:(: True Over-Ear Headphones With Exceptional Directional Audio.
First off, I have been using Sony’s MDR XB950BT for the last 4 years. My ears are big and there are only a handful of headphones which are big enough to engulf my ears completely(i.e. Truly “Over-Ear”). This is one of those headphones. Each of the earcups measure ~7cm in height and ~5cm in width. I am using it for the past two weeks. Here is :):’s review.
1) The earcups measure ~7cm by ~5cm. These are big enough to completely seal my ears from the outside world
without having my earlobes folded or anything as such. I can wear them for 3-4 hrs at a stretch without feeling any
discomfort. The cushions could have been thicker but these ones get the job too.
2) The padding on the headband is soft and broad. These headphones are lightweight and the broad headband make
them even more comfortable.
3) The microphone is not fixed and can be moved up and down and be bent as needed. When it is folded up, a click is
heard and the microphone is switched off automatically. When you pull it down, another click is heard and the
microphone is activated again. Small but really handy and intuitive feature.
4) Not the best quality microphone, but it is good enough for online voice chats when playing. If the fan is turned on in
my room, a constant buzzing can be heard. Discord and Teamspeak does a good job in removing the buzz though.
5) Analogue volume slider similar to the brightness slider on your phone. Feels cheap with no resistance at all. But it is
a really intuitive feature that should be present in all headphones.
6) Sound quality is crisp. I have played Rainbow Six Siege with these headphones. Since the game relies heavily on
directional audio, I can say that you can clearly point out the exact direction and even distance from which the
sound is coming. Caviera and Nokk doesn’t scare me anymore! Music reproduction is good in these but Sony’s
headphones does a way better job in music reproduction (It is my personal opinion.
7) It comes with a non detachable single 3.5mm cable for use in phones/consoles and a splitter for use in Desktop PCs.
The cables are really long.
8) It is not portable at all. Laying it flat on the desk, it measures ~25cm from left to right and ~20cm from top to
bottom. These are meant to sit on your desk and not be carried around. These headphones DO NOT fold at all.
Overall, Switching from wireless to wired was a breeze thanks to the intuitive features which are really easy to get used to. Except for the non detachable cable hanging from the left earcup, it is really good for gaming and voice chats. I will always prefer this when playing, over my ₹12,000 Sony Headphones.

Just Awesome
Bought on 20 sept. 2018, been using it daily for 4-5 hours daily. It took me 1 week to decide on good headphones
and i so happy i chose these.
Points:
- Sleek and Sexy looking, No ugly LEDs for distraction.
- Cable is long enough with a splitter at the end that splits Mic and Headphone jack so
you can plug it into any device. Will work with your PS4 controllers as well as your phone.
- Sound is Awesome. I play PUBG with this and the surround sound feels surreal.
- Mic is really good and captures well. May not be so good for live stream or regular recording.
- Mic can be turned off by retracting into the body. Mic is on a fiber body and can be adjust to come close to mouth.
- Has a sliding volume control on the right side underneath easily reachable.
- The heads can be turned to adjust to your head. Metallic durable extenders.
- SUPER comfortable. This is a big plus since all previous headphones i bought hurt my ears after an hour.
i wear these for 4-5 hours and i dont even remember i have them on.
- Noise cancelling is very good. Covers ears completely.
- Very lightweight so you wont feel a headache after long session.
- Memory foam on the under-head so it adjusts to your head-size as you continue to use.
- Leather on the cups feel premium.

Generic Gaming Marketed Headphones.
First of all let me start by saying that Steelseries has their gaming audio down more than any other gaming peripheral company.
Pros:
1. For the price they are really good.
2. They are comfortable for long sessions
3. Audio cues are good (locating whether enemy is on the right or left)
4. Good foldable design with splitter provided.
CONS:
1. Audio is not as loud as I want it to be. Even max volume is too low
2. My 4 year old steelseries Siberia V1 gives better gaming audio .
3. Sound leaks outside the headphones.
4. Cable is thin and looks like it won't last a long time .
5. Mic often gives disturbance to teammates in game chat
6. Geek point: vertical audio is not good at all.
Notes: These hyperX stingers that I bought was because my favourite streamer (shroud) uses a pair from the same brand although more expensive. I use these daily and they are good for casual gaming. But if there is a Siberia on sale I suggest you get that and thank me later

You might be called hacker...
Best gaming headphone in the market... Bass is nice(not mind blowing),but gives a natural feel to the music... In csgo i can locate every footstep in my area... i do lots of prefiring and yes i get frags... They weigh almost nothing... M totally satisfied with my purchase... :)

Wont Suggest to buy
This product is not at all good.
I had ordered this on October 4th , used it for playing PUBG, on 5th of October it stopped working. I placed a replacement.
I got a new one on 7th or 8th. I used it for same, now this headphones also stopped working after 30 days. So now i had to go to the service centre to replace the older one as well, but my issue is still the same after 2 months .

