- + Качественные компоненты, не греется, великолепный звук (без каких либо посторонних шумов), шина 1333 и поддержка памяти ddr3-1333, ощущение после сборки своими руками, вообще остается на высоте. Очень грамотно расположены разъёмы SATA и особенно IDE, который находится с правого бока, а не внизу, как у некоторых... Шлейф дотягивается куда угодно и в то же время не мешает видеокарте и остальным компонентам. Отличная поддержка со стороны производителя, есть все драйверы устройств и любая документация. Биос последней версии 088,память Тесла 2 модуля по 4 гига по 16чипов на планку, увидела сразу. И проц квад 9500 тоже сразу определился.

- + Для своего времени шикарная мамка, есть всё. Купил себе пару таких материнок. Обновил биос по инструкции, и работали они несколько лет в монтажке и фотошопах без проблем. Оставили о себе только положительные эмоции.
- - Маловато объема поддерживаемой памяти для такой материнки, но для своего времени возможно нормально. Большой радиатор у Интелов на северном мосту неспроста, греется не хило. Заколхозил на него кулерочек на 40-60...

I was running the Intel Q6700 processor installed in one of the older Intel Motherboards running at 800 MHz. I purchased the DP43BF from Amazon in order to use faster DDR3 memory and run my Q6700 at FSB 1066 MHz. After reading all I could find about the DP43BF I noted the fact this board has a reputation for not posting with incompatible memory modules. For this motherboard specifically, Intel only provides a memory specification based on chip density and number of chips. Intel does not provide specific memory "Make" and "Model" recommendations for this motherboard. After researching the various manufacturers' recommendations, I purchased modules advertised as fully compatible with the DP43BF. Immediately after assembly the disappointing "three beep sound" quickly told me the supposedly compatible modules had problems.After spending hours reading the Intel forum website I learned that particular manufacturer did have a reputation for stating the memory is compatible when in fact it is not.My purpose for writing this lengthy review is to hopefully save other folks the trouble by recommending the perfect memory modules for the DP43BF motherboard.1/2012 EDIT>> Several DP43BF buyers have reported Corsair "1600" memory is not working in the DP43F motherboards. <

Looks like a nice mother board if you could get it to boot i got the memorey the board says it was compatable but wont work with ddr3 1333mhz you have to update the bios but kind of hard to do when you cant boot your computer when it sits and gets the dreaded 3 beeps this board should come with updated bios settings to solve this issue very poor information on this board from seller not helpful at all feel like wasted hard earned money on junk.

Got this board to extend the life of my C2Q 9550 and run it as a server. The 5 SATA ports will come in handy with storage (won't need CD/DVD after install WHS '11). First thing I did was flash the BIOS. Board came with 0079, went to 0085, then 0088. Very easy to flash with USB drive, the F7 command will locate the correct file(s) even when inside a folder. I am running 16GB of DDR3/1333 (4x 4GB) which surprised me since all the reviews I saw stated max of 8GB (4x 2GB). Using Corsair RAM (2x CMX8GX3M2A1333C9 kit) so maybe it's very picky to allow this config. Overall I am very pleased and look forward to using this board for many years.

Got this board after my Asus P5Q Pro motherboard received a lightning strike hit through my coax connection (the only one that wasn't protected). Installed 2x2 Gig Patriot ram PSD32G13332 and I'm back in business with no issues. I didn't even have to reinstall or repair my XP sp. 3 operating system. I then updated the BIOS through Intel's website (so easy) and that's it. I had to get male/female standoffs 5/32 long because the jacks/ports didn't quite line up in the back when I screwed down the board but that was my only issue.

