Fans work, but not the LED's
The controller literally started smoking and the LED's flickering on two fans the moment I powered the system on. None of the physical buttons worked and the fans were all static random colors until it started to fail. the only reason this isn't a 1 star rating is because the fans themselves work well and are pretty quiet. If I really cared enough about the RGB aspect I would return this AIO.
Side note, the trio fan pack with the RF controller did the same thing. They were both plugged into a SATA rail that is currently powering two SSD's so I don't think that it's the power supply or port it's plugged into.

Very Good performance and very easy to install
I was looking for a 360mm AIO to replace my old 240mm H105 and I found this cooler. I did not expected much since ID COOLING is a relatively unknown company here in comparison to other companies like Corsair, CoolerMaster or NZXT. Anyways, I took the risk and bought it. It looks amazing, performs really well, runs very silent and it was super easy to install. I see some users had problems with the RGB controller, I did not use it since my case (Phanteks Eclipse p500a) has a controller and my motherboard ASUS x570 TUF has Aura Sync, which the ZOOMFLOW also supports. My only "complain" is that some of the parts feel "cheap" (fans and backplate). But it is expected from a cheap 360mm AIO. In terms of performance, my 3700x (1.3v) runs very cool, (28C-35C idle-light usage, in a 21C ambient temp room). Running games I have never see the CPU go beyond 50C. The only thing I cannot speak of is durability since I have been using it only for a week.

RGB and cooling
The rgb looks really nice on it. I thought initially it wouldn’t pop out as much but it actually looks really nice.

Fantastic product!
This cpu cooler works great and looks great! Before i installed it my pc was running games like battlefront 2 on max settings and the temp would be a steady 90c after installing this it sits right at 60 with it once in a while briefly going up to 61 or 62 but then the fans pick up slightly and its right back down to 60c. Installing was super easy and straightfoward the only issues i encountered were do to my case and other cables being in the way no problems from the cooler itself.

Very good value
This is a fantastic product for the price, only complaints are that the fans are not the exact same shade as the rest of the unit and it does not come with enough screws for a push/pull configuration, however those are very nit picky. With a push/pull config my Ryzen 7 3700X runs precision boosted while staying at around 40 degrees at idle. If I get around to testing I will update this review to give temps under load, but all around a great cooler for the low price.
Update: after running an AIDA64 stress test at 100%, the Ryzen 7 3700X ran at 4.05 GHz precision boosted, topping out at 71 degrees Celsius. This is also without touching any fan or pump curves in bios. Also allowed for a push to a score of 4442 in Cinabench R20.

Great AIO. Mount correctly
Somewhat easy to install. If you've installed a AIO then you know what to expect. Put this in the White Lian-Li Dynamic 011 not XL since don't want anything with a case XL size and it matches better than I expected. On stock cooler my Ryzen 5 3600 was hitting 52 at idle. This AIO is keeping it at 36 idle.
Can't believe all the wrong way people install AIO's. I installed this vertical and if mounting vertical. Then the tubes should be at the bottom and if not. Your probably getting water noise and definitely shortening the life of the cooler. Not too mention could over time cause a leak. When the air at the top of the radiator gets pushed by water being caught up to the pump. What do you think happens with the pressure?

360X Snow CPU Water Cooler keeps my Ryzen 5600x very cool! <40 degrees Celsius at full load
Installation was pretty straight forward and easy. My mobo only has one ARGB header and i'm already running a bunch of ARGB fans, so I had to use the optional ARGB controller for the CPU ARGB controls.
I am very impressed with how well this 360mm AIO cools my Ryzen 5600x. I used to get constant temps of 50-65+ C on the stock AMD wraith cooler, but now I never go above 40 C even after long sustained CPU use.
The fans are practically silent as well which is nice, can barely even hear them running.
My only complaint is the stupid black "ID Cooling Sticker", I woke up one morning after leaving my computer running and the sticker had fallen off the side of radiator and got stuck in between one of my case fans. Luckily didn't cause any damage but this could potentially lead to major issues if this had gotten stuck in an expensive GPU and was left running.
I would recommend just removing the sticker before installing it in your system. Once that adhesive heats up it will peel right off and the sticker could potentially do some costly damage to your system.

Unable to change colors
This says the color changes and comes with a connector to make this happen. I installed one on my computer and one on my brothers. Mine stays red and his stays white. Neither of our controllers work. I even tried connecting mine to my MSI Gaming MB and it can't change the colors either.
The processor cover light moves very slowly. It comes on for a second and then doesn't come back on for 10 seconds. Even though I have it set to pulse.

