I ordered these ear buds 1 year ago and this what I have to say.

These ear buds work like any other and the sound quality is top tier. The setup is very simple and they charge reasonably quickly and last very long.

If your travelling then these earbuds are perfect for you. They aren’t uncomfortable by any means and if you’re using the JBL APP then they’re even better. The user customisation on these things are one of the best I’ve seen. You can: Mute the audio whenever you want just with a tap on the side, you can add a swipe action on the ear bud so you can listen through the audio and out of the ear buds for when you need to listen to something without taking the ear buds out, you can change the music with tapping, you can contact Siri by tap and holding. And all of these actions are all customisable. You can change/add whatever whenever you want just with the JBL app.

The only issue I have with these (and I don’t know if it’s because my ears are big or what) is that they tend to constantly fall out of my ears if I’m working out or doing anything that causes my head to move in sudden ways. They sit quite loosely in my ears but I don’t think this will be an issue for many. They also come with extra rubber ear buds they attach to them.

I suggest buying these if your looking for any earbuds for around the same price range. In my opinion they are a lot better and worth the money more than apples ear buds.

So overall I give these a personal rating of 7.7/10 ONLY BECAUSE of them being loose in my ears whilst working out.

Took a while to get used to them normally wear over ear headphones but it's getting too warm for that, after a bit of resizing the supplied tips and other bits to make them fit me perfectly.

Very good product.. it has nice bass & good sound... You can't question JBL on sound or music... They are one of the best in the market... Great features like Alexa, google assistant... Nice touch controls & good battery backup... But the design is bad... I liked the product very much but for people with small ears like me it pains when we use it for longer then 15-20 minutes

I have read many not so great reviews about these JBL earbuds, but I cannot find any fault with them.
Being always loyal to Sony decided to choose JBL mainly for running using apple watch.
The pairing is fast and secure with no issues with signal while running.
Although the earbuds are slightly sticking out, they stayed securely in ears for all my 6 km runs under moderate sweating without slightest chance of loosening or falling out.
I found touch button operation very good considering that I was using sweaty fingers.
External sound blockage was very good too, similar to Sony earbuds.
Cannot comment on sound quality because used only with apple watch, but for running sound clarity, punchy bass and volume was perfect.
I am really happy with the premium look and the solid feel of these earbuds which I considered the least upon purchasing.

I'd personally use this for when at home, playing games or working. Moving around, it feels slightly heavy and has that feeling like its going to fall out. Lastly, I don't like how they don't shutoff straight away when put back into case, they remain on but not connected for around 30mins {using the app}. Ive had times where havent shut off and the battery has drained.

I came from different pair of true wireless earbuds and these are pretty good for the price, sound is good, battery decent and most important for me the fitment is great they stay in the ears which is the issue I had before with other earbuds.
only negative thing I could say is the case isn't great, for the battery life its quite large and there is absolutely no way of telling how much battery is left in the case other then when its flashing red which is quite annoying for me, but otherwise great earbuds

I got these at 50% off and for that price these are pretty good. But I would not recommend these at full retail price

Very easy to use

The sound is absolutely amazing, the bass is definitely there, and yes those are much much better than galaxy buds. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because comfort matters too, and the included rubber adapters are so uncomfortable. The shape of them is just weird and gets uncomfortable after a short time. There is a simple plain rubber adapter, and that one is just perfect for me.... I highly recommend buying those earbuds. You won't be disappointed with the sound or the quality.

My galaxy buds broke I'm a month so let's see how long those JBL's last :)

They're a bit big for the ears. They started out ok but now they cut out when the battery is low and make a noise that about bursts my eardrums. The touch controls are annoying as you can't disable them and each time you adjust them to move them you end up switching them off. Annoying sound plays when the battery is out.

I bought this earphone on 1 of October and it worked well only for 8 months after that the left side stopped to work. I tried everything I could to reset it but did won't. I contacted the amazon support and JBL to have it solved or replaced and they cleared didn't help me at all. Now the product is out of warranty with a defect. Okay, I can handle that I will buy another earphone but I want to warning anyone who is planning to buy this product.

Very disappointed with these buds from jbl, I have a few speakers from them and they are great but these buds are terrible, they don't sit properly in your ears so the sounds is not great because of this, the microphone is terrible, I never been able to make a proper call with them and now one of the buds it stopped working completely, DO NOT BUY

Заряда аккумулятора хватает на 10-11 часов, что мне достаточно для использования исключительно во время тренировок.

Я также тестировал Ears других производителей в этом ценовом диапазоне, и, на мой взгляд, они были лучшими в этом классе.

Время от времени возникали проблемы со связью между двумя наушниками, поэтому мне приходилось упаковывать их обратно в чехол и вынимать обратно.
Итог: могу порекомендовать их, если они урезаны, в противном случае - нет.

I'm quite disappointed, firstly left handset not working independently, gestures not working all the time and the app don't find them.