Decent headphones at this price point for gaming and watching movies
Been using these headphones for a month now and the sound quality especially for gaming in excellent. The headphones sit neatly over the ear and mostly drown out outside noises. Output is crystal clear for gaming. For movies, output is pretty decent but for headphones, I felt the headphone couldn't handle the highs and mids as well as proper headphones. Very decent gaming headphones and for watching movies but if you are an audiophile, though he sound quality for music is decent, it isn't superlative.

got the headphones for 3k...i must these are the best gaming headphones in the range..
far better than the logitech g231 that is in the same price range of this one ....
the only con i would say is these cant be used for longa gaming sessions and these doesnt have the best cushions for long run
other than that used these for straight 2-3 hrs and worked like a gem

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY
Great headphones for budget gaming . Easily able the spot enemies. Not such a good choice for just music . It’s durability is very high , so don’t worry if u are a rage gamer. Sound Quality is above average. And Noise Cancellation is not relatively that great , in fact I wouldn’t of had a a much big of a difference with or without the noise cancellation .

Good buy for Rs 4.5k
I got the headphones today. Very comfortable over the ear headphones. The memory foam is very comfortable. And the sound quality is also good. But I think that the volume of the headphones is less compared to others below the budget as well. But that doesn't cause much of a problem. The headphones provide good base and rich tones to the sound quality. The headphones are light, but made of plastic, which acts like a double edged sword. It might break if it falls...
Now let's talk about the noise cancellation. To be honest, I couldn't find any button or switch or slider on the headphone which could activate the feature. So I have no clue about that

So, after 2 months of using it here's my experience.
It's a great headphone and EASILY the best headphone you can buy in this price range. I've used multiple headphones in the 10-25K range, from Turtle beach px5's to Skullcandy ones, and I can say that Cloud Stinger is very close to them, almost the same but the noise cancellation is non existent but the bass and quality of audio is identical. And durability is far higher than any headphones I've used, with adjustable steel sliders to the durable headphone jack cable that won't break even after accidentally crushing it into my computer table 8 times by now.
I'd definelty go for this headphone even if my budget was 6K.

Absolutely Fantastic!
First of all i would like to say this is my first hyperx product and my expectations are not disappointed. When i got the headphones immediately i played AC Odessey for 5 hours and i didn’t even feel the headphones on my head. Such a nice comfort and pure audio quality from cloud stinger. I would recommend beginners to blindly go for it if you wish to play more than few hours without any discomfort.
1. The cable length is okie but with the extended cable provided, length will not be you concern anymore.
2. Worth paying for the headphones and it will be your good investment.
3. I hope the durability also never be disappointed.
Overall it is cool! Thanks to Hyperx and Amazon.

A good entry level gaming headset with average sound quality but super comfort and good mic quality
This review is based on a ₹3000 purchase.! So the comparisons drawn for different features of this product are made within this price range.
Coming to the product, what i like the most about these headphones is the noise cancellation (NC).! I did not expect it to be this good.! The earcups are huge and very comfortable. One other thing that you would notice is even after it’s bulky size, these headphones are really light and sturdy. The microphone stick is made of rubbery material so that you can shift and adjust it in any direction you want.! Now coming to the sound quality, this is probably the only reason for me to not really recommend this if you plan on spending ₹5000 on this (current price). Comfort wise this is a superb product, but when it comes to sound it lacks that extra finess. Now dont get me wrong here. It is not all that bad. It can get pretty lond in there. Some might not even feel the difference. But the ultimate utility that you want out of it is crisp sound experience while playing which i feel it somehow lacks in.
Note- The problem listed below is still not checked and verified. It might not happen to you (or it might and then you would feel bad about yourself for not trusting me)
I have faced multiple situations where while playing with my Nacon pro revolution 2, the ingame sound and the chat would just suddenly go silent. But i am still not sure what is the exact cause.
Overall, it is a good buy for 3-3.5k. These entry level headphones will get the job done and is actually quite comfortable. You could easily use it for other purposes as well.

Very very bad quality of headphones.
Surprised how could a brand like HyperX release such a poor quality headphone in the market, that too for gamers?
I broke my Cloud II and thought of switching to a wireless - found this in the budget and due to my trust in the HyperX brand went for it. But to my surprise it was worse than my 1000 Rs logitech headset

Compromises
At Rs3500, this headphone is one of the few that comes with a boom microphone. While the recording quality from the mic is great, there is absolutely no noise isolation. You could potentially hear the person in the next room snoring.
The audio on the headphones is a mixed bag. While directionality and surround sound is good especially for gaming, the frequency response is pathetic. If you are looking for something that sounds nice, this is not for you. You'd be better of with a Rs 1000 earphones. However, if you want them specifically for gaming, they are not bad.
The ear cups are large enough for even large ears. The cushioning is made from a cheap, slighlty rough textile. In my experience, you notice the rough texture only when you put it on and take it off but not during actual usage.
Even though these headphones are closed-back, there is some sound leakage. The passive noise isolation is not great either.

