waste of money!

Really good sound...Not a great fit !
Pros
- excellent sound quality specially adaptable with the app.
- call quality is good and so is the talk through function.
- specially love the control set up as i can fully control everything without picking up my phone.
- Works great with google voice assistant.
Cons
- biggest and only flaw which resulted in me returning the headphones is the fact that its not made for slightly small ears as i just could not get the wings to fit on the top side of my ears. They kept sticking out and hence they were not secure enough for me to work out in. (I did try all sorts of combinations of sizes of buds and wings)
I truely wish that the fit worked better on me as the sound is genuinely excellent ! I think it should be fine if you have deeper / larger ears!

They're great but one issue.
They sound great! But you can't use one at a time as they keep disconnecting, and the app is hard to set up. but when they work, they sound and feel amazing! they have different sizes so they fit even really small ears (like mine) and different sets of these rubber comfort things (to hold them in, i assume, but i use the smallest of that too). i like them, and I think with learning how to use them more they'll work perfect.

What an upgrade
Love JBL for their sound an affordability, went to the 120 JBL earbuds to the 300 cause I keep losing them and can say I'm very happy with the 300, especially if you lose them you can use the app to make them to make a ringing noice, annoying but better to find them. Very good purchase, highly recommended