ATTENTION: READ BEFORE YOU BUY!!!
Do not buy expecting to get the same model as the ones in the product images and customer reviews! What you’ll be getting is the “EVO” version and this doesn’t appear to be a mistake as I ordered a replacement 3 times so far and still got the same thing. Notice the evo label on the box and the radiator having a different design (no black bar id cooling logo and rounded edges) which is very disappointing as I actually liked the aesthetics of the older model. I’ve emailed them about this a couple days ago but haven’t gotten a reply yet. Aio works great and rgb is beautiful but knocked off 2 stars for false representation of what they’re actually selling.
Edit: ok so they actually emailed me back and apparently they did make some upgrades that’s why the box and radiator looks different. Still disappointed that the newer radiator looks more like a downgrade than an upgrade.

Its a no from me dawg
Cheap hot garbage is about all 8 have to say about this AIO. The rgb controller burned up instantly, 1st power up. Lights stopped working.
Pump started making grinding noise a few days later after I emailed company. Have YET to hear back anything.
Save your time and money with this aggravation, now you know why it's $80. I liked the hose length. Sent back to AMZ, buy something else.

Cools great, easy to install, I have it on a 10700k
Holds up well to pricier 240 AIO's with a 'brand' name. Keeps the 10700k 55-60 under load at stock, didn't see it go above 75 while I had it OC'd. My case does have a mesh front panel so it gets plenty of airflow, pump is quiet, fans are fine - might be worth another few degrees if replace them down the road but I have no issues with the ones they provided. Will update my review down the road if any issues occur - So far very happy!

Constant air bubble noise
I am confused how a product with so many great reviews could be so terrible for me. I have a constant sound of water flowing because there is obviously too much air inside.
At first I thought it would sort itself out after a few hours, but as time goes on, I find that it isn’t getting better. It still keeps temps super low, but the noise is ridiculous.

Great cooler, easy installation, beautiful colors!
As expected from a 360mm AIO, this does an excellent job keeping my CPU cool under load. I have a 3700X with an all-core overclock and it stays under 65C under full load. The RGB control works perfectly whether using the in-line controller or software, and the white color looks stunning inside my white P400A case. Absolutely love it!

Currently rocking a Ryzen 5 5600X, so temps can get pretty damn high, but with this AIO my temps never get past 70C. The RGB isn't the brightest, but it sure does look good.

Weird noise but great other wise
My ONLY complaint is it makes a really weird noise that had me really worried at first that maybe liquid was flowing out. After watching it for a bit I figured out it is the sound of air in side and it does it occasionally but over all super happy with it if I can ignore the noise when it happens.

Great aio for the price.
So far so good. Being a decent performing, affordable white aio, is unheard of! This fit the build really well, looks great, and keeps the cpu at 34°C with moderate use. The fans are a tad bit loud, but it's not that bad at all. Do you really need to spend another $100 on a big name brand cooler for 1-2°C difference? I wouldn't. The only con I could think of is that the hoses are quite long. They should be shortened.

Decent for the price.
The cooler is pretty good for it's price. As far as all white coolers go this is probably your cheapest option. However these coolers are pretty loud when it comes to the water pump. I have returned one due to the sound and figured it wasn't filled up all the way. I got the second one in the next day and it does perform quieter. However, it randomly has this like "running faucet" sound. Then it will be dead silent minutes later. I am going to try some different AIO orientations and maybe that will help.

No problem cooling 5950x
This thing is awesome. I wanted to take a shot at an AIO that was white but reasonably priced. Although I didn't use the thermal compound it came with, this thing has no trouble keeping my 5950x nice and cool. I haven't seen it even hit 60°C under heavy load, even when sharing the same case as the absolute heater EVGA 3090 FTW ultra. Granted, overall case airflow has a big impact on the overall temps. Super happy with the product!

Looks great doesn't work
Good for lower end cpus that don't run too hot, but not for Ryzen 9 3900x. Was sitting at 55-60 Degrees C at idle. Was easy to install though. Other thing is although it's not a big deal, the RGB's in the pump housing are super dull and can get stuck on one color. Overall I wouldn't recommend it, do some research, Shout out to Gamers Nexus for the amazing comparison of AIO's. All in all looks great, doesn't work

Excellent product!
Fantastic product. I have had all the major brands before but I wanted to go with a white look on my newest build. During these times the options for coolers, and a lot of other parts are slim, but this was available. I decided to give it a go and if I didnt like it Id return it. It works beautifully. Temps are excellent and the look of it is excellent. Install could me made a little easier, hint take a page from Corsairs book for this, but all in all its pretty painless. Would definitely recommend.

Pump died after 7 months
It was easy to install, ran really quiet and worked great for 7 months them the pump died and my cpu started overheating causing the pc to shut down without warning.

Good Company communication
Lost a part, totally my fault. Reached out to the company during a published time off. They not only responded, but offered to sell the necessary hardware I lost for a very reasonable amount. Cooler handled a 7700K with a conservative OC with no problem, and the 3700X after it is also very well managed. Very much appreciated, thank you!