The quality of the sound is top notch and it is very helpful while playing games which need environmental awareness. You can hear the enemy coming from almost all directions and you can distinguish between far and near sounds. I felt the sounds to surreal as while reloading the gun you feel the sounds to be coming right next to you.
The only con I would say that the length of the chord is too big and I had to tie it together to make a short chord.
The quality of the sound is top notch and it is very helpful while playing games which need environmental awareness. Good product so far
Bought this product after going through a ton of reviews. No doubt that these are excellent for gaming (especially FPS games like CSGO). I have also been using it for some Skype calls and GTM Meetings, and they work great.
I especially like the fact that they are Plug and Play, so no hassles of additional drivers.
However, I must say that for this price range, I was expecting a bit more, especially in the durability and looks department.

Good sound, bad comfort
The sound is pretty good for gaming, okay for music too except that the treble is kinda messed up so with some songs there's a screeching sound heard which irritates the ears. Bass is not great but that's expected because this is isn't really meant for listening to music.
The virtual 7.1 surround sound is just a gimmick in my opinion..I think it makes the sounds even worse than stereo so I just keep it turned off. Oh, btw the included cord is pretty long, I had to actually keep a part of it tied up because it's too long. The volume slider also works alright, but I do wish that it was on the right ear instead of the left. Gotta say though, for a Rs 4.5k headset the build quality of this feels very subpar, I treat it very carefully because I'm afraid some plastic piece might break..
The microphone just works as advertised - sound is pretty clear and it gets muted when flipped up. I did notice that it will pick up noise when there's a ceiling fan running so in that regard it's not much better than the mic on a generic set of earbuds..
As for comfort, I think that's the biggest flaw in this headset. The clamping force is pretty strong. When I first put them on I could feel my head being squeezed within a few seconds. I had to loosen it by clamping it on a box for a few hours to make it bearable. In addition, I don't recommend wearing these in a non-AC environment. The virtual 7.1 surround sound is just a gimmick in my opinion..I think it makes the sounds even worse than stereo so I just keep it turned off. Oh, btw the included cord is pretty long, I had to actually keep a part of it tied up because it's too long. The volume slider also works alright, but I do wish that it was on the right ear instead of the left. Gotta say though, for a Rs 4.5k headset the build quality of this feels very subpar, I treat it very carefully because I'm afraid some plastic piece might break..
The microphone just works as advertised - sound is pretty clear and it gets muted when flipped up. I did notice that it will pick up noise when there's a ceiling fan running so in that regard it's not much better than the mic on a generic set of earbuds..
As for comfort, I think that's the biggest flaw in this headset. The clamping force is pretty strong. When I first put them on I could feel my head being squeezed within a few seconds. I had to loosen it by clamping it on a box for a few hours to make it bearable. In addition, I don't recommend wearing these in a non-AC environment. Go for HyperX
This is my first HyperX product. I play CSGO regularly and often listen to music. I would say this is an excellent headset for this price range. I chose this between HyperX Cloud Stinger & Corsair HS35. I can tell this was the best choice I had made.
Pros:
1) Extremely comfortable.
2) Great sound quality.
3) Built quality is good for the price.
4) Mic is moderate and swiveling mechanism is good too.
5) Comes with quality splitter cable.
Cons:
1) Highs are not very pleasing to hear.
2) No software support for customisation of sound.
3) Non removable mic.

Works well for TEAMS calls!
Impressed by the reviews for having decent noise cancellation mic and build quality I took a chance and ordered the headphones to use for TEAMS calls since dedicated office headphones with low noise cancellation are now over priced and also most don't last long.
My opinion:
After plugging in and using it right out of box I found that the default mic volume was low. After tweaking the sound card audio setting (changing preset to speech and increasing mic volume) this headphones surprised me, the speech clarity was very good and the noise cancellation does a very good job. Note: the inline mic on/off didn't work with teams software.
Since the headphones are built keeping gamers in mind,these are very comfortable to wear for long hours.

Average for this price point.
The product is good for those who not experience any type of gaming headphones yet. I am facing little issue with the 3.5 mm jack with iPad . There is some noise with microphone and that obvious for the connection pin issue but no issue with sound .
I use it for PUBG mobile on iPad .Expected little bit more from this type of headset with reputed brand. No issue with packaging and Delhivery. Overall for budget headphone it is average. I play PUBG mobile with normal headset and to compare with that it is little bit good in terms of sound positioning.

Son buenos en general, se escuchan nítidos los sonidos, son cómodos y prácticamente no pesan. Son todos de plástico, lo que me dejo una sensación de poca calidad, pero por el precio considero que son buenos para comenzar, pero si tienes más para invertir, recomiendo ver otras opciones.

Muy satisfecho con la compra, es buena marca, la calidad de audio muy buena. Evidentemente al no ser un headset para música no tiene las características propias pero para jugar está mas que excelente. No fue necesario hacer nada, conecté al control del PS4 y a jugar. Muy recomendado, llegó rápido y en excelentes condiciones.