I had to rebuild my girl friend's computer.She didnt wana spend lot of money so i had to find 775 socket mobo and found this one.obviously, This mobo has Problem with some Memory sticks.well.. I figured out with my comp's memorys(Kingston ddr3 1333 16chips /I bought this from another website 3 yrs ago =p).then I could update bios(really easy!!!) and fits her new memory sticks(Crucial).I dont know which brand M-stick is working or not.. I just think I had nice luck.....oh, wen I tried to fit New "PNY 4Gb ddr3 1333 pc-10666 (x1)", that m stick didnt work.(I found the info on intel.com, this mobo doesnt support 4gb stick. so means 2gb max by each slot.. =p)BTW..."OEM XS INC." uses 'Fedex'..... u should know b4 click to buy =[

hi all don here i got this motherboard cuz my old one died and i did not want to waste my intell 8500 daul core cpu and this mb had all i needed and more it just runs great stable nothing fancy i got it on os 7 and it rocks and i dont lose my cpu it runs like it says it is werth it too me its pertty fast in its class and booted right up take care all

Board is a good board but its worthless until you get the updated bios and you have to update the bios in order, Meaning you have to update every update in order, you need the latest update to run any 1333mhz ram and you cant just update to the latest update without getting the older ones. The worst thing is that you have to have old slow ram to get the board to boot up before you can even flash the board with the new bios to use the 1333mhz ram. Pain in the you no what.

I had a lot of intel MB, this one is another grat intel creation.. about the memory compatibility, in my own experience, this MB cant read memory of 2GB in 8 chip (chip placed on one side only), you most be carefully when you will choose the correct memory, in this case, seach for a memory of 2GB in 16 chip (chip placed on both side)...(I used a generic friend's memory XD).... to start the PC and install all Intel BIOS upgrade...(085 or 086 first, and then 088) this 088 BIOS CAN READ memory of 2GB in 8 chip... Finally this MB accept 8GB total, 2GB by Slot. I hope to help with this little review...PD.. Sorry for my English :)

I decided to built a desktop from ground up on a budget. The mobo was a Intel DP43BF. Its a classic version. The mobo is running at optimal speed and very please with it. I must warn the faint in heart and the less experience computer builder to avoid the mobo. The memory is very particular and require a specific density memory. You can OC it after you get into the BIOS.

This is one of the best Mobo's that I have ever used. It was easy to put into my new case and still had room for more. I like that it uses DDR3 memory so when I decide to upgrade again all I'll have to have is a mobo and processor to complete my next build. I would reccomend this mobo to anyone. On this current build I used a Intel DP43BF Mobo, an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 at 2.6 ghz, a Evga 450 GTS, AND 4 memory sticks rated at 8 gigs, I also used a new case the NZXT Hades, and a Corsair H60 cooling system. My PC is now so quiet that the only way that I know its on is by the Red LED lights on the front fan. I really like the temp. sensors that came with case, so i can what the temps. are in my case. They went down by at least 20 to 25 degrees, love it.

This is one of the only nonmicro atx socket 775 mobos i found.Cons are: no pcie 2 slot and max ram is 4 2gb sticksRunning now with core 2 quad 8g ram gtx 250 in a pcie 1 slot and 700w power supply

My old Asus MoBo went out, and the computer repair shop down the street suggest this board as a replacement. It has met all my expectations, and is far more flexable than my old Asus. Plus it has 8 gigs of 1333mhz DD3 Memory working in 2 channel configuration. The built in Audio works very well and is a 7.1 plus 2 channels. It has Raid option to speed things up with two identical Hard drives. The only down side is it only has one PCI Express X16 card slot, so you are limited to a single card, in todays world there are many good cards that can fill that bill very well.I am using this computer as a game machine and though this mother board was built for professional applications it can handle the gaming very well. It has Intel bios which is flexiable enough to overclock the cpu and frontside bus, though I have not tried this as the Intel Q9650 and the Nvidia GTX 460 are running very well at default settings. I have used EVGA precision on the GPU and it OC very nicely on this MoBo. The Power supply is a Corsair 550 watt unit and the operating system is Windows 7 64 byte. It comes with a disk with drivers and Nortons antivirus package.However you want to use this fine mother board I think it will do a good job, it comes with a three year warrenty. If you have a strong Intel 2 Core Quad and want to continue with that CPU this is a good choice at a fair price. This mother board still retails very high ($800) at some cyber stores! So it is a real bargain at Amazon.In 20+ years of computing I have found that Intel equipment usually is the best quality stuff out there and lasts as long you bear to use it, even when it becomes obsolete it is still useable. The Intel.com site supports this product with latest drivers and updates.

motherboard works great, lots of slots. Very robust BIOS. Please do yourself a favor and make sure that you've purchased the right RAM before buying otherwise you will spend 1 week troubleshooting RAM issues like I did.
